Good Customer service. Think car should be washed while there but overall grade a service

Very dissatisfied with how Bubba Cunningham and the service department handled our case regarding repairs that were done to our vehicle. There was prior negligent work done which caused the vehicle to have more problems down the road. Had to get repairs done in another state we were visiting. They were just as bad. They could have pin pointed out the shotty work done previously which they had copies of the work order. Had to take it back to Chevyland and told them the problem. They did fix what was wrong, but now out of pocket from the previous work done out of state. I contacted Bubba Cunningham to see if we could get any results. He seemed to be working on our case but then failed to follow up or return my phone call or emails. I have also contacted the manager at the other Chevy dealership and have not gotten a call back either. This will probably be the last Chevys we own. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude, unprofessional, and treated us terribly. They had 1 mechanic because they "couldn't find the other two guys." Made my wife wait 3 hrs and when she finally went to ask they still hadn't brought her car back yet for an oil change. They sat there staring at her waiting patiently for an unreasonable amount of time and never said anything. They then proceeded to flip her off because she wanted her car so she could pick up our kids from daycare in time, and when I called to confront them about this, the man cursed at me and hung up on me. Worst experience in our lives anywhere regarding customer service and care. read more

Went in for oil change. Before getting in my vehicle after paying I noticed they left a paper under my wiper blade so I brought that back to them. After I got in my vehicle I noticed the rear view mirror was tilted down (not where I had it) like someone had adjusted it. When I adjust it back I noticed it was loose. Went to discuss with Reyna - she said she'd go talk to somebody. While I was there waiting for someone to come talk to me, the mechanic walks up to me with my wheel lock key that he forgot to put back in my vehicle. I would have been without it if I wouldn't have had any problems and left as expected! As I'm putting the wheel lock key back in my vehicle, another lady comes to talk to me (manager?). Saying she checked the cameras and did not see an instance of anyone adjusting my rear view mirror and that none of her staff fessed up to messing with it. I showed her the issue which gets treated like it's not a big deal. In retrospect, I have to wonder why the cameras would get checked before actually checking out the issue! After discussing the issue with her and showing my displeasure for the situation she offers to show me the camera recordings. We watched the cameras and the supervisor is in the office as well - I point out that there are blind spots between cameras where you can't see what the driver is doing. But it doesn't matter because, they already had their mind made up that they wouldn't fix it. Supervisor said he wasn't fixing it (didn't even check the problem out before saying that). The 3 of us walk out to the vehicle and look at it. He barely touches the mirror and says he doesn't even see a problem with it. At this point I am extremely upset because the mirror is obviously loose and not like it was when I came into the dealership for service. I am the only driver of my vehicle and never adjust the mirror. Supervisor eventually tells me at this point I'm trespassing and need to leave. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER read more

These people over here are very RUDE. They were all fake nice at first and then when I started to ask more questions and question what they were telling me. Oh how quickly did the tables turn. They couldn't tell me how long it would be before they were able to look at my car. All they kept saying was, "we might" be able to look at it in a week or possibly longer. The customer service was very POOR and I refuse to do business with ppl with poor service. read more

I was told I needed front brakes but I had just gotten them done 2 weeks ago. They said the brakes were not recommended for my Impala so I took the brakes back to Auto Zone. I was informed there that you all get your products from Auto Zone so I feel I was bamboozled into another costly service I didn't need. Not to mention Catlin calling me at 7am to tell me they didn't quote the front rotors in my $1680 price of repairs and it would be another $200. Which was a lie & I called her on it. I repeated everything her and Lewie stated I needed and 4 rotors was included. I asked multiple times so that I was clear. She took care of it but after tax and another fee my bill was $1835.45. Took truck in for repairs, claimed whole ac system was broken. Bullcrap truck was 3 years old with 33000 miles. Then after called bullcrap, stuff that was suppose to be broken wasnt broken anymore. Then got tired of sorry service and traded truck in and bought a ford. After purchased new truck called to verified that they had been paid from the extended warranty as a courtsey and said they would call back and never did. So i called the extended warranty company and was told they had been paid the day prior to me calling chevyland. Still never heard back from chevyland service. Never do business with service dept. Sales dept does a great job. read more

