From an aesthetic and overall ambiance perspective, the "Mabel's Tables" is blacked out above Michael's Deli signage, recognizing the change in ownership without there being any other such signage or notification, which doesn't make for a good look or impression. The display case and product shelves were pretty sparse, again, not a good look or feeling given that they will be there a long time.

I asked the cashier if we can exchange them when she went to the back the woman told her no because she had to make them fresh, which I find to be ridiculous because she brought them out in a matter of minutes first time around. I believe the manager, then went up to the cashier, looked at the register and with an attitude said, well, we didn't charge you anyway! Shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I thought that to be rude, considering that we decided to go to them instead of McDonald's or Wendy's and we probably would've had a better breakfast. It really needed a salty element, something like a vinegar slaw or pickle to give it some salt and crisp. The hot dog was executed well. Grilled dog, good bun to dog ratio, toasted bun in butter, dog was a Hummel dog so it's missing the snappy salty bite I hope for in a good hot dog, but it's prepped well. Nothing that we got was bad, but nothing was great either. It's good but basic, and It's a better place to go to compared to fast food.
