I did NOT want to pay for a keychain, I was even weary to purchase the labubu doll knowing there are plenty of fakes. But of course, I believed them & it is definitely fake. My husband and I had some interest in coming to a mall to do some clothes shopping as well some Christmas shopping. With some stores already having Black Friday deals we decided trying to go before Thanksgiving was the best option. This mall fit the bill for what we wanted and we were able to get a decent amount of shopping done here. It's not far from Chicago while also being not as busy as the typical shopping area at the Magnificent Mile. If you need to get some shopping done and are in the area, this mall is a decent spot. read more

Dont get me wrong the mall is your usual mall but the area is not the brightest. I would recommend going during the day time and trying to avoid the surroundings in the evening. There are patches where you wont see anyone. So go during the day and you'll have some pretty nice shops to visit. read more

Big mall but not that as big as some of the better malls around it. Chicago Ridge Mall isn't the nicest but it's cleaned up a bit and feels safe. It has lots of the mall basics like a food court and play area to keep kids occupied while you take care of things. Has some pretty annoying policies others mentioned. There's some areas of the mall that aren't as nice as others. Coming here isn't as much of a hassle. It's hardly ever crowded except a little more during holidays and such. The stores are pretty basic and mostly the kind you'll find in a mall wherever. Has pretty lame ass food choices. There's a Panda Express, enough said. Bathrooms are gross. These sometimes will be cleaned but most times there's garbage and toilet paper on the floors and stuff. Has a few really good things about it so it's not all bad. It almost is never crowded except occasionally for the holidays. There's a few cheaper stores but the majority of these can be found wherever. read more

This mall is one of the better malls that I have visited despite the problems that happen every now and then outside of it. They have good security that don't let a lot of drama happen inside the mall and the workers in some of the stores are very respectful. There's a decent selection of stores to choose from, and the food court has a decent variety of restaurants. You'll get what you pay for at this mall, but I suggest coming here before the late after and evening hours if you can. It will get crowded and more populated during those times. read more

DO NOT GO TO SANTA NOT WORTH IT!!! Santa sucked barely said anything, was not worth $44, plus an extra $10 for them to print out photos, go to Walgreens for cheaper if you wanna print them out just ridiculous. I came here with my two daughters. It's the weekend when we went to this mall and they have no schooling. I will buy them new clothes and new toys. It's good that they have a huge space for parking and we can park the car easily. They are so excited when we enter the mall and they want to go first to the toy store. Staff accompanied us when we entered. My daughter's are happily choosing a toy that they like. And staff helped me pick up the toys on the high part of the shelves. The toys are worth the price because of the quality and durability.  Next we went to the clothes store and looked for the selection of kids clothes. They liked the shirt and dress that I chose. It's perfectly fit to my daughter's and they are very comfortable with it. After buying clothes we eat in the food court and while waiting for the food they ride in the carousel. They enjoy it a lot. I'm glad I see them happy in small things and they are so excited to come back here next time. read more

At first They told me they were full service and would rebuild all the beds, tables, etc... Then on another phone call they told me i could save money by disassembling furniture myself. But at the end of the move, they left everything disassembed and told me they don't work on anything they didn't disassembe themselves. So that is a big hassle they told me on the first call that I wouldn't have to worry about. And then all of the boxes were labeled by where they should go--bedroom or kitchen or wherever--but the vast majority ended up in the basement and back room, regardless of where they're supposed to go. So they were more affordable than other people but I don't really feel like I got what is what was advertised. read more

Chicago ridge is my local area mall that I tend to frequent often I feel a little bit safer at this moment although a couple years ago it was on the news that several children got into some type of rockets and now they have enforced a curfew children have to be or teens have to be accompanied by an adult if they're under the age of 16 and I really like that so I definitely will oblige and that rule several other stores have popped up here H&H they're doing some remodeling so I believe several more are on the way various food court it's a nice open floor plan then I like it was well or all the stores are connected even all these is at the mall one of my fave stores and you have the movie theater AMC that's connected in the mall as well you can pretty much spend your whole day at this mall read more

