When I came, they had two pump station taped off so I had to go to another pump station. I just put a little bit of gas to get me home. I paid with my credit card and selected yes for the receipt. The receipt didn't print, so I had to go inside to ask the cashier for it. He was nice to me and printed me out my receipt.

Fuel nozzle did not shut off automatically leading to overflow and spilled gas everywhere. Went to…read morethe attendant and asked for paper towels and cheap guy wouldn't give me any until I told him gas had spilled and his nozzle was broken. No response on the fact the nozzle was malfunctioning but he did give me a few paper towels. Also the restrooms are permanently "out of order" when they feel like not wanting it to be used even if you are a paying customers. I wish I never went here. Now worried if the nozzle caused any damage to my car.

Unfortunate low tire pressure light went on while on the I-5 and knew calling AAA will probably…read moreleave us stranded for hours. Luckily we found Golden State Tires still open and I called to ask for a tire patch quote and drove over immediately. We were quickly taken care of by Tony. He popped my tire off and told me that he recommends a new tire because he cannot guarantee the patch will be able to fix the hole. (Only because the nail was HUGE). He went and got the price of the new tire and was able to switch out the old one in the span of 10 mins. We were back on the road and overall took less than 20 minutes. I'm assuming we got lucky as they were closing in an hour. My new tire was slightly over inflated so it threw off some of my car sensors but we were able to deflate it when we got home and reset it ourselves. I'm grateful for Golden State Tires and Tony's expertise!!

When the tow truck arrived, he suggested we take it to Alex and I'm so glad we did. I left the keys in the dropbox, and called Alex the next day. He diagnosed the problem, and said he could of had it repaired the same day, if I needed it to be. Insane turn around time and the cost of the repair cost less than the same repair in LA. Amazing value and service. I went to snag the car the next Saturday at 8:00am when they opened. Car was perfect and its running great. If you get stranded in the grapevine, take your car here!

I called other tow yards at 6am and none of them were able to come until after 8:30am. I walked to the nearest gas station 1/2 mile back. I asked the person working there and he (Paul) told me about this place. So I decided to walk and get a quote but Paul gave me a ride there. I talked to Alberto and he quoted me at $150 to tow my truck to the mechanic next to him. I got it towed and he picked up my truck at 8am. It took about 35 minutes from the the time we left this place to when we got back. He loaded and unloaded the truck without any problems. My truck weighs 7500lbs and he was able to tow it. Thanks now I know who to call first to get a tow should I be in need again.

Lebec Road Service saved us this evening. We drove a GMC Yukon Denali on I-5 and pulled off into…read moreLebec to fuel our vehicle. After fueling up, we attempted to put the vehicle in drive. However, the column moved loosely, and the car would not go into gear. Upon my description over the phone, Lebec knew exactly what was wrong, and said he would be right there approx (30-45mins faster, and cheaper then tow). I had called some other mechanics who said they were too busy, didn't want to go, or told me they would help me in the morning. Lebec roadside managed to patch us up well enough to get us back to work on the road. We will see another mechanic for the needed part in the morning as He told us to.
