What a wonderful addition to our community! They are so nice and pleasant and greet everyone! We had the tenders in soy garlic sauce and they were amazing! The spicy is a bit too much for me! Full of flavor and moist. I love that they have buns here! Finally someone close has buns!!! They have bulgogi, pork belly, and spicy pork. We had some sides too like the seasoned fries and kimchi. The menu is compact. I am sure it will expand as this location takes off! I appreciate that they left it small so they could focus on making some things really well and not a lot of things just soso. Picked up ChiMc (from Burke) on Friday evening for a dinner; we were so excited to hear it was finally open. Couldn't get through after ten minutes of trying on the phone so used Yelp to place an online order for pick up. Was super easy to use. The food took about half an hour longer than Yelp stated and despite the fact Yelp said. Was complete and ready for pickup we waited inside for another 15 mins (it was pretty packed). We ordered the chicken wings combo large half and half and small order of tenders half and half. The radish sides seemed a little smaller than other locations and this was our first time ordering rice (more expensive than I was expecting--note to self make rice ahead of time or swing by Hmart to buy instant rice for a fraction of the cost). Overall hoping this place figures out managing phones/orders better but this location is way better than the Vienna location and chicken was still delicious and what I come to expect from ChiMc! read more

Burke location is finally opened!! Stop by this afternoon to pick up some soy garlic chicken wings for my 90 yr old grandma, her favorite!! Staff are friendly, inside of the store is quite cute - simple and cozy, there are outdoor seating available. Front and back staff have their mask on. It hasn't been open long and still has a couple of staffing issues (they're hiring) and products they sell out of early, but overall a very pleasant experience. I especially like that they have 5-6 tables for outdoor seating. My new favorite thing to do. We didn't arrive until 6:30 - 7pm. There was a lot of pickup traffic and a large family dining inside. We were told up front they were out of chicken tenders, onion rings and scallion pancakes. We are going to have to try these next time! We ordered a medium mixed combo, some fries and man doo to go. We were told it would be about a 30 minute wait so we ordered a couple of draft Allagash White beers to drink outside while we waited. The young man taking our order was friendly and efficient. We didn't realize at the time that it was just him and the cook running the restaurant. We daw roughly a dozen orders being picked up. Our order was out 10 minutes earlier than expected so we finished our beers and at the fries which were a tasty peppery mix. The rest we saved to eat at home - still hot and delicious. I was a regular at this place. One day in the middle of the day I went and the owner was there. I went because I thought they won't be busy and won't take long. The owner of the store was there and he was on the phone finding another branch and property to extend the business. He saw me and said wait and made me wait for 15/20 minutes. When he got the order I thought I will get the food fast. I went to the Hmart and did some shopping. When I got back even though it took long it wasn't ready. Looks like he didn't pass my order to the kitchen. I saw him handing the food of a guy so respectfully. Long story short, after that I didn't step in the store. Just tried Korean BBQ chicken for the first time here. Loved the food, twice fried chicken tenders. too much food to eat at lunch for me, took it home and had leftovers. the spicy flavoring that I got, half order of mild half spicy korean, were very tasty. would get the spicier version next time. the counterman could not have been more gracious and helpful. its small, only three tables, so mostly a carryout/delivery option. food is great. going back next week read more

This place has been popping up on Yelp so much that I had to try it. It's near my barber so after my cut today I stopped by. The guy at the counter was very friendly and working hard. Most of the tables outside (kudos for that) were full, no one inside except for people picking up orders. I ordered at the counter. I got the fried chicken spicy. Took it home (I live pretty close) and the wings were still hot. Just the right spice level and portion to fill you up. It came with a small container of pickled something. It was some kind of root vegetable and it was good. An excellent addition to the neighborhood. I look forward to exploring the menu more. read more

I had the weekend All-You-Can-Eat deal with a couple friends. The chicken is fantastic, the guy serving there is super friendly, chill, and outgoing. Speaking to the AYCE deal: once you eat through their ready supply of chicken, you get to eat the ones that are freshly made and oh man those are so hot and good. Quick and easy (better than the place across the street for sure, and I met the Colonel back in the '70's). Seriously though, Medium Combo was a 15 minute wait, and I went half/half. Spicy is just enough for my western taste buds (I'm not a aficionado of the "burn"). Garlic/Soy - well I would like more garlic and less soy but a good alternative to the spicy. Not overly battered, probably just a cornstarch dusting and so the juiciness was not offset but breading. Will be in my rotation for sure. read more

Mozzarella sticks are the best, their chicken is just yumster and the yogurt soju makes everything better. The guy there who I assume is a manager is always really kind to my friend and I when we have gone there and he will explain anything to you if you have any questions. I had the lunch combo: four wings, two drums, and a kimchi slaw side. Soy garlic wings were nice and crispy, and had that perfect sticky glaze that KFC is so famous for. love this place. I took the wings home but they were still steaming hot and also juicy. The kimchi slaw had the kimchi slightly sour and hot pepper flavor to it....more bite than simple cole slaw with a little bit of kimchi flavor like Bon Chon's equivalent. Great addition to Burke! Korean fried chicken is consistently fried with great texture on every bite. I usually get the small wing combo and get half soy garlic and half spicy. Wings are lighter on the sauce but I prefer that. Recently tried their fried drumsticks and it was just as good super juicy and crispy. Garlic Parmesan Fries are always a hit with my family. So happy we found this place! We love Korean fried chicken and our only favorite place was Bonchon, located in Fairfax but because of their shut down we were unable to find something just as good...up until we found this hidden gem -Chi Mc! The flavor is as close as it is to bonchon in Fairfax but their japchae is to die for as well! The chicken is crispy with enough spicy if you're getting spicy, what I love most is that it comes with a side of rice (something that bonchon didn't do). We were also greeted with a friendly face with great customer service in addition to exact estimated wait times which makes this place even better.