I've always been coming to this mall for almost 20 years. Lets say me and this mall have had a long history with each other but anyways I love most of the stores here and what not. I never mind the people but one thing that irritates me the most is this "Youth Supervision Policy Act" honestly I think it's the worst thing this mall has ever done. Like, i'm a dude in his mid twenties that looks way younger and I have had security guards ask me about by age but the worst moments I had was I just leaving Spencers and this (female) security guard came up to me and asked if I was 17. I showed her my ID, for some reason she didn't believe me because for some odd reason she thought I was a 12 year old with a fake ID so I got escorted out of the mall. That's utter (swear word). I went here last month with my girlfriend to hang out and it happened to be a Friday and we're in the food court eating and the same security guard asks us for our Id. She saw mine and said I was good, my girlfriend left hers at home but she's 21 and the security guard says we need to go immediately. We didn't listen because we knew this was unfair. Like seriously! I don't get this place anymore.I know they started this whole thing because of what happened at Ford City Mall but we don't need all this police presence at the mall, no wonder why this place is getting such a bad reputation. The security guards are very biased and one minded towards everyone and they honestly don't care. I think they're mad with power. Let me ask this...what if I had a 13 year old and i'm new to town and I dropped him off because he wanted to buy a surprise a birthday gift for me. He is unaware of this youth supervision policy act, so after walking the mall, he gets kicked out and it happens to be 10 degrees out side with a really cold wind chill and doesn't have a phone but knows I would arrive at "x" time as promised and he's stuck outside in the unforgiving cold weather. Who is going to be responsible for my child's death when frostbite consumes him? I guess you guys didn't think that through. read more

Pretty decent mall, the food court is nice and they even have a movie theater. They also have an aldis inside and the parking lot is huge. Definitely a complete mall, they do need more security though because sometimes there's big fights but overall it's a good mall. read more

It's my son's birthday and I want to give him a present. He likes a toy Spiderman because last time we watched a Spiderman movie and he loves it. He said he wants to be a Spiderman. So we surprised him with a mini birthday party with only us and his family. We don't invite her friends and classmates since there is a covid. I bought a spiderman costume in this mall. It's a little bit expensive because of the good quality. He will be happy when we give it to him and also when he wears it. I also bought him a spiderman toy. It's a set of toys with different poses. I Worked half a day at work yesterday so I decided to come to this mall. I will buy some food and clothes for my wife and daughter. I decided to buy clothes first. I entered one one stalls that sell clothes for adults and kids. Some staff assisted me. I chose a crop top polo shirt and beige pants for my wife. Staff approved that it fit my wife since I told her the size of my wife. The polo and pants have a good quality of fabric. Next I choose a skirt and blouse for my daughter. It has a color of pink and that's my favorite color of my daughter. She will like it. Aside from that it looks cute to her. I highly recommend this mall. read more

We had got in everything was good until the server didn't get us any plates or napkins, they took over an hour to get our food , our wings were cold to start with and when we talked to the manager about it he gave us attitude and told us "well what do you want me to do about it" and didn't even offer to remake the wings . everyone had also received out food before us and we had got there before them. read more

"Fix and more" is located in the mall. I took my screen to be replaced for $135 on my iPhone. The man said it would take an hour and a half and I agreed. I went back to see if my phone was ready and there was a family saying that they had the screen replaced and the screen had black lines running down the phone. They kept telling the man working on my phone to fix theirs. I started to get nervous and they left. The owner told me those people are crazy and they dropped the phone. Finally my phone was done and I was already nervous about my phone in his hands. The man tells me it's 275 and I was in shock. I grabbed the phone and told my daughter to check it. She checked it and the camera didn't work. I felt stupid, I told the owner and he said he didn't touch the camera, apparently he did. Now I have a iPhone he broke and I told him I wasn't gonna pay him $275. I gave him what I had $235 and this man is a thief. Do not go here. read more

Chicago Ridge Mall has turned a corner since being sold by Westfield almost three years ago. I didn't live in the area in the 80's when it opened but it's been my mall of choice for the last twenty years. While it was owned by Westfield it seemed as if the company didn't care. Just keep the floors clean and the doors open type of thing. The last couple years have been better. Once Westfield was out of the picture things began changing. Fully remodeled restrooms were the first positive thing. Then the reopening of a couple stores that left while Westfield was the owner. In the last year there have been more new store openings than we've seen in a long time. Now the crappy metal chairs in the food court are gone and new wood stylish chairs brought in. The resting areas have all new furniture too. Currently the newly remodeled AMC Theater is my favorite place. It now includes a bar (yup, a full bar and areas to relax) and has all new modern movie recliners with reserved seating. If you haven't tried this theater in a while I say run right over. Ticket prices are lowest for the first show of the day if that helps. (Also check my Yelp review for the AMC here). The mall has also worked on its out lots (buildings not attached to the mall itself) like attracting a new Chick Fil A and also filling all the spots in the food court. I'm not a huge fan of Churro Factory (their Pilsen location is great) but the Sarku teriyaki chicken is awesome. Some evenings or weekends can bring too many teens or other unsavory people but it's no where near the issue that Ford City or North Riverside has and I see plenty of security throughout the mall at those times. Even Orland Park Mall has these issues now that kids all have cars and phones. The only thing I don't care for in the mall are the dozen or so kiosks that sell cell phone cases, hair curlers, pretend luxury hand lotion and other "cheap" stuff. I assume those kiosks make money otherwise they wouldn't be there but they get in the way and send the wrong message. read more

