We eat here almost every time in CS. This past Friday we ate there and a few hours later our Credit card number was attempted to be used at the Brazilian Steak House across the highway for takeout. 300.00. Since our CC company noticed we had just eaten and our fraud alert are specific they declined it. This restaurant was the only place our CC was used that day, hmmmmm. We alerted Chef Cao and they suggested we contact our CC company and the police. We tried to explain that our card was already shut down and being replaced. I told him to ask who enjoyed steak late last night to his employees and bingo you know who is taking CC numbers and attempting to use them. I have no secure evidence to give the police except the CC knows where the area is that the order was generated. Food is good here, but all future meals will be paid in cash. read more

This has become our new Chinese restaurant. It is incredibly convenient, prices are reasonable and portion sizes are very generous. My husband and I could easily share and entree and still walk out satisfied but we usually just order two, eat half and enjoy the rest for lunch the next day. As a loyal customer since this restaurant moved into the current location, I can say the food is just as good as other local Chinese restaurants. However, after ordering food tonight for delivery and being told it would take 30-45 minutes for delivery, I called and cancelled the order after 90 minutes and ordered from T Jin down the street instead. It came in 20 minutes. Once the Chef Cao's driver showed up and I informed him that I had cancelled the order due to the extremely late arrival, he got in his car and tore off down my neighborhood street at 40-50 miles an hour - endangering the kids playing in their front yards. read more

Found this place totally by accident. Driving back to Houston, we were just going to stop at the Chick-fil-a across the freeway, but forgot it was closed on Sunday. Saw the good review on Yelp so we went here. Food was great! The menu was interesting and our waiter was friendly and helpful. The sizzling beef sizzled and had a cloud of steam rising from the platter. The orange chicken was so hot, it was difficult to wait until it cooled enough to eat. I had a fried wonton appetizer which was just okay. I would skip the appetizer and get extra fried rice. We got rice with seafood, chicken and lettuce. The chicken was fried and then tossed in the rice. Yum! And the lettuce gave it an interesting crunch! Delicious! The only drawback was that the food seemed to have a lot of MSG. (Otherwise they would get 5 stars) If we are back this way again, I will ask to hold the MSG. read more

This location isn't nearly as great as the one on university. We still order from here simply because it's the only location that'll deliver to our house. However it's kind of an odd location. Even though it's a Chinese restaurant, they put jalepenos on every single dish.... which isn't authentic at all. It's very strange and I have no idea why they do this. Sometimes their delivery can take forever so be prepared for that. Also, the manager isn't the most friendly woman. Be aware that the food isn't the same as the university location and there are dishes that they don't carry which is a shame because they easily could make them and they are delicious dishes. I once asked if they made egg and tomato and the employees said they had never seen a tomato in the place. The location is right next to H-E-B so it would be easy to expand their menu a little but don't expect anything because the management is very stubborn. Absolutely terrible. My friend put in a pick-up order and I went to pick it up. When I got back, one of my items wasn't there. My friend said this happens to her every single time she orders from here. I called to complain so I could be refunded for the food I didn't receive but paid for and the customer service was pathetic. I am not even going to be refunded. How despicable. The food wasn't even that good. Mediocre compared to other authentic Chinese restaurants like Shun De Mom. I am never eating here again. We ate here with my parents and the food was edible, but not much more. The sauces were very watered down compared to what we usually get. They served sweet and sour sauce with their egg rolls and crab puffs instead of the usual Duck Sauce. The egg rolls were more like spring rolls since they didn't appear to have any meat or really anything much more than cabbage inside. The "spring rolls" we were told are raw so we didn't order them. I ordered Schezwan Chicken and the flavor was OK however the meat was either sliced thin or pounded thin or both. I hate chicken that way it has an awful texture and is usually rubbery, as it was here. Once again the sauce was thin and didn't really stick to the food well. My husband ordered the Pepper Steak, his favorite Chinese food. There were so many red pepper flakes in it that he had a hard time eating it. I'm not sure but I don't believe that there are usually any. If there are they aren't so noticeable. Mine was inundated with them too. My parents split the Honey Chicken. I tasted it and of the 3 it was the best tasting. The chicken was chunks, however the texture on that seemed a little soft and the only real flavor came from the sauce. The rice seemed very plain without much flavor. Just brown rice none of the extras you usually find in the rice. The price seemed pretty good until we realized that the meals didn't come with soup or an egg roll as it seems to at almost EVERY other Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at and at the one we dine at most often the meals come with both. The staff was nice enough though so they have that going for them. read more

I've ordered delivery from the location on William's Trace twice now. The delivery came in about 13 minutes both times and was correct. I ordered online which was very easy. The price is cheap but it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the red curry once with egg drop soup & the sesame chicken with wonton soup the second time. The soup was bland and it seamed like the chicken was not seasoned before being cooked. I would have given the restaurant 4 stars but unfortunately I got sick from my second order. I might, MIGHT try them again and see if it was a fluke but I'm feeling a little iffy on that. We'll see. I'll update this review if I do. Second order was made 08/28/14. read more

It is your standard "Chinese" delivery food, but it is very good. Perhaps the best in College Station. They are strict about the price limit for delivery though, I'm talking about down to the penny. So just be prepared for that. They are usually quick for delivery as well. read more

Multiple times a week my coworkers and I order from this place and I have NEVER had a problem until now. The food was wrong he claimed to put extra in there which is a lie. I am going to be speaking to the owner about this matter. A coworker of his answered the phone when I called to mention the item was wrong he rudely grabbed the phone from her and swears he put it in there. Well guess what it was not. Chinese food is usually very good anywhere you go and I never been so disappointed with Chinese food before. We placed an order for delivery and it took almost 2 hours to get to our house. The food was luke warm and look very unappealing. I got the sesame chicken that was disgustingly soggy, the wonton soup had no flavor and was shredded up (I was looking forward to the wonton soup because it's my absolute favorite). My roommate got the kung pao and said the chicken was unappetizing. I would never recommended going to this restaurant. If your looking for good Chinese food I would go Tjins. read more
