They have some seating within the mix of the giant coffee roaster area. There were a few people hanging out and people coming and going. The shop was cute, but they were fitting a lot into a little space too. I ordered a black iced coffee. I asked what they used and they just told me it was a medium roast. I assume that means they're using a blend of some sort since you would tend to highlight a high end Single Origin coffee if somebody asked. In any event, service was friendly and efficient. The iced coffee was above average. Smooth. Drinkable. No aftertaste. But it didn't really have any of the flavors of a high end coffee used for iced coffee. Four Stars

The Bean Coffee Roasters is located off of Route 10 in a small plaza with a few other businesses. There's plenty of parking in the lot. The restaurant itself is pretty small, with only a few tables to eat at. Most of the people ahead of me in line were ordering their drinks/food to-go. I had seen a Raspberry White Chocolate Latte posted on their Instagram page as a special for Valentine's Day, and asked the girl behind the counter if she could make it for me. She happily checked to make sure they still had all the correct ingredients, and luckily they did! As someone who is not a huge coffee fan, I thought it tasted delicious! They also use coffee cubes in all of their iced coffee drinks, which I thought was pretty cool (no more watered down coffee!) In addition to coffee and tea, they also had a variety of smoothies on their menu, which all sounded good, in addition to breakfast sandwiches and some baked goods. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a ciabatta roll, and it was absolutely amazing! There was only one employee working when I went, but she was friendly and efficient. I don't know if that's an indictment on her cooking or what, but she loved it. The star however was the cod dinner that mom had. It was one of the flakiest and freshest pieces of fish she had ever had. We got a very late start to our trip, so by the time 2:00 came on the Saturday afternoon came, we practically had the whole place to ourselves. The only gripe that we had ( not that we necessarily would have changed anything ) was that we noticed after we ordered that the table next to us got a specials menu and we didn't. It was nice and quiet as our waitress let us have a quiet late lunch and if we were ever in the area ever again, we would make a b-line back to the restaurant.

The flatbread was a big disappointment. The menu says it is topped with artichokes, spinach, onions, red peppers and mushrooms. We nixed the mushrooms. You can see in the picture that there were no artichokes and no red peppers. There were a ton of tomatoes (not listed) and black olives, which would've been ok had it been for me, but my wife doesn't eat black olives. There were only 4 pieces of spinach. So, after removing them, there really wasn't much left to eat. She wasn't happy. I guess we should've done what the gentleman in the hidden dining room next to where we were seated did, order Chinese food to be delivered!

Supplies were kept in the basement and I got myself locked in the walk in refrigerator once, had to kick it open like I was doing a law enforcement raid just to get out. Meat slicer was unmaintained being that it was one of those automatic ones, it would literally take your fingers off. Huge liability. God forbid you work in the kitchen here or as a hostess, the language barrier was significant. I hate leaving bad reviews on businesses, but this place was in disarray and completeley unsanitary. I liked it when I was a customer, and many other people I've been there with did as well. The food was actually good, but you can't unsee stuff you've seen and this place HAD to go under. The bar kept the business alive, but there were plenty of flaw there too.
