My car was involved in a hail storm March 28th. It caused damage to my hood in other area's of my car specifically water build up in my trunk area which I explicitly explained to the nice receptionist Victoria, As well as the Estimator Francisco. He assured me I was in good hands. So keep in mind this is April 1st. and all the currrent events of the world, I'm totally understating . I looked on my State Farm online portal, I see that the Estimator Francisco sent his estimate to State Farm. Two weeks later I get the call, that State Farm is not honoring My hailstorm case. Ok, I personally text Francisco and told him to contact me or have someone contact me to get my credit card information, Because State Farm has drop the ball, and I'm dropping them, and That I still wanna move forward. His very unprofessional self, called me left a voicemail. I returned his call. The first words out of his unprofessional mouth is. State Farm is not accepting your claim. Come and get your Jaguar. This time in my head I almost went the Fuck off. He didn't respond to ask about The text I sent in plain English. I waited a few seconds. After I was told to come get my "Car" That I was calling To give you my Credit Card information, to proceed with repairs. Once again His Mood Totally changed. This is April 14. If I'm not mistaken. So, I also decided to get My rims done. I personally went to the shop, to Pick out my colors. dropped another bag on my rims. This is about 4k plus out of the pocket. I get a call May 1st. That my Jaguar is ready. Everything looks good to the naked eye. Also, I needed to get my key fob reprogrammed, and my rear camera was damaged do to the Hailstorm, I was told that that Autohaus didn't program my key. And get this, His guy was sick so they could not fix my camera. WTF? I still remained cool. I get the car it's fucking filthy, Inside and out. Black marks all over my cream interior they had all the parts they took loose and put them inside my car. I took notes of that when I was there paying for the botched Rim job, I'll get to that. So I get the car he's going over the things that was fixed, I Personally ask him was all water and debris move from My trunk he replied yes, so I did not look, He also told me a place I could take my key fob to get programmed, yeah thanks smh. I took my car to get it washed. I'm now looking over everything that I should of did there.I noticed that They only painted and Fix the outside of my Rim, now I'm fucking pissed. I also noticed it's a chunk missing out of my Pirelli Tire. And Inside on my dash. It's a part broke on my speaker grill. Moreover It's a shit load of water and Debris inside my Trunk under the spare tire.  Also Someone tampered And cut into the holding under the hood, we're the components are for the camera And other wiring,  on top of that after more inspections the car paint job is botched as well. I personally Text Francisco last Sunday May 2. And explained to him that this is totally unacceptable. And I was reaching out before I left a Review online. Today is Monday May 11. Still no reply From him or the company. Moving forward it's nothing they can do to rectify this but give me a full refund, I gave them ample time to Respond, Moreover I bet there not treating their customers of the Anglo Saxon race in this manner. Ok well let me start of with saying that I'm not a very hard person to please. With that being said...I had a "minor" bumper bump issue on my 2017 mini. Brand new right?!? Well if there's any issues or flaws with the repairs...I'll see them right? Well keep that in mind as I go on here. I took my car here because it was a State Farm registered body shop....so hell...it should be a awesome shop by that alone...not too mention the 5 star ratings they receive on yelp and google!!! So I dropped my car off...and got it back a few days later. Before I left I noticed some clear coat scuffs from them reinstalling my bumper. They buffed it out....looks great now right? I get it home...and then notice around the tail light halo that there was chipped paint from the tool they used to take the halo off....not to mention breaking a tab or two of the halo that now doesn't fit as snug as it once did...but whatever...it won't fall off so I won't let that get too me. So now I have to take car back to fix the chips...but it's the weekend and have to wait till Monday to bring it in...AWESOME!!!!! Over that weekend...being I'm not a body guy...I noticed the bumper was not lined up right and was rubbing up against the rear hatch and caused damage to the newly painted bumper and saw some issues with the over spray of clear coat....so now more damage and issues!!!! I get the body shop on Monday...Sydney tries to fix the issue of aligning the bumper...took weather stripping off and one of the 6-8 tabs that you need to push in...wasn't...which is superbly lazy for a shop with 5 stars...so he fixed that...then tried to buff out the bumper issue and then burnt the paint. Now I have to drop the car off because there's more than one issue...but being a car dealer/body shop....there's no loaner car for this being a issue "they" caused??? Ok whatever...I have another car I can drive to get by...but have to rely on public trans to get to and from...no biggie. Fast forward a few days...I pick the car up...looks good as far as I can tell at night...next day...I noticed a tiny knick right where they fixed the halo issue...now I'm just done...its not down to the primer...so I'll let that go. Today...I get the car in the sun and notice another clear coat scuff that has to get buffed out. So moral of this story...is that if you feel something isn't right...it probably isn't!!!! 50 something reviews in one year and a majority of all of them 5 stars??? Impossible for the quality of work that they performed!!! Btw...a little side note...most of the things here should of been caught before ever leaving their establishment...but being I'm the one who caught these things...should be a warning for all of you that are considering having work done with these unprofessional's. read more

