    Soy garlic

I ordered the small soy garlic combo, which came with 2 drums and 4 wings along with pickled radish, for takeout. It was delicious. The skin was nice and crispy, and the chicken was very moist. The only complaint I have is I felt like the chicken could have been coated in more sauce. But as a whole, the chicken was solid, and it is much better than the Annandale location. I will be back again in the future.

Second time back and this place does not miss. The chicken is SO good and SO fresh... definitely better than bonchon (which says a lot because I loveee bonchon!) You can tell this chicken has never been frozen. It's so juicy, the meat is so white, and the crispy outside is just perfect every single bite. I definitely recommend coming here. Let the chicken speak for itself! I know I'll be back!

We have ordered from this Chi Mc location several times for its Korean-style fried chicken, especially the soy garlic and occasionally half-and-half. It's perfect for enjoying with friends. The pickled radish goes well with the chicken, and we love it. We've also tried the Japchae from this place, and it's delicious. The dishes are not too heavy on sauce that's too sweet or salty, and it's perfect. Highly recommend!

Prepare your taste buds! Korean fried chicken hits the spot. Chi Mc is delicious. There's no denying it. If you remember the movie Gremlins, when they're tearing it up after midnight, that's how addictive and desirable this food is. Wings or drumsticks doesn't matter, as both are great. Personally I prefer the more mild version, but occasionally the hot provides a boost. The radish with it, and their dumplings are also way above average. This one is a hit, and I'm proud to support their Burke location. What a nice restaurant it is. The small dining room, is clean and comfortable. All of the employees have been super friendly and helpful. Something righteous is going on here, as each experience has exceeded expectations. Am a tough evaluator, and my only issue is they are a bit expensive. Then again so are their competitors, such as Bon Chon, and inflation/supply side issues are real. With that being said, I like to dine in and also go the carry out method. All forms of payment are accepted, and I have no doubt you'll love this place. It is that good, and each visit I devour their delicious foods.

Yum!!! First time trying out Korean Chicken in general and this place is top-notch! Easy to-go ordering for pick-up and the food was ready when they said it would be. Chicken was hot and crispy. We ordered 1/2 honey garlic and half spicy. I'm a wimp and didn't try the spicy but the ones who did thought it had a nice kick! The honey garlic was delicious and I would order from here again. Glad this place is right around the corner from my parents when I come to visit!

Confession: i am a newbie to Chi Mc and have only had KFC a handful of times at nowhere that almost only exclusively serves it on their menu. That being said, Chi Mc is so delicious and I now know I definitely need more of it in my life. We dined in on a weekday evening and were the only individuals not either picking up orders or ordering to-go during our short stay. The service at the counter was super friendly. They have a small selection of beers with options both bottle or tap. I had 1/2 soy garlic and 1/2 hot wings. They were out of tenders-which seems to not be the first time reading other reviews. The wings were deliciously crispy on the outside and tender inside. The 1/2,1/2 was definitely the right move as the wings had a nice kick but I didn't feel like my mouth was on fire due to the soy garlic mellowing the spice. We also had bulgogi and it was tender and flavorful. Portions were generous and we happily took our small amount of leftovers and reheated them (which worked well by the way) for a late evening snack.

The best Korean fried chicken sandwich! The wings and tenders are perfectly crunchy and seasoned. The sides are huge portions.

The owners are super friendly, the food is delicious. My only suggestion is to offer bigger sauce containers for the chicken.

Excellent wings and the hot wing are very hot so be warned and the compete with Bonchon just not as many items on the menu to choose.

Context I've been a fan of Glory Days for many years and…read moreI've been a regular customer at the Burke location since 2019. That said things are tough these days and it's hard to justify eating out and paying more for meals and drinks. We purchase gift cards at Costco ($100 worth for $80) and combine that with the weekly specials they have traditionally offered. In short, we made it affordable enough to justify going on a tight budget. The Good The staff are great (John at the bar has been there for 20+ years), the food is good and the prices have usually been reasonable. We are big fans of the wings at Glory Days and the $6.99 for 6 after 9 PM made this our GoTo appetizer. I've had many meals at the Burke location after working late nights or after working out the gym and I've enjoyed the consistency and devotion the staff put into the experience. Sheldon often has my beer ready by the time I get a seat at the bar. Glory Days is a sponsor for some of the local public baseball fields and a big draw for teams at the many local schools. Add to all of this a good location, TONS of SCREENS and a real sense of neighborhood commitment and you can see why customers show so much loyalty. The NOT so Good Recently the policies and the menus have been changing. Prices have gone up, discounts have gone down or been completely eliminated and some items are no longer offered. I've heard that this is partially due to a change in ownership, apparently the new management team wants to go after more money and expect customers to just absorb the cost. I guess they took a page from Amazon's "Screw over the Prime members" playbook. Reasonable prices and policies have been replaced with higher prices and less options. Don't care for fries? You'll pay an upcharge to swap them out for broccoli or rice. Goodbye $6.99 wings and hello $11.99 for the same 6 bone-in wings. No more half price burgers on Monday, Taco Tuesdays and etc. Instead they have a "Trifecta" and the "Merica Burger". Needless to say I'm not impressed. Moving On These changes have prompted my wife and I to explore local alternatives despite our loyalty to the staff at the Burke location. We still hold a few gift cards and we'll be back to use them but we're not buying any more and we're checking out other restaurants. Tonight, it is Oh George! over by GMU. Time will tell if Glory Days returns to it's former Glory or goes down the profit driven death spiral.
