Los Barrigones always hits the spot on a Sunday Night!! The tacos are always amazing, the asada and chorizo are so flavorful and my go to. I also recommend a asada mulita and burrito, something about the seasonings of the meat and cheese together hit! Oh and the night employees are always so nice and chill. Yall need to take some time to try them out on the weekends.

    Corn beef hash, sooooooo delicious!

It is so comforting to know that after many many years, the food is always delicious. The breakfast is my favorite, I always get the corned beef hash with biscuits and gravy. This dish reminds me of my grandma and my childhood. My husband got the steak and eggs, left a clean plate! You definitely cannot get this home style taste at Norms. Great hospitality as well. Thank you Chefs!!!

BEST DAMN TACOS AROUND. Seriously you guys. I am pretty serious about my tacos and this is the spot to go to. They are open Thursday-Sunday and usually just after hours. They have Mexican bottled sodas and awesome salsas.

Just left this place with 3 Al Pastor tacos all I can say is bomb.com definitely will be returning but next time for a burrito can't believe I've been passing up this spot

So the taco service is available Wed-Sun and they are open till 1am. Delicious tacos, mulitas and burritos. The tortillas for the tacoa taste delicious; different from your traditional ones... They taste corny if that makes sense and they are dip lightly in oil. Green sauce is delicious is has a kick but good. Stop by its great! Been following them for 8yrs. Totally worth it! The idea was to enjoy my coffee while getting organized--paying bills, planning calendar events, and having the opportunity to focus without any distractions from my usual surroundings. In search of the perfect spot, I turned to Yelp, a reliable resource for uncovering hidden gems nearby. Upon stepping into the coffee shop, I was immediately greeted with warm hospitality, setting the tone for a delightful experience. The ambiance of the place was truly captivating--it was bright and welcoming, infused with an aesthetic charm that instantly put me at ease. I couldn't help but be intrigued by the design elements throughout the shop, which added an inviting touch to its overall atmosphere. Before I settled in, I asked the staff if I could snap a few photos to capture the essence of this delightful space. They graciously welcomed my request, and I was shown to my table, which, quite uniquely, was designated by a number--a small detail that I found charming. As I browsed the menu, I encountered a small conundrum: I wasn't entirely sure what to order. I wanted to break the mold and try something out of the ordinary. My curiosity was piqued by their exclusive offering of Café de la Olla--a traditional hot drink that piqued my interest right away. I ultimately settled on a hearty plate that included rice, beans, and enticing potato tostones, accompanied by two beautifully cooked sunny-side-up eggs. As I waited for my order, I noticed the café was filled with the sweet sounds of old-school music from the '60s and '70s, which only enhanced the cozy ambiance while I sipped my drink. Now, let's talk about the food! I must say, I rated the café itself a solid 4 out of 5 for its overall charm, while the rice earned a respectable 4 out of 5. The beans were rich in flavor and received a fair 3.9 out of 5. The potato tostones, delicately bathed in a savory red sauce, stood out with an impressive score of 4.3 out of 5--these are a must-try if you visit! And as for the sunny-side-up eggs, they were good, but hey, eggs are eggs, right? Overall, the entire experience was quite enjoyable, from the delightful food to the warm atmosphere. A special shout-out goes to Ana, whose exceptional customer service made my visit even more memorable. The combination of fantastic service, inviting aesthetics, and satisfying food truly made for a perfect morning retreat. I can't recommend this spot enough for anyone looking for a relaxing place to unwind and focus on what matters.

Not stylish or festive ... but also not loud or off putting either. Basic. 4/5 Food: Traditional and comforting....generous portions. Ordered the chile verde/chile colorado from the chef specialities section of menu....our lovely server Bertha pointed it out since my cousin wanted to try both.....I had the very cheesy chile relleno.....came with generous portion of beans and rice...it was great for me nothing too salty but the two rellenos were only lukewarm tho the cheeze was well melted....it was good and hearty 4/5......chips and salsa free....the chips had a Doritos style color dusting of red 5/5 some kind of spice maybe??...it was fresh and crunchy and kinda thick, we liked it plus the salsa was not hot just tangy....we asked for Pico de Gallo but they don't serve it a la carte apparently. It comes as part of an entree, but never found out which one. Turns out the cook/owner was once the executive chef at Angel Stadium. So food was solid, traditional and nothing fancy nouvelle or la de da...nothing crazy experimental...just good solid Mex that will satisfy a craving. The Jamaica was not too sweet not too sour....not watered down...light and refreshing....wish I had asked for a refill or maybe they don't do refills on agua frescos, I don't know. Very nice extensive menu. Plenty of free parking. Tucked in the corner of a strip mall on Roaemead Blvd. Not easily visible from the street in any direction. So pay attention to your GPS.

We came for Friday night dinner and were unfortunately disappointed with the food. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive that set the tone for a potential great dinning experience. This was our first time here and our server went over the menu, which added another layer of enjoyment to our evening. This night the restaurant had live music and the singer serenade my wife since it was her birthday and so did the staff. Now let's talk about the heart and soul of El Chlito, the food. The menu boasts an array of authentic Mexican cuisine that fell short of our expectations. Unfortunately my wife's dish was rancid and unpalatable but my dish was delicious and mouthwatering. We decide not to complain since we were enjoying our drinks snd live music. So this was definitely a hit and miss dinning experience when it came to this food. However the restaurant was festive and décor esthetically pleasant. We so wanted all the components of the restraint to shine but unfortunately the food fell short of our expectations!
