This is a buffet style set up and there is limited high top seating for dine-in. There are concerns about open buffet settings but one issue that this restaurant defeated would be cross contamination. I give ovation when I see the hand sanitizers that are set out for use before dipping from the buffet and you must use plastic gloves that are set out for use when touching utensils. Staff monitoring is another issue that I observed them performing every time that I entered. Temperature control can be questioned if you are dining in. Food safety is another to be observed. The buffet offers so many delicious dishes and a huge salad bar. They do serve breakfast items such as dumplings boiled or fried, green banana, yams, and salt fish just to name a few. They have salmon, Quiona, Chicken, oxtails, fritters, delicious vegetable dishes. I even saw curried chicken feet.
