As we tried on the first few, I pointed out aspects I liked and aspects I didn't, and Olivia knew EXACTLY what dresses to pull next. She was in my brain reading my mind, I would describe what i was picturing so poorly and I would ramble on and on and she would listen patiently and then come back with a handful of dresses that matched exactly what I had envisioned! The staff did absolutely nothing to help or console her afterward. No one followed up, no one apologized, and no one made any effort to make it right. Instead, they left a sweet, innocent young girl crying and traumatized. As a military Veteran and community leader I urge all families to not shop here, and to take your business elsewhere. I got Renae Hall the first time I went in for my wedding dress fitting and she was amazing, took her time helped whenever needed, explained things to my mother so we knew what was going on. She had to take in my dress and what not. So I left my dress and went back for my second fitting unfortunately I didn't get Renae this time and my experience was let's just say not good. I don't have the ladies name but she was rude (I get I was her first appt but still), not helpful, and had no idea what she really was doing (at least that's how myself and a bridesmaid felt). If I would've taken my dress home that day like I was supposed to I would've walked down the aisle looking like a duck....so I had her fix the things I seen wrong. My father and brother drove two hours to the shop and they were closed an hour early after they listened to the answering machine and it was wrong. Would not open the doors and wasted a trip.
