Matt could not have been more professional & informative as he worked his way through re-keying our house locks and making 10 additional keys for my family. He was well versed in our Schalge versus Quickset, 3 point lock & able to order replacement parts that work with the new keys. So now all of our locks are one key compatible. My car was stolen and was recovered without keys and all of the doors were locked. I called these guys and they assigned me to Robert. Robert was extremely helpful. He waited at the impound lot for almost 2 hrs while they were searching for my car buried under the snow in. We had fun conversation while we waited and once they found my car, he made me my keys in less than half an hour!! Robert is extremely professional, fun, and helpful person. I strongly recommend using their services if you are in crisis. Rates are I guess reasonable when compared to other service providers. Chicago Locksmith was one of three that I received information for. I called and the person who answered was polite and very pleasant to deal with at such a stressful time. I asked about the cost and she gave me the likely cost range, which I thought was reasonable. She told me a locksmith would contact me soon with an eta. I received a call from Jonathan within 10 mins. He was equally as polite and pleasant to deal with.
