Way too many workers inside this place and half of them take over the side dining room for their "breaks". It's very irritating to try and have a meal here when half the employees are congregating at the tables eating and socializing. On our last visit the chicken and waffle fries were overcooked. Even though it's farther from our house, we are now driving to the McDermott location just to avoid this one. The management needs to get involved. read more

I would give a zero star after being treated by the "manager". Tried to turn in my calendar card award for January for a sandwich and large soda. When I inquired about an alternative because I don't drink soda or tea, was advised that there are no other options for bottled water or a medium lemonade. I explained that other locations have made accommodations. The "manager" stated that he didn't care what other locations do, his system would not allow it. He then stated that he didn't care what the customer stated, he was not going to comply with any alternative. I left and vowed to never go back. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and they gave me a spicy sandwich, I went up to one of the managers and asked them if they can swap it out and she took a peek inside the bag and said "oh that's a regular sandwich trust me". So instead I asked the dinning room host if I can get it swapped out and he was really kind and did what I asked. That dinning room host was really kind and awesome! read more

Wow, I got better service at USPS today than I did at this Chick-Fil- A. I showed up right before the lunch rush, with maybe one car behind me, and the lady was rushing through my order and not listening. I asked for a grilled nugget meal and she put in just kids meal sized nuggets with no meal. What? Then I asked about teacher discount and she told me they would take it at the window. When I got to the window they said they didn't do teacher discounts and rushed me along. I don't really care that much about the discount, but I don't like being told different things by different employees. I would have done the receipt survey but I didn't get a receipt! Please don't trade quality for speed Chick-fil-a! You're one of the few places I can still count on! read more

Service is 5 stars, always willing to come to table to get you refills, napkins, or other stuff you forgot. Packed as always, but better seating layout than some of the others, giving more tables viewing room of kiddies playing. read more

Food was good but they need to improve the order process. Drive thru was busy so I walked in to find a line with only one person taking orders. This at a time that they had at least one person outside taking orders from car windows. Whataburger is known as the slowest fast food place but I think they are faster. read more

I ate there around 10 am. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was superb in all respects. The bacon was adequately done, but not overcooked, which is common. The biscuit was also adequately baked, but not over done, which is common. It was superb in all respects. This place does get very busy, but they have a lot of extra help, so the service is very good. read more

Chick-Fil-A Checkout As should be clear from the title, I ate at a local Chick-Fil-A in Allen. The overall experience was fairly good, in my opinion. Although I probably should have eaten elsewhere to avoid any bias, I don't think I'll ever go to such lengths for a school assignment. It seemed the place was clean, the food was good, and the atmosphere was okay. When I drove into the parking lot, there was no trash, though obviously there were the obligatory stains from leaking cars in a couple areas. Inside, the floors were clean as far as I could see. Tables were kept wiped down, though there were crumbs on the seats in a couple areas. The bathroom seemed to be kept fairly clean as well. I would feel okay about going there, unlike in some places where the bathrooms are grimy and smell. All in all, Chick-Fil-A seems like it pays attention to hygiene- this one, at least. The menu was fairly simple and straightforward, lit up and stationed above the cashiers. I've been to Chick-Fil-A before, but to be honest, I always default to the menu number 1. This time, I ordered the chargrilled chicken sandwich. The food was prepared very quickly, and it was delicious! When I had it, the decadent scent made it seem like the sandwich called to me and despite not normally being a large eater, I was suddenly hungry. The spices added to the flavor and tasted good, but didn't overwhelm the chicken and instead enhanced the flavor. The chicken was juicy and fresh, bursting with flavor at every bite. The waffle fries weren't overcooked or too greasy, achieving a great balance of warm golden potato goodness. They weren't soggily soft or a tooth-breaking crunchy, simply fresh with a perfect texture and firmness. The atmosphere as I entered was bright and chatty. The place was very casual and seeing as I don't particularly like formality, this put me at ease. Sun came through the windows, filling the place with natural light, but not making the place into the oven. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the huge pepper grinders were pretty comical when my dad used them to grind pepper into his soup. There didn't seem to be any awkward or unpleasant moments. Chick-Fil-A was a fairly good experience, and I know a lot of others are already regulars. It pays decent attention to cleanliness, the atmosphere was good, and the food was great. I've never really been a HUGE chick-fil-a fan, but you can't deny the quality of their chicken compared to other fast food chains. The batter is delicious and I love the spicy chicken sandwich, along with the chicken mini's for breakfast. Also their lemonade is awesome, and you can also get it "light" to save calories. Hey everybody just wanted to write a review for the Chick Fil A in Allen on East Stacy Rd. I recently started going to this location when I got a job in Allen and I must say that this is one of the Best Chick Fil A's that I have ever been to period!!!! The store has friendly people greeting you when you come in. The lobby and tables are always super clean and they make your order within just a few minutes. Literally the last few times I have been there I place my order go put my drink down and go get some napkins and they are meeting me at my table with my order before I even sit down!! The Chicken sandwiches are always fresh and just the right amount of French Fries. their bathrooms are spotless and the store just has a good atmosphere to it.
