Went into this location for the first time last Friday. Let me say this location is always packed and honestly causes so much back up traffic with the drive thru line causing standing cars. Very dangerous for everyone...in fact there was an accident that happened as I was leaving the location. The inside of the building was very small and was immediately apparent that drive thru is their main priority not dine in. Took 5 minutes before anyone even took our order. The food came out pretty quickly but was less then good. The chicken nuggets were not even cooked all the way and just looked nasty. I was not impressed with this location at all that I will most definitely drive out of my way to go to the NORTH location. read more

One hallmark of Chick-fil-A is that they're pretty much all the same so the food and service are predictably good! The only downside to this location is it's popularity means there's almost always a long line! I still think the prices are bit high (especially for drinks since you can't even get refills) but they more than make up for it with some of the best chicken sandwiches and salads and the most user friendly restaurant app I've used! read more

Terrible service. As someone who worked at Chick-Fil-A for 3 years, I'm very much aware of how fast and/or slow this restaurant is supposed to operate. I sat in the drive-through line for 15 minutes trying to get breakfast, where they have brand new hires lost on the line, and team managers that don't seem to care. Once I finally got to someone I asked if they were still serving breakfast, only to be greeted with a snarky attitude saying they stop at 10:30, as if there weren't a queue of cars trying to get the same thing for 20+ minutes. This location is so frustrating! It's almost impossible to get my breakfast order right. It is 100% impossible to get it right going through the window so I started ordering on the app for curbside pickup and sometimes it is correct. It's hard to believe that I've only started eating Chick-fil-A 2 years ago I know right, my only regret is not trying it sooner. I've tried almost every thing on the menu and still don't know what to get when I go, but always end up getting the # 1 with extra pickles or a # 5 (8) count w/ sweet tea or lemonade. Every now and then there may be less than 100 people getting food from this location and I give it a shot as well. They are always so quick, efficient, friendly, and good at what they do here. I pulled right into the drive thru lame, a girl came to my window and greeted me. Then she took my order and sent me to the next person. I paid this next girl for my order, then pulled ahead to the window. Got to the window, the guy standing outside the window gets my order, confirms its the right order, then walks up a car length or so telling me to follow him then gives me my order. This location can get really packed during peak hours but I can still get in and out in a timely manner. Chick fil a knows how to handle a crowd. I have always had great customer service and of course great food! You can't go wrong with a number 1 and some polynesian sauce. Great milkshakes too! Okay, I had a potential bad experience one night with these guys and here's how it turned out: I went through the drive-thru for the family on a very cold and wet night. I never have any issues here so I ordered the food, paid, and went home. That's where I messed up. When I got home we noticed one of the sandwiches (mine) was missing. I got fries and a drink with no chicken :( Thankfully, my family's meal was correct. Anyways, I called them and, after hearing what sounded like a genuine heartfelt apology, they asked if I could return. I explained it was too cold and too far for me to drive all the way back for a sandwich. The manager took down my information. A few weeks later (yeah, weeks) I received a letter from them with an apology accompanied with coupons for what I didn't receive and extra stuff. These people really do care! I've had this happen at other places and all I've gotten is a an annoyed "sorry, come back for a new one" accompanied with a loud rushed hang up. I'm proud of you Chik-fila, good job. Food is great but check your order before you leave! I've lost count on how many times they've got our order wrong. Either something was missing or they didn't add the cheese and bacon when we paid for it. The mall location has the same problems. Also if you get an ice cream cone more often than not the cone is stale. But when they correct their mistakes it's usually great. Their sweet (and unsweet) tea is great. Their waffle fries are hit or miss. If they aren't unsalted, stale, or sometimes soggy, then they're great! read more