Was involved in a minor rear end accident with a State Farm insured, took my car here because it was a preferred shop of State Farm and I figured it would be easier and quicker than taking it somewhere else. Very glad I made the decision to do this. After initially being upset that State Farm would not replace the bumper wanting only to repair it, when I got the car back I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The work was excellent, bumper looks better than when I bought the car new if that's possible. The owner Saif went out of his way to text with me to make sure I would be satisfied. His crew even touched up a spot on my quarter panel which they didn't have to do. Front office staff is super friendly and helpful, and there is a Hertz rental desk in the body shop--very convenient. I live around the corner from this place and they are amazing neighbors! The staff is very friendly and always communicative. I have taken my cars here twice for minor things. Once I just needed my plate changed and the bolt was stripped- they immediately came out with a power tool to help me out. But most recently my Cadillac was actually flooding from the sunroof drainage system and of course I was flying out of town that same day! They immediately took my car inside and found the problem, texting me updates along the way. They were so considerate of the urgency and of my travel. This place used to be great but it has really gone down hill. It is supposed to open at 8:00 which is important to those of us who have to get to work. The 1st day I was sitting in front until 8:10, when the guy finally came to open up, talked to guy & told him I would be back the next morning to get my car fixed. I do not suggest this place for any mechanical work. I asked that they fix a coolant leak in my car. They claimed they fixed the leak, pressure tested the system, and there was no longer a leak. Less than a 100 miles later the coolant low sensor went off. When I tried to open the hood I realized that they also broke off the hood lever so that I had to fish for the internal wire to get the hood open. Had to call multiple times to try to get the car fixed. They told us multiple times it was a high priority and that the manager would be in touch, but received no calls after the car went into the shop. After multiple calls from my end they told me that the coolant system had a different issue and that we would have to pay more. Terrible customer service and money down the toilet for an issue they knew nothing about and had to rely on the ford dealer for information. Also had a couple items that "went missing" from the car. read more

If you want to be treated curteously, fairly and promptly, I highly recommend Saif at Autohouse. I was involved in a fender bender and rather than jumping to suggest I replace my entire bumper and air dam, they figured out how to reattach and repair the dam. Brought my vehicle in after an accident, it was minor, just the front passenger side fender and rim needed to be replaced. Things seemed to be going smoothly, until I went to pick up the vehicle; they told me 3pm on friday, so I called around 2:30 and they said it wouldn't be done till 6pm, and I said that was too late, so they said they would "push" their guys to have it done by 4:30, I also asked if I could just pick it up the next day, but they tell me they aren't open on Saturdays. So I show up at 4:30 and the car isn't ready, there is some kind of white over spray on the fender, they tell me they'll fix it and it'll be ready on to pick up on Saturday(thought you weren't open???). I go in the next day and it's still not ready, a gentleman is there(doesn't work for chicago autohaus) and tells me it's still in the paint booth and not ready. So I return on Tuesday after a holiday weekend and the paint job is still terrible and as I look closer I notice the rim they put on my car is THE WRONG ONE! It doesn't match the other three on my vehicle. Not to mention, they used my spare tire for some reason and left the jack and attachments laying loose in my trunk and had some weird stain on my driver seat. So at this point I'm done, I take my vehicle, and tell them to let me know when the rim gets in so they can change it, but I'll be taking it elsewhere to be painted. The owner(saif yasin) was extremely rude when speaking with him after he knows that he'll have no more of my business. All in all terrible workmanship and customer service, wish I had looked closer at the reviews, cause YELP has them at a 4+ start rating, but many people have them as a 1 or 2...
