The tickets are $25.00!!!!!! The Dana Point Community House only holds about 150 people which creates a wonderful, intimate, down-home setting to enjoy fine musicianship and music. Tim and his wife, Tina, have put together a great program that is a pure labor of love. Dig it!

Her talent was spellbinding and our guests were captivated on the dance floor! The performance was the complete masterpiece to our wedding aesthetic. Throughout our wedding planning journey, Wendy was perpetually prompt and thorough. She was proactive, responded without delay and genuinely made herself available at any given moment. It was evident that she is dedicated to her job based on her passion, hard-working efforts and expertise. Her kindness and enthusiasm made us feel confident that we were being taken care of. The Cabrillo Playhouse is a quaint spot right behind Del Mar Ave in San Clemente. It has been a…read morestaple in the town with rich history. While it's very small, it has a uniqueness about it. I like that it's not pretentious, but the actors and staff are all still very professional and true artists. Tonight we saw "The Miracle Worker" and it was a true treat. The actor who played young Helen Keller was truly incredible! Looking forward to more plays to come soon.

Ticket price: $35. very reasonable Seating capacity: 66, super cozy. A fine production, well made musical. Our first time in this playhouse and it will not be the last. Allow time for parking and a coffee break down the street. It is walking-distance from many eateries, cafes, small shops, and farmer's market depending on the day. Make it a day trip and enjoy! We received a text that our table would be ready at a specific time and then 2 minutes before our table was supposed to be ready we get a text saying we were removed from the wait list with no clarification or follow up. I understand being busy/booked up, but I would have liked to have received accurate information. We could have made reservations online if we had been told. I wore his favorite Goonies Hawaiian shirt and everything expecting to have a nice time talking about my husband. I guess I'm glad we never had the opportunity to experience this level of service with my husband, and guess I won't be back seeing that he's dead and all. Edited to add tips - don't believe anything they tell you on the phone and if you really want to go, make a reservation, and apparently they will close for you if you can guarantee 20 people.

However, while we were finishing our meal, a couple walked in and were seated at that exact table. Macy removed the "Reserved" sign right in front of them and took their order. Seeing that happen left us feeling confused and honestly unwelcome. I can't say why the situation happened, but it was difficult not to wonder if we were being judged differently. The other guests seemed to receive a much warmer welcome, and the interaction felt noticeably different from ours. Whether that was intentional or not, it didn't sit right with us. I would love to not think it wasnt racial, however, we are Hispanic, and the other couple was blonde haired blue eyed. That is literally the only difference that I could speculate or comprehend as to why the table was available to them and not us. We've always had wonderful experiences here, which is why this one stood out so much. I truly hope this was an isolated incident because we'd like to continue supporting a place we've enjoyed for years. I simply wanted to share how this experience made us feel in the hope that every guest is welcomed and treated with the same level of hospitality.
