Came in for a manicure and fill for my beautiful dip powder nails that had been applied in San Diego. See my pictures. Terrible job. It's so dark in this place that it's hard to see your nails until you go outside. The employee is Hilda. She burned me 3-4 with the sanding tool. Twice in the same place. I had no idea she could prevent that by simply turning down the speed of it, but she should know, right? I only had dip powder nails one other time in San Diego. There it we Here's what I saw after my Medford nail appt once I got outside in the light: -Chopped up cuticles. -Rough edges to a few nails. -Applied in glops. -Tons of dried glue glopped under them. -Color doesn't cover to the edge of my nail. -Color goes over my cuticles in places. -Wavy, not smooth look. -My natural nails stick out under the fake tips making a big ledge to get dirt, germs. So, I went back in and had her try to clean them up. She sanded them and took the dip polish edges down to the undercoat here and there, so now they look light and dark. In other places there's no color, gouges, chipped away top-coat. The tips of the nails are off-center. She was very angry I came back in and did not say a word just quietly fumed. While I was having my nails done, the customer next to me wanted her acrylics off. The elderly woman manicurist "ripped" them off- in the customer's words- and "tore off her nail" and "made her bleed." She was very upset and freaked out but rational. They blamed her for having said she had limited time, but they didn't tell her to come back when she had more time. They didn't offer to soak them. They took no responsibility. After she left, they talked about her and kept saying it was the customer's fault. It was shameful behavior from a business. At this point I didn't still get a good look at MY nails until I went out in the light. I had no idea they could look so bad! Don't go here if you want beautiful nails. If something goes wrong, expect to be treated quite differently from how they acted when you came in. Also, they don't care how they turn out, obviously! Who would let someone leave their nail salon looking like this? And Yes, I talked to the manager- no guarantee, must pay! Photos show how poorly they were done. read more

I've been coming here for a while now and today had to be the worst. I asked for a signature pedicure, stating that I did not want the callous remover used. Instead he decided to opt out of doing any of the cleaning at all. He didn't clip my cuticles or clean under the nails. He didn't scrub the bottom of my feet at all and completely skipped the last massage. The gel polish I was charged extra for is all over the side of my toes. I'm a really good tipper usually. You would think they would take care of the customers that take care of them. I was charged 67$. I will be doing my own pedicures from now on. I get that everything's been off since covid, the prices are going up but to just blatantly not do your job then charge full price. Sorry I don't have money to throw away. Before I even get into how rude this man was I want to start with the lack of cleanliness he exhibited. This man had an open wound (healing ) and was doing my nails with no glove . Mind you he was holding my hands to file ... when I asked him to put a glove on he went off!!! Next he asked me what design I wanted. I showed him a picture , this man says "we don't do that it takes too long and cost $20 extra ..." I said that's fine ... I'm already here. I've been on tour and this is my day off so I'm treating myself to some self care . He had already placed the nail tips on and says "you can come back in an hour if you want design , i don't do it " halfway through my nail process! Got a fill with the gentleman next to the main lady. His application was chunky and very uneven. I asked him to fill some portion of 2 nails that didn't get filled properly and he started to fill all of my nails on top of the already filled ones. Smh. He didn't even buff/file them correctly bc there were obvious lumps and hill like bumps all over. He then started to buff them and immediately started applying GLOBS of polish. It was very bad. The following day I called back to inform them one of my nails broke in half and he tried to say it was my fault. I then explained to him that the apex (the "strong" part of the acrylic on top of nail) wasn't even filled and resembled a "ditch". He responded but saying he only had Monday open. This place sucks. They are not respectful of your time. I made an appointment for 3:30 and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. I had my prior dip mail removed and my nails reshaped and cleaned up. No cut and no color, the massage was 30 seconds on each hand and they charged me 47$. I am originally from a larger city where nail salons need your business because there is a nail salon on every corner. Southern Oregon seems to be lacking in this area. I do powder dip nails. I'm not from this area. It was sort of hard to find a salon that did powder dip. I googled and this salon came up. I did call ahead for an appointment. I was able to get in within my time period on a few hours notice. She did. An amazing job!!! Great with the free handed little hearts!! I also had the best pedicure I've eve had!!! They worked as a team to take care of me. A man took my dip off and got them ready because there is only one lady that does dip. I moved right into her chair. He did my pedicure and she did hearts on my toes. I got the upgraded pedicure