I went here again to buy a chocolate cake. I love it. The way it tastes is so mouthwatering. It's soft and near perfect sweetness. I bought 2 cakes because my mom loves them too. Aside from buying a cake I also bought some dresses. It's a plain dress and looks simple that is perfect for church dress. It's a little bit expensive because it has a brand. So it has a good quality fabric. As I went home my mom excitedly ate her chocolate cake. She told me that if she ever got a birthday she wanted to buy her cake at this mall. And next week my mom and dad will be back here. So I'm sure she will buy a cake. So I'll give five star for this mall. read more

This is the closest mall to my house, and I usually come here for accessories. Sometimes it might be just to walk around or watching the newest movies at the AMC Theaters. I like the atmosphere of this mall. There is a lot of technology in this mall. There is a food court near the carousel and a movie theater. That's not your average mall right there! The rest is either clothing shops, toy stores, or sports stores. Some of the bigger stores here are Bed Bath and Beyond, Sears, and Carson's. I came for a Bobby Hull pic, clothes, a grill, and more! I still remember there was bungee jumping in the mall. The service is pretty good. The staff are informational (especially in the Sears store). They are also pretty nice to guests. The Easter Bunny usually comes during Easter time here, and the person who's helping the cute bunny takes pictures. They are good ones too! Also, the mall is very clean! I will explain the food in separate reviews, but the food is pretty good here! All in all, good service, clean mall, great atmosphere! I will be back here. read more

I have been coming to Ridge for many years and although it's not the best of Malls around, I do rather enjoy it. It's not a bad mall in the least, it's clean and mostly just people shopping not looking for trouble like in other malls. Skate board kids, Emos, Goth as well as an older crowd. No one seems to mind the variety and honestly I like the diversity. If you want to come to a mall that is clean, fun and just a good place to be, this is it. Maybe this is a COVID-19 thing, but this mall's hours of operation are REALLY short. Went to try and pick up some clothes at Old Navy on a Sunday, and they're open 12-6. Went to try and pick up some shoes from Foot Locker on a Thursday night, and the mall closed at 7pm on a summer night. Even the freestanding stores on 95th St are typically open until 9pm. It's too bad, because they've got some desirable stores that I'd like to spend my money at (FootLocker, Old Navy, Dick's Sporting Goods, Lids) BUT clearly I can't if this mall operates on a reduced schedule. read more

I like the Chicago Ridge Mall. Why because it's closer to me than Woodfield and Fox Valley since I do live in the city. Okay so the place can get pretty dang crowded on the weekends but most of the time it is not that busy. It has all the basic retail stores that I usually want to shop. They have Old Navy, Macy's and DEB and Kohl's. Bed Bath and Beyond connect to the Mall it is a huge one and I love it. I like their food court, my favorite is the Churro Factory. It has Chick Fil A right outside and Michaels Arts and Crafts outside of the mall it is not connected but at least it's there. I do like a Michaels Arts and Craft by the mall more to shop and get my hobby tools. read more

A vast array of some of the best stores from Sears, Chick fil-a,Five Guys, Bed Bath beyond, Pier One, Kohls, Carsons,specialty shops inside, Home Depot, 100's of other stores inside. Well maintained interior and exterior. Well paved lots, ample parking. Be prepared to walk inside to see all there is, shopping carts and lockers. Some vacant stores. The winding exterior drive can be busy and jammed exits from mall lot on busy shopping days. They have the good stuff! I discovered it by accident mulling around the streets that exit off Cicero. It is a step up from Cicero Ave malls in Berwyn. It is an easy drive up 95 th street west with well marked mall signs on the corner of 95th and Ridgeland. A nice drive and situated in a residential neighborhood with great bars and restaurants. Go for it...! read more

