This review is about the customer service at the Las Vegas, NM location…read more In October I reached out to Little Caesars by phone at the Las Vegas location, and through the website about a pizza donation for a small party for 8th graders who got A's and B's in the first quarter of the year. I did not hear anything from the phone message I left. I then visited in person and was told by way of a customer service representative that the business owner did not want to donate any pizza to the students. On October 20th I got an email from the Corporate office from Stephani Gomez. While I was unable to connect directly with her, when I did call the Corporate office they explained to me that the franchisee would have to make the decision and that they would reach out to them on my behalf. Sadly, I never was contacted by the franchise owner. Yesterday, before the business closed, I paid $64 dollars, including a small tip, for an order of 8 Pizzas to be ready today, December 6th, between 11:15-11:20. The business opens at 10:30. My wife arrived at 11:10 and the doors were locked. The pizzas were not ready until 11:30 causing us to start our very brief 45 minute lunch celebration late. It is bad enough that this business owner is disinterested in supporting students in their learning, but poor customer service negatively impacted this teacher funded event to celebrate student success. Please buy your pizza somewhere else to encourage community engagement and quality customer service.
