The food came out visually beautiful but was outrageously expensive. The burekas are large so if you want to try two flavors you're looking at least $30 pre tax and tip. I would have rather they be smaller like empanada size and get to try a few more affordably without having to go in on it with friends if I happen to be alone that day. On the other hand, if you are with family or a group of friends, this would be perfect for sharing! I want to say that it was delicious and worth the price but their fresh crunchy olives that came as an accompaniment were actually the highlight of my experience. I ordered the classic potato bureka and the strawberry ricotta. The classic potato was served barely lukewarm so it didn't taste great. And the strawberry ricotta had a weird cheese to jam ratio--the inside was hardly strawberry. More than anything it tasted like grainy powder sugar ricotta. I would like to give them another chance, and when I do, I will update my review accordingly. I'm hoping this was just an off night and for 5 stars next time because they look and smell amazing and in theory this is the type of thing I would love.

You're probably not supposed to but I often park in complex across street but street parking is easier. There's a $1 fee for credit so bring cash if that's a concern. Place is a go to for me and there isn't a crazy line like at other restaurants usually. Convenient, decent value, decent service, and good quality

My daughter and I visited your truck to take advantage of the $1.50 taco special and ordered 16 Al pastor tacos, totaling $24. When paying, I mistakenly handed the staff member--a woman in a red shirt--two $20 bills and a $5 bill, totaling $45. Although I intended to leave a small tip, I inadvertently left an extra $20 bill with your staff. When I returned shortly after to rectify the mistake and explained that I had provided three bills (two $20s and one $5), the staff member denied receiving the extra $20, claiming I had only provided $3 extra. Despite my clear recollection of the transaction, she refused to return the overpayment. I was tired of waiting in line of Walmart on Imperial and saw this place on the corner of Imperial and 22nd. I had their Gobernador Taco, Shrimp Ceviche and ice cold Jaritos Guava. The flavors are not as bold as we like and the tortillas are tough. The tomatillo salsa was decent and the customer service and location condition is great.

Consomme is not complimentary and is a $3 side, however each birria item is an sufficiently juicy delicious mess! If that mess is a concern, the burrito can be the most manageable mess if you keep the wrapper on the bottom while eating from the unwrapped top.