My little sister has a project in her art subject. Her teacher wants them to build a mini house using any material that students want. Since I will help my sister to build her project I'm the one who bought the materials needed. So I came to her at this mall. I entered the art store. There are some people inside. Some staff greeted me when I entered. I grab a basket to put my purchases in there. I went to the section of paper. I grab a color bond, hard paper vellum board and styrofoam. I also bought acrylic paint, glue, scissors, glue gun, glue stick, glitters and many more. I easily choose what materials are needed. I bought everything my sister needed. read more

I love Chicago Ridge Mall. Their Food court is huge, and bigger than Orland Square Mall. I even love their AMC Theater. A lot of good stores in there. They have 3 restaurants which they are Red Robin, Buffalo Wild Wings, Five Guys. Panera Bread had closed 2 or 3 years ago. The stores Chicago Ridge Mall is Old Navy, Sears, H&M, Carson's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Hollister, Rue 21, Disney Store, Kohl's, Forever 21, and other clothing stores. I find it very funny to see Aldi grocery store inside Chicago Ridge Mall. If you are going to Aldi, you will have to go inside Chicago Ridge Mall, and see all the mall rats. I love this mall! Just wish it were multi-level like others (ie. Yorktown, Orland Square, Woodfield, etc). It's one level and has a few good stores. The kids play area was downsized last year to where it's not as great as it was before. It's so small that you really can't have many kids playing there as before. Oh well, at least it has quite a few good stores and has a mini donut place and Wetzel's and Auntie Annie's. Still nice to walk around when it's icky outside. read more

Chicago Ridge Mall is a great quality mall. The assortment of stores that are available will fit a variety of needs. As a shopper, they have a lot of stores that I frequent, such as New York & Co. the stores are normally well maintained and brighten up with advertising. As a person who likes to be able to get what I need and get home, the meal layout it conducive for people such as myself. The food court offers a vast amount of selections for everyone's taste. The movie theater is awesome. The movies are always current, the staff friendly, and they have RECLINER SEATS in the theater. The only downside is the parking. Sometimes it can be a tedious task to find a good spot. But that is every mall in America. This is a great mall and I would recommend it to anyone who likes to shop. read more

This is the most disgusting mall I've ever been to. The bathrooms are always in HORRIBLE shape. None of the doors have hooks to hang your coat/bags on and you can see the holes where they used to be. There's always toilet paper all over the floor (and yes, some of it someone had used to wipe their ass.) The fact that the only bathroom in the whole mall is all the way in the food court is a pain for anyone who parks by Bed Bath and Beyond or further. read more

After of my work I went to this mall. I will have bought my daughter her favorites brownies. One of this store sell a yummy brownie. Its good thing that there have no long line when I went to this store. I bought a box of brownies. I'm sure my daughter will be so happy. After I bought brownies I also go to one of the store in tis mall. I bought a new dress for my daughter. I choose a dress with a simple color pink with a flowers design. It has a good quality fabric. I may have dropped my main reason for frequenting Chicago Ridge Mall so much a while back, but this area still feels like my home away from home. Truth be told, this mall is completely average, but I still miss it. It really is just a mall that has usual mall things. Like teenagers who think they're rebellious because they shop at Hot Topic, and conformist teenagers who shop at Aeropostale and American Eagle Outfitters, oblivious parents who let their annoying children run amok, and way too loud cell phone talker guy right behind you. It's not very big like Woodfield, but not cluttered like Harlem and Irving Plaza. It's just kind of right. When the riff raff from Ford City aren't coming here because they think they're evading law enforcement and want to cause trouble, this is a decent mall. read more

I used to spend a great deal of time AND MONEY in my teen years, buying things for ourselves when parents didn't want to roam the mall. Our kids who act accordingly and SPEND MONEY can't ever enter the mall due to ridiculous age limits and curfews. I can't "rush" there before their new Ridiculous hours to Run and hope to get to a store on time. There are security guards at the door to demand MY ID and then proceed to question my age. If there are security guards employed then what is the point of a ridiculous age requirement And curfew. The curfew is pointless because the kids can't even get in. Not All kids are bad. I remember as a child when it first opened in the early 80's back in the days when one-stop shopping malls were all the rage and had their own unique personality. I have seen quite a bit of transformations over the years.