which was totally worth it!!! The massage was amazing!! The massage chair during the pedicure was very good!!! Very exacting nail tech and takes time to get everything So updated review: several new techs now. The younger lady there did my dip and one chipped the next morning. I was out of state on vacation so I couldn't get it repaired. By the time I got back six days later, two more had chipped and one was shattered. I came in to show her and she told me I should be easy on my nails. I was on vacation and not even in water. She did a poor job and tried to leave the blame on me. She won't touch my nails again-it's nearly $50 for dip and it should last more than one night without chipping. And she should've taken responsibility. The original tech who did my nails the first time repaired them for her and did a great job. But she handed him the color she said she dipped my nails in when she did them and she gave him the wrong color. Now I have three mismatched nails. He offered to redo them all but I don't have time. One of the worst pedicures I've had, I do not recommend going here for a pedicure. My brother and I went for a walk in pedicure because the reviews were good, but everything was rushed, the entire pedicure was about 20-25 minutes and we paid $69 total. They did not use any body scrub, and only used soap on our feet, the massage was not a massage and more like rubbing in lotion...along with that on mine they didn't even fully rub it in and used a hot towel to wipe off most of it, when my brother did not get a hot towel. I dropped in yesterday for a pedicure and stood in front waiting for someone to acknowledge me for a couple minutes. People were busy, so I tried being understanding, but when the guy at the counter, who was three feet away from me, made an effort NOT to look at me, I decided to leave. I've never been disappointed w/a pedicure until today. I feel I could have had a better pedicure at the beauty college. My whole pedicure was about 20 minutes. I was a walk in and there was 3 nail techs available. I appreciate them getting me in w/out an appointment but the polish on my toenails looks like bad graffiti. The lady nicked my skin a 2-3x w/the dremel to get the polish off as she seemed to be in such a hurry. As you can see from photos, not only was she short with the margin with placing the new nail polish, but she left some of my old "red" polish behind!?! And left new polish/glitter on my skin. And than NO clear coat afterwards!?! Waste of $50.00 for a poor pedicure that lasted 20 minutes. I didn't notice how bad my toenail polish was, until I got home. And 10 eye rolls later, here I am leaving an unpleasant review in the hopes to save someone elses's money/time!!! A pedicure should be relaxing and joyful, this experience was atrocious!! The salon is clean, my cuticles are ragged and the shellac painted clear up to the ragged trimmed cuticles. I won't go there again, my nail tips are ragged as well. Low quality finish and the small staff spoke amongst themselves incessantly in Vietnamese and apparently don't speak English since there were a lot of misunderstandings. read more

If I could find a way to not give any stars and just a review, I would! I called ahead out of consideration for their time and to ask if they'd be available for a walk-in gel pedi. Whoever answered the phone was more than happy to take me and asked how soon I could be there in which I replied, 10 mins. When I arrived he knew it was me that called and asked me to pick a color and wait for a chair to be ready, so I did. Things felt promising as this was my first time at this establishment. As I sat down in the chair and another gentleman, older, slim, not very tall, came to greet me he immediately started rushing around for things. Huge red flag. It didn't stop there. He started the water and walked off, it was SO HOT! I couldn't even keep my feet in it. When he came back he insisted I put my feet in and I told him it was too hot. He let out a huge sigh and ran cold water. He saw the look on my face and immediately apologized. I said nothing back. He continued on with the worst pedicure service I've ever gotten! He cut my toenails so short it hurt! The grip he had on my feet left marks! He messed up on my big toe and rather than taking it off and starting over he tried to cover it up. Which is when I stopped him and said he needed to completely redo it. Rather than agreeing, he told me no, again noticed the look on my face and decided that probably wasn't the best idea. As he began taking it off with the drill he sanded down my skin and burned me. He took the cuticle cutters to my toe nail again and drew blood! I quickly pulled my foot back as he apologized yet again! I asked if he was in a hurry or had somewhere else to be? I asked if I could get someone else and he insisted on helping me. I was incredibly uncomfortable and unhappy! He urged me to let him finish and when I reluctantly did, I ended up with the worst pedicure of my life! As I walked up to talk to whom I thought was the manager, I told him it was the worst pedicure I'd ever had and I would NEVER BE BACK! The best he could do was tell me they were open again on Monday and to come back so someone else could fix it! I told him I wish I never would have come here in the first place and I will surely NEVER BE BACK! He didn't even scrub my feet or massage them. DO NOT GO HERE! And if you do, do not allow for the older, slim, short gentleman to help you. ABSOLUTE WORST! read more