Today I experienced some of the worse customer service ever. I simply went to have a headlight replaced in my SUV. I do not have a mechanic background, so I am very unaware of what the different parts are on any vehicle. I simply know to take it to the professionals and allow them to provide me with the solutions to my issues. Today, I waited in my SUV several minutes before being greeted by someone that could not help (It was very much appreciated for him to locate a service rep to assist me). The lady that came was helpful in taking me to the parts counter only to be told we can sale you this part but although you are not sure if that is the correct part for your SUV. I was then told if the part was unopened, I would be allowed to return it. (no one ever offered to inspect my SUV to ensure the appropriate part was being purchased). When I asked I they were going to put the light bulb in I was then asked if I had made an appointment because she was unsure of the time it would take to replace the bulb. Then I was told there was a fee to replace the bulb and it would be better if I would schedule an appointment to have it replaced or did I have someone else I knew that could do it for me. I purchased my bulb without any additional assistance and left. I arrive at Sears and ask two simple questions that I received two simple answers, do you have bulb for a Chevy Tahoe and can you install it...yes and yes. They then ask which bulb it is, in which I reply I do not know. These guys have customer service nailed. They then say let's look. Walk me to my truck and come back and made sure I purchased the appropriate bulb. I wasted 30 minutes at Chevyland for something that took Sear a total of 30 minutes to handle from my walking in the door and leaving with my headlight installed. Not to mention the bulb cost me 60% less than the one I now have to return to Chevyland. Chevyland can really learn a lesson in customer service. read more

Despite calling to schedule a time to bring my vehicle in for repair (mind you I live 2 hours from the dealership), I was treated as a walk in and had to wait all day for my vehicle to be repair. I was at the dealership from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The service representative never came to give an update on my vehicle repair. I had to go to the service department to get a status after waiting 4 hours, only to find out the representative was gone to lunch. I was never offered a shuttle until I spoke with the representative, after he returned from lunch around 2:00. My vehicle was just being worked on at this time which took another 2 hours. It seems to me that it was a mute point to have an appointment and still have to wait 5 hours before they even started on vehicle. This is the worst service I have ever received from this dealership. read more

My experience from purchasing the car and getting sevice was night and day.when I came in for an oil change I made an appointment with Barry.I was on appointment board for 3.30pm came in on time no one never acknowledged me.after blowing my horn and then getting out the attendant finally got to me.when covering what service I need I explain to him that Barry said he would honor my 25.00 coupon. I told him that I needed my right back driver tire check it has a slow leak he stated not a problem tire rotation come with service.I ask could I get a wash he said it come with oil change.After hour and half I know wondering did I get a oil change my whole experience was a (fat) No. They lied about the tire rotation half way down road the signal pop back on about put air in tire .No to discount the attendant said Barry made mistake so they made the customer suffer.No to car wash they brought back out not touch I brought it to their attention the attendant ran it to back and look like sprinkle little water on it and brought back out.The way they handle your car he whip it out into a spot kind wreckless.I was livid with this experience I saw Mr.Montgomery and was going to complain to him he look like he was in a business meeting.This location need customer service experience very bad. read more

I went to get a oil change and broke down a block away from Chevyland almost a hour later. Waited for a tow truck for almost 3 hours just to get towed a block. Missed my placement test for school, and had to cancel my work trip. No one really apologized for the inconvience. I was however put in a loaner car and called back almost 2 hours later saying my car was ready. They "apparently" forgot to put my intake back on my car. Wasnt even accommadated for my troubles. This is the 2nd time within 2 months i have had a problem with the Chevyland on Youree dr. Back in June my battery went out and i had my car TOWED to get fixed. Worked with someone name Lisa(WHO WAS AWFUL), even after i had a face to facr converstaion with Lisa and told her i would be back on the following Monday(since it was Friday and she had to order my parts) to pick my car up, she NEVER ORDERED my parts, "claims" i never gave her permission to work on my car(keep in mind it was towed in) and that she needed me to sign a piece of paper. I got the owner Jerry involved and to be honest THAT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. He wanted me to sit in his office while he take notes and watch the conversation between me and lisa, i guess to see who was telling the truth. Then got me to signed paper saying i was okay with the charges LIKE I WASNT GOING TO PAY. It took 5 days to get my car back for a battery. And for my troubles he took off 60 bucks and said i could get a free car the next time i came in for service. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM CHEVYLAND ON YOUREE. Also my engine overheated a year and a half after buying it with 5 miles on it. The service SUCKS. And in order to be accommadated for breaking down aftet my oil change on monday. Jerry THE OWNER wants to investigate the sitiation, probably to see if he's able to give me another loaner, WHICH I CARE NOTHING ABOUT. He needs to learn an apology will go A LONG WAY and when they mess up they need to OWN UP TO IT and not make excuses. Mistakes happen but whats bothering me is how no one apologized and the fact they dont own up to their mistakes read more

They did not fix all of the problems that I told them about. When I called back the next morning to let them know, my service advisor was rude! I felt like Chevyland should come get my car, as I was at work and could not leave. She said 'we can't just come and get your car. You're gunna have to bring it in yourself. I called and asked to speak to service manager...only got a voice-mail. Still have not had a return phone call!!! Every time we have taken the car to Chevyland, it has always been something bad every time and we have had a nasty experience with this dealership. I called Red River Chevrolet because my husband bought a truck from there not too long ago. They have since Taken full care of me and I did not have a single issue with them. We will never ever come back to this dealership for anything as long as we live. Chevyland is terrible and has terrible customer service and I would not recommend them to anybody! read more
