I'm serious, if you hangout with me during an Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas dinner, I'm grabbing for the rolls, and making small sandwiches out of whatever is in front of me. It's a problem. But anyway, burgers, chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, Ruebens, monte cristos, it was all just sandwiches. I was in heaven. I ended up ordering the Po Boy Crispy Shrimp (Tartare sauce, cucumber, cilantro, carrots and chihuahua cheese). Just to be clear, this was not a po' boy. I feel like it was also trying to be a banh mi. I'm not sure. What I am sure of, though, it that it tasted pretty darn good. The roll was soft and large. The veggies were fresh and crispy. There was plenty of shrimp on here, so I wasn't getting cheated of meat like some food trucks try to do. It was just a good sandwich. I can't ask for much more. Big fan of this food truck. Hope to see it around again.

This cute spot has charm, great service, and even better food. The crab and shrimp Benedict was incredible. They had a croissant instead of English muffins and it was a game changer. The hollandaise sauce had a citrus note that brightened the richness of the croissant and perfectly cooked shrimp and crab. We also tried the French toast which was good but not as impressive. They grill their muffins which sounds crazy but they were so tasty. The lightly crisp butter edges with the banana nut muffin was outstanding. The iced coffees were also super tasty, not too sweet. Other Burrito options include a Sausage burrito, Ham Burrito, Greek Burrito, Veggie Buritto, Hummus & Veggie burrito and a Sausage & Gravy Burrito. Relative to the facility and staff I would label this restaurant as your prototypical mom and pop operation. The Facility itself is nice and clean with a rustic vibe and a smallish number of tables on the order of ten or so. The staff which I believe is a husband and wife combo had the wife waiting on the tables and tending the cash register and the husband cooking. Service was very friendly with good follow up throughout the meal where my order was taken promptly and food brought out in fairly quick order. Nice! Depending on what you are looking for breakfast and what their menu offers this is an excellent choice for breakfast especially if Breakfast Burrito's are your thing.

Unfortunately, the experience did not match the food. When we arrived, there were only two other guests being helped at the counter and the dining room was empty. No one greeted us when we walked in. We actually sat down to see if anyone would eventually acknowledge us, but after waiting in silence for 20 min we finally had to get up and ask what they even had available to eat. Because of the vibe and the fact that they close at 7 PM, we felt uncomfortable ordering a full meal and just got some alcapurrias and pastelillos. To make matters worse, the girl with the red hair at the front counter was especially rude and made us feel like an inconvenience.
