Chef Mike was amazing from my first reach out email to saying goodbye after a few hours of laughter, cooking, and fun. Chef Brooke and Chef Richard were also just as engaging, energetic, friendly, and helpful. The classes are set up to be approachable and fun for all skill levels. Everyone in our group has been raving about the experience all weekend and can't wait to attend the public classes. I was so proud to show off CCK and know we have a business of this caliber in our community. RUN, don't walk, to their next class!

They do a whole lot more than just teach some recipes. They created a really fun experience that my guests could feel totally part of. They were organized and well prepared. When we arrived the prep stations were ready to go and they had all of the ingredients and tools ready to grab at the right time. Mike helped me design a delicious custom 5 course menu. The recipes were delicious. Everything was timed to be ready in stages. Even my guests who typically don't like to cook got into the action. It was a totally fun experience. We are looking for another time to plan another event.

The Cookery is a great date night / group activity spot if you're looking for something fun,…read moreinteractive, and just different enough to make you feel like you have plans. I came for the sushi-making class, and overall, it was a really good time. The setup was smooth, the atmosphere was lively, and the whole experience felt more like a social night out with a little culinary cosplay which honestly, has its place. They also offered wine and sake pairings, and you can BYOB, which definitely helps keep the vibe festive. That said... if you're hoping to leave with the confidence to open your own omakase counter in a strip mall, this is not that. A lot of the components were pre-made or prepped ahead of time, and there wasn't a ton of actual teaching around technique, ingredients, or the food itself. So while you do "make sushi," it's less MasterClass and more cute, hands-on dinner activity. But honestly? That's not necessarily a bad thing. Not every class needs to end with a knife skills certification and a spiritual relationship with sushi rice. Bottom line: Come here if you want a fun, low-pressure experience for a date night, girls' night, or team outing. Just set expectations correctly: this is more about the experience than becoming the next IronChef.

His ability to engage our large and diverse group while making it a fun and memorable experience for all was extremely impressive. Even people who normally roll their eyes at these sorts of activities were participating and having a great time. It didn't matter if you were an experienced chef, a novice, a senior leader, or a newbie on the team....everyone loved it! His location was a bit out-of-the-way for our company and took us about a half hour to drive to (which is not a distance we normally travel for dinners/activities). On the way there, some people were complaining about how far away it was, but THE MOMENT chef tre started talking with everyone there was zero additional mention of the drive (and it wasn't mentioned again a single time after the fact). Thank you chef Tre and team for an amazing night!

Two stayed out to be judges. Each group was provided a mystery box of chicken thighs, and mahi-mahi for protein. We also had broccoli, orange, marmalade, rosemary, and black beans. We all had fun, laughing along with Tre. He is hilarious! The meal he and the other chefs prepared for us, was also delicious. Free-flowing, fun and laughter! Would definitely recommend this venue for other team building events.

Chef Zach provided us a wealth of knowledge on the different types of cocoa (dutch, natural), how to know what's happening with your ganache, how the proportions of liquid to chocolate impact it, infusion of flavors, talked about how best to incorporate ingredients depending on the way in which you choose to do so (by hand, mixer, or food processor) - just a pleasure to learn from and talk to! I'm the baker in the house (although my husband makes amazing souffle's) and I walked away with tips and and tricks that I will definitely be using in the future! I loved seeing and using some of the tools that I didn't even know existed but will definitely be purchasing for my own baking. Chef Zach was an absolute gem. :) We parked, walked up to the door, and he opened the front door without us having to knock. He had his entire kitchen prepared for us so that all we had to do was whisk or pour or laugh at his jokes. We made white chocolate mousse with a strawberry sauce. It was absolutely delicious, and he made the entire class effortless. Taught us a lot about chocolate along the way and imparted great advice for an easier time with remaking it. Had a serving each while there, and he sweetly (;)) boxed up our extra servings to-go. Definitely recommend doing his chocolate class! It was a fun date, and the white chocolate mousse just melted in our mouths haha.
