My only complaint is that although the part ordered was guaranteed, the labor to replace the faulty part was not guaranteed. So instead of paying another $100, (in addition to the $400 already paid,) I opted to try to fix the issue on my own, (a car seat that was installed moldy and rusted.) Again, nice family-run business, but as a small business they maybe can't afford the same guarantees as bigger companies.
