This is my go to place when I need to get my nails and eyebrow done. I've been going to this place since they opened. The staff is really friendly and the prices is good but only certain staff do really good jobs. Yen and Tho are my favorite when it comes to getting my mani and pedi. They really clean your nails and really get deep into getting the dead skin. The massage spa chair is a plus! Yen is the only one that does wax and she never disappoint with my eyebrows. There are a couple girls here that do a decent job in cleaning your nails but sometimes their painting is sloppy. They do get busy at time, and the wait is long during their busy hours so I would call to check on it. Overall, every time I come here, I leave with happy nails :) read more

I was debating whether or not I should give a review but felt I should warn others...DO NOT GO HERE!!! My daughter had gone in a week ago on a Friday which was very packed so she was excited when the new owner decided to take her. She soon became upset and frustrated w/him. She told him that she had wanted coffin nails but after filing for some time he said he didn't know how to do that and it wouldn't look nice. When she expressed how unhappy she was w/his work he then began to explain that it wasn't his fault and that her fingers were "crooked". My daughter then told him she was done and was gonna leave, he then asked for payment of $20. She left crying but still paid him. Luckily she went to another nail place that fixed his work. I've been coming here since they opened. I have known Mai (owner) for over 8 years. She is nice, caring and takes her time doing your nails. She is the best of best when it comes to doing nails. Mai is the best Gel and acrylics. She makes it look very natural and elegant. The store is very clean unlike other nail stores and all the staff are very generous. Staff take their time to ensure you get the best quality. Staff are experienced workers so you can trust your medi and pedi will look professional... DO NOT COME HERE!!! please go to diamond nails down the street instead it is cheaper and better service! they also don't charge by length like at this location! This is the worst nail place i have ever been to. They talk so much they do not even pay attention to their clients. Some old asian doing my nails was talking so much she wasn't paying attention to my nails and cut me with the machine TWICE it cut my skin! To make matters worse the lady doing my pedicure did a bad job ass well. She put too much polish on my toes that they were so thick they couldn't dry and it chipped off and got ugly after 2 hours. It gets worse.. i did a regular nail polish set on my toes and gel on my nails and they were completely different colors! i don't understand why if i chose the same number for both my nails and toes and ended up with purple toes and pink nails. awful job. read more

I don't normally leave reviews but I really wanted to leave one to let everyone know about the new management that has taken over Chic Nails. "They" are exactly what needed to happen to the place. Celine, is amazing! Her work is so good and she's really nice. Her husband, Calvin, makes you feel so so welcomed. He offered us water, was very polite and wasn't pushy with the customers. They brought a few of their own workers with them and kept a few of the existing ones (Julie, Mindy, & May). Stephanie, who is one of their girls, is a total sweetheart. I was really worried about the change, because I have been going there for years. Christina and her sister were the only ones I trusted with my nails, so I was worried about the new owners/workers, but I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. I've been going to this salon (different locations but with the same manager/owner & esthetician) for years. Julie is by far the best esthetician here and I go to her every single time, as does my mom. Lee and the entire staff are all great as well, with each having their own respective expertise (i.e. Meg is great at full sets, Mindy does designs the best, & Lee provides awesome pedicures). Rough around the edges (but aren't most nail salons this way?), but they're overall a great staff, sanitary utensils & affordable prices! I would definitely recommend! I have been coming to them for a long time now. I really love that my French tip pedicure nail polish stays on for 2-3 weeks (most of the times with no chips at all unless I really bang my nails up). They do a good job of cleaning your nails. I also love getting my full set French tip nails done. I get the gel and they always look so polished and shiny. I also do my waxing there and they do a good job at that too. Everyone always asks where I get my nails and pedicure done because they love the way they look. There are a lot of nail salons in the area, but I think they do the best job after trying a few others out before. read more

If there was a negative star rating I'd give it! So I get here a bit late for a Sunday 5:30pm and they close at 6, but the lady tells me not to worry that they'll take me it'll be 30 minutes. As I'm sitting there I'm trying different nail polishes trying to see which color looks good with my skin tone, I look at over at a male who appears to be agony I look down to see his foot towel covered in blood and puss! The lady working on his nails is digging out what appeared to be two very infected ingrown toe nails... When she's done she did not disinfect his spa... She took the tools she just used to a sink rinsed them with soap and water for about 10 seconds and comes back to where I'm at and tells me to take a seat where a previous girl just vacated also hasn't been cleaned! When I ask for a clean spa and new tools she walks away from me and refuses to service me! The manager then comes over and asks me what the problem is I tell him she did not properly disinfect her tools and got upset when I asked her to... I tell him that the male she was previously working on was covered in blood and puss and I don't want his tools anywhere near me! He wasn't even apologetic he tells me that they're different tools I tell him I was watching her the whole time, he then asks me if I could return tomorrow as they are now closed! I say I wouldn't have waited if that was the case I was waiting patiently for a total of 45 minute and was not serviced because I requested clean instruments! This place is unhygienic and I also plan to file a consumer report! read more

Such a horrible experience. A woman with short hair walked in with a bad attitude as if it was too early to have clients, at 10:30am. She got upset that I had 1 nail with gel on it, filed my thin nails angrily and when I asked if she could file softer, threw a fit and told me to leave. She yelled at me that she's been doing nails for 20 years (in really bad, broken English) and told me to leave. All because I asked her to file softer. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I wouldn't spend a penny on this place. Word of advice: look for a 5 star nail salon. This place is low class, low quality. read more

My gf asked her repeatedly to stop after she was bleeding, she would even still pay her even though she was about 25% done. The lady working then got mad and started bad mouthing my gf as if it were my gf's fault???? My gf still kept telling her to just charge us so we can leave and go about our way. The yelling coming from the nails lady still persisted until about 5 minutes later when she decided to charge us. We paid and after we did, she kept yelling at us.
