I made an appointment for full set, white tip acrylic. Let's just say the effort was less than mediocre. I could have done a better job myself with a kit from Walmart. I showed a clear picture of what I wanted as far as color and shaping, it was disregarded. This establishment was dirty and even the minimum OHA standards were not being met not only was the nail station I was at dirty, there was a pedicure being done as well on another client. I watched the technician pick up wax from the clients feet off the floor with the same same gloves she continued to rub the clients skin. Nancy was my nail tech and did an amazing job! My gel manicure was excellent she deserves 5 stars. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is the look of the salon. There were tools on the floor. Unfinished shelving and walls. One client walked barefoot to the drying station after her pedicure. The client did have flip flops with her. The owner of the salon greeted people well but without pricing visible, he seemed to change the prices of services arbitrarily. The polish selection, while good is very unorganized and hard to make sense of what is gel and regular polish. I will go back only by making an appt with Nancy. read more

I'm only giving them one star because I have to, I came as a walk in and was told I needed to make an appointment; came three hours later for my appointment and they took two other people before me and went 30 minutes into my appointment before I decided to leave. My wife went to this Nail Salon after making an appointment, she purchased a full nail treatment but after a few days her nails began to chip and one brake. She went back the next day and asked if they could repair or fix her nails. She was told that they did not have time and come back next week. This behavior is indicative of the business mentality of foreigners who come her and fail to understand what good customer service mean. I would give negative stars if possible. I got charged $20. for a polish change and a fill is only $30. What a rip off. I won't be back they always add to they're prices. I like consistently not nickle and diming people. read more

We booked an appointment for 3 people a couple days in advanced, when we got there they said we only booked for one, and they were getting ready for acrylic after we said we wanted gel. After some time they eventually figured it out. The person doing my friends nails filled her skin and made her bleed, my other friend was not able to pick her own color, my nail polish is practically see-through, are cut uneven, and where not painted all the way. I just decided to try this place out and came for a pedicure with my niece. The guy that did my pedicure made me move my seat from sitting directly beside her to one seat over after a lady told me to sit there. Which is terrible customer service as we came together. Halfway through the pedicure they decided to ask if we wanted something to drink instead of asking when we first sat down. The guy was really rough handling my feet and he has a long thumb nail that kept sticking into my toes when he was holding them. When scrubbing my feet, I asked him to scrub my heel a little bit more and he told me it would cost an extra $5. He didn't put my shoes on before polishing my toes, which is what most nail shops do, and my polish got messed up on one of my toes. They also don't do the hot towel which is typically included in a pedicure. You always have to pay for the nail file set and they do not tell you that. When speaking to the guy about it, he stated everywhere in Oregon does this and it was in the brochure, which we weren't given. The quality and terrible customer service is not worth the price! read more
