The menus seem like they are from the original location too, they look/feel like they are 20 years old. The servers splashed water on my girl friend without apology and we're generally inattentive. Because of this I did not tip and as I was leaving, the server followed me onto the sidewalk and demanded that I tip. I've been to Chen Yang Li of Nashua several times for lunch and dinner takeout, located in the Somerset Plaza on NH 101A. This casual Asian restaurant serves up Chinese and Japanese cuisine at moderate prices. The place offers full service dining including table seating (table cloths & linen napkins during dinner), seating up at the bar and sushi bar seating. There are flatscreen TVs over the bar. Takeout service is also available at the front counter and there are soft chairs in a small waiting corner. I've only ordered the Chinese food here and have not the sushi yet. They also offer All You Can Eat Sushi ($19.99 pp) all day (dine-in only), but you have to eat everything you order on your plate or they will charge you for leftover food by the order as spelled out on their order forms at the sushi bar. For lunch, I usually order the L19 Shrimp Lo Mein ($7.50-no rice) and the L3 Chicken with Garlic Sauce ($7.95-served with veg fried rice) which come with choice of soup. The hot & sour soup here is quite good and has a spicy kick. The Beijing Rice Noodles with Chicken ($10.95) is very good here. The Steamed or Fried Pork Dumplings (6 for $6.50) are decent , which are smaller than the standard size dumplings served at other Chinese places. Made sure to immediately tell us last call was going to be at 8PM because they were closing early. Now mind you, people were coming in as the storm had subsided, and they were turning people away. Bartender was making no bones that she hates her job and wants to leave. I get the feeling she prefers to only deal with regulars. The kicker was how the bartender treated two patrons who were Spanish speaking. She made sure to tell them more than once that "this was it", meaning no more drinks. Horrible customer service in Nashua for delivery. Place an order over the phone while at work told the lady multilabel times I could not answer my phone when the driver get to my place of work. We had the worst experience at 3:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon. The hostess sat us down and had a face as if he didn't want to be there. We waited for twenty minutes and besides serving us water nobody came to take our order even though every single table was open except for our table and another couple's. I called a few nights ago to place an order for over $100 as I have many times. When a man the says he was the manager on called me back he stated that the card number didn't work. I first asked to make sure that it had been run through the machine already and then I was going to verify the numbers were matching but before I could do that I was yelled over repeatedly. I told the man that since he was being so mean and rude that I will be taking my business and all future business somewhere else. He said my order was cancelled and hung up on me. I've tried to call back several times to get a name in order to report this horrible customer service to the owner to which I was then hung up multiple times again. I am in this industry and this behavior should never happen! It's really sad that you've lost our business considering we have such a large family and this was our place for delivery. I used to love coming here. My mother , son and I decided to go here the other day when we were shopping near by. I was excited to get some sushi. WAs unfortunately disappointed in so many aspects here. 1. The lunch sushi special makes zero sense. So I ordered it from the regular menu. 2. The sushi tasted horrible.
