Her approach with training dogs was exactly what I was looking for. I did not want to to use other methods such as negative reinforcement that other trainers use because I believe my dog is part of the family and did not want to harm them. Amalia demonstrated just how effective POSITIVE reinforcement is and I could not be happier. Without a doubt, I can see the passion and love Amalia has with working with animals. It was easy to contact her and she always responded promptly to any questions I had. I consistently recommend her services to my family and friends. A happier dog TRULY is a happier you!

As a professional, she is knowledgable, patient, intuitive and practical - leaving us each session with reasonable expectations, and the tools to realize them. Jannette answers all your questions and will contact you a lot sooner than other breeders. When you pick up the little bunnies she will give you a lot of hay and pellets. Even after we got our bunnies I was still able to contact them if I had any questions. The bunnies settled in quickly and they are both in perfect health.

The website was really easy to navigate - one of the first things you see is a page with pictures of available rabbits. It also has detailed information about the business and holland lops in general. I bought my chinchilla lop, Felicity from here and a couple of months later everything is great. She loves our other lop and has an amazing personality; loves to sit on laps, enjoys being pet while resting in her spread out position, no chewing/digging, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better lop! On top of this, the breeder, Jannette, was great; she genuinely cares about all of her rabbits and makes sure that they're bred well. It's really easy to contact her, you can send an email through the website or give her a call/text. She gives all new owners a big bag of hay and a container of pellets to help you get started. As a bonus, all of the rabbits already have cute names so you don't have to spend time thinking about one! I would definitely recommend One Stop Lop to anybody who's looking for a furry friend. I'm definitely coming back if I ever want to add a third lop to my family!

I have gone to Dr. Singh for regular vaccines, surgeries, prescription meds, and lately euthanasia for my old dog. 10/10 service each time. I'm so thankful for Dr. Singh and Marcos! In 2022, my senior dog Clifford needed an emergency surgery to remove multiple bladder stones. I initially took him to an emergency vet and they quoted me $12k for surgery. The next morning, I called Aborn Pet Clinic and Dr. Singh said he would take us in that same day, quoting only $1500! After surgery, Dr. Singh called that everything went well and he was ready for pick up. However, there was bleeding from his stitches since the surgery was complex and Dr. Singh offered to let my dog stay until closing so they can monitor him. He even offered to keep him over the weekend and would come in the office to check in. But we wanted my dog home to watch 24/7, so we came back ~7pm to pick him up. Dr. Singh then thoroughly explained the aftercare/cleaning process, medication, stitches removal, etc. At checkout I was expecting a much higher cost (since the surgery was more complicated, extra bloodwork, anesthesia, extra monitoring, special meds), but Dr. Singh still only charged me $1500! I asked him twice mentioning the extra care needed, but he still kept his word and maintained the original cost. Even after we took him home, Dr. Singh emailed us to check how my dog was doing over the weekend and he responded quickly to any questions we had. Removing stiches a few weeks later was quick and easy. Thank you Dr. Singh and Marcos for saving my dog! The emergency surgery gave us 4 more years with him. In 2026, when it was time to put Clifford to sleep, we also went back to Dr. Singh. He showed great sympathy to my family and explained the process in an informative and caring way. He allowed our whole family in the room to be with Clifford when he passed. My dog hated the vet's office, so we are so grateful to be able to be with him at that time. Summary: -Dr. Singh and Marcos are great people who really care about their pet patients -Great communication and quick responses via email -Clean clinic (front reception area and back surgery room are very clean!) -Affordable cost!!! -Good quality of care; no BS and he will only recommend you necessary services -Dr. Singh is honest, straightforward, and goes through info quickly since it's only him and Marcos. He is very responsive via email.

When I first moved into the area I had emailed a lot of vets in the area to see if they would take my dog and this place was the only one to respond. They are so amazing, I can't thank them enough. My dog has to have medication the night before , morning of and sedation before a vet appointment and the team works so great with him. I'm unable to muzzle him, and they still were willing to work with me. I cannot say how grateful I am for this staff. They treat my dog so nicely even when he growls at them. I could go on and on. This place is literally so amazing, if you need a vet, go here! They also do cats! I had a really difficult time finding a vet that would work with my dog, so I hope this review helps someone who was in the same boat as me! This place is a life saver!!

Dr. Scott and the veterinary technicians who work directly with the animals are phenomenal -- compassionate, skilled, and attentive. I've always felt confident that our pets were receiving excellent medical care from that side of the practice. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the front office staff. Over the years, they've consistently come across as cold and indifferent, which we've tolerated because we value Dr. Scott and the professional staff so highly. Today was the most disheartening experience yet. Our 18-year-old cat, who has a thyroid condition and has seen Dr. Scott regularly, had declined rapidly this past week. Our family made the painful decision to have her euthanized. I spent hours trying to arrange an in-home visit, but being a Sunday, very few were available. As a last hope, I called Evergreen to ask if they could fit us in for LuLu's euthanasia. Regina at the front desk told me there was no availability -- not even as an emergency -- and suggested we "go to an emergency vet." There was no compassion, no sympathy, and no effort to help, even though Dr. Scott was on duty. After nearly two decades of loyalty and tens of thousands of dollars spent at this clinic, I expected at least a measure of care or understanding in such a heartbreaking moment. Instead, I was made to feel like a number, not a long-time client facing the loss of a beloved family member. Evergreen's veterinarians and techs are wonderful, but the cold, impersonal nature of the front office is deeply disappointing. If you can overlook that lack of warmth, your pets will be in excellent medical hands. But compassion should extend beyond the exam room -- and sadly, that's where Evergreen falls short.

I came into this store with my younger sister to shop for our brand new kitten. We are people of color. We were excited. We had our kitten in a tote bag with us because she is tiny and we wanted to bring her along to pick out her first supplies. That is the only reason we walked through those doors. Katrina was the one who checked us out. She rang up every single one of our items with a snarky, attitude filled look on her face the entire time. And then, after she had already finished checking us out herself, she had the nerve to stop us and ask to see our bag. She looked us dead in the face and asked if we wanted to pay for the rest of the stuff in our bag, implying we had stolen something. We opened the bag. There was a kitten inside. A tiny little kitten. That is it. She checked us out. She saw everything we had. She still chose to accuse us of stealing after the fact because of the color of our skin. That is not a misunderstanding. That is racism. That is profiling. And it is humiliating. What makes this even more frightening is the area we are in. We are deeply concerned for every other person of color who walks through these doors. If this happened to us, it is happening to others. Racial profiling is not new in this area and knowing that a store manager in our own community is actively contributing to that culture is something we cannot stay silent about. My sister did nothing wrong. We did nothing wrong. We are speaking up because we are scared for our community. PetSmart corporate needs to address Katrina's behavior immediately. She should not be in a position of management, and people of color in this area deserve to feel safe shopping just like everyone else.
