I brought my mom here on a Monday around 1pm for lunch. It was very difficult to find, but we found it. The atmosphere was bustling with people in business attire. It was extremely busy and loud. I didn't wait in line to order, but it took them 50 minutes to prepare our salads. The service wasn't very friendly or helpful at first. I'm hoping it was because they were so busy. We had to leave 10 minutes after getting our salads so I had to take most of it home which was disappointing. On a good note, the salads were amazing. They were the best salads I've ever tasted which I why I'm giving three stars instead of less. My mom ordered the 505 Cobb and they forgot her chicken which was frustrating after waiting for nearly an hour. However, they did make up for it by making her extra chicken! And their chicken was absolutely delicious!! I ordered Persephone's Lunch which was outstanding. I added chicken to it which made it nearly $20 for a bowl salad. The seating is open and you order and sit down wherever you can find. The seating is hard on your backside and uncomfortable, especially when waiting for so long. Little Gems is such a great find. It's located inside a center where you can eat, relax, and even enjoy a drink, which makes the whole experience feel like a fun little food court vibe. The space is clean, welcoming, and easy to hang out in. The bowls are customizable with your choice of protein. We usually go with tofu, but they also offer chicken or steak, so there are solid options for everyone. The staff was more than willing to walk us through the menu. Everything came out fast, the prices were affordable, and the flavors were on point. 9/10 recommend. read more

Finally went in person! Service was great, friendly and fast! I tried the tahini sweet bowl this time it was good but not my favorite.. I think I am just not a fan of Tahini dressing. So maybe get it with a different dressing if you are not a huge tahini fan. Otherwise the bowl was delicious! I love the feta and the Kalamata olives and how it blended with the flavors of the curried cauliflower and picked onions. We sat outside so our little could run around in the courtyard while we ate. I feel like some fire pits and heated lamps as it gets cooler would be a nice touch for the outside seating area. A few of the little food kiosks are still empty too. So looks like they are still working on the space. So far of the the bowls I have gotten I think the crave a bowl is my favorite, so the title is very fitting. read more

I really wanted to go here for dinner last night. We ate pizza all day and wanted something fresh and healthy to balance things out. First this place was hard to find. Google maps made it hard to locate and even when we made it inside the plaza, there was no signage outside the building. We finally found it after asking some folks walking around. We walk up to the counter and the cashier let's us know they are closing early. It was 6:55pm on a Saturday. So I say okay we'll be quick thinking they are closing soon (they close at 9pm). She clarifies that they aren't taking orders. What? Why? All the food bins had saran wrap on them already. I was sad. This was a frustrating night. I've frequented both Little Gems locations often, but the more I go, the less effort and consistency there seems to be in both quality and service. Today the avocado in my bowl at Sawmill was grey and spotty, and last week the romaine lettuce was browning. I understand it's hard to keep produce perfectly fresh against the elements, but I choose Little Gems due to food sensitivities, and even something like avocado being overripe can affect my ability to comfortably enjoy the meal. A fun little spot in Park Square Market with creative salads. Staff was friendly and you get a buzzer to retrieve your food when it's ready. I wish it came in real plates but the nature of the market is that it's all takeout-ready. I enjoyed my salad and it was a good portion size for dinner. I wish it was a little bit easier to get to the market. However, this is not the restaurant's fault! Overall I'd say it's one of the best offerings in the market and if I worked near here I'd be tempted to stop in regularly! Wow. So I wasn't expecting to eat anything here really as a friend was more interested in trying the food. But then one of my other go to restaurants in the court didn't have any employees for over 30 minutes. I was immediately taken away by one of the young server working at Little Gems. He was extremely polite, kind and charismatic to my friend, which is why I came back to get food since the other place was empty. The quality of food was amazing, and I wouldn't have tried the chipotle style bowl without the friendliness of the person serving. It didn't feel forced or fake. He simply had great attitude. I feel bad for not remembering the name of the employee, but whoever was the tall kid on a Thursday (Jan 15) at 3pm--the boss needs to give him a raise! The location is SO cute! The food is made with fresh, clean, healthy ingredients. I love that they clearly mark their menu to identify which items are gluten free. Me & my mom came to try out the newest hot spot - Park Square Market for lunch because it's all the rage right now but my eyes lit up like a kid in a candy store when I saw that I was going to get to try the one place I've been wanting to try for weeks but didn't think I was going to be able to because I didn't think they were open on weekends when I could make it into town but now they are!!
