It was good, but it wasn't rememberable. I was expecting to be "wowed" by the meal since this is what you specialize in - chicken salad. This was the nicest of the three Chicken Salad Chick locations I have been to. It had a nice home feel to the place. We were helped by Ava, who fits the brand well. She is super pleasant and very helpful. She was also patient with us as we navigated the menu and made our selections. I chose the Sandwich Meal with Mac and Cheese and a Cup of Soup. For my Chicken Salad, I got it "Classic Carol" style. What's not to love about CSC? I like Nany's Old South on white bread toasted with a side of Broccoli Salad or Grape Salad, and it's so good!  Also, the Strawberry Lemonade is delish.    I love that they allow you to try the many different flavors so you can pick the perfect scoop.    They are always so friendly and provide great service. I like it because it's quiet in the evenings, perfect for a book club meeting. My only gripe is that they close pretty early (8 PM), but otherwise, I have no complaints! read more

I am obsessed with our chicken salad. It sounds crazy to go to a restaurant that really focuses on one thing, but the good thing about that is they do it well. Their chicken salad and trio is a nice way to share. And little known fact that egg salad is absolutely amazing. This was my first time coming here and I really enjoyed my experience. The staff were some of the most friendly people I have met at a store and were so welcoming and helpful. It was very clean and was pretty busy for a Wednesday afternoon with plenty of places to sit both inside and outside. The food was also delicious and was such a great option if you're trying to find a quick bite and something healthy. This is an update for my past review before they opened, and just as I expected, Chicken Salad Chick is as delicious as the other locations I have visited in the past. They make the best chicken salad that is deliciously eaten with their butter crackers. I'm a pretty big eater and I typically don't eat what I consider to be "dainty" meals, like crackers with chicken salad, but it is the bomb and it's filling. I got a Trio which is three scoops of chicken salad, I mix Olivia's Old South with Jalapeno Holly, it's got a sweet and spicy mix which I really love. And no lie, they have the best sugar cookies in the entire world, they are expensive, but you get a little one free with your meal which is perfect! First time eating here and y'all, it's amazing! I ordered the Jalapeño Holly chicken salad (1 scoop) with a side seasonal salad. My ordered arrived with the two salads, a pickle, plenty of crackers, and a mini frosted butter cream cookie. I just ate here and I'm already craving another scoop or two () of the Jalapeño Holly. It was the perfect blend of creamy and spicy. The service was incredible. The employee taking our order was very friendly and offered suggestions which turned out to be perfect. The employee delivering the food to our table was pleasant and friendly. The manager or owner stopped by and chatted with our group for a bit. All around top notch service. Food is excellent. Their app is awful customer service worst. Regarding the app. Anytime their app logs me out and forces me to log back in it is impossible to do so. My iPhone registers the app and credentials I use those credentials and they are ignored by their app. I am then forced to attempt to recover with lost password attempt. I try that my iPhone provides the password and the app refuses to use it. I try different password selections randomly still nothing. I am finally forced to fill out a form online with all of my personal information and providing the issue. Then it is days waiting for a response. So I am forced to place my pickup order as a guest unable to use my points forced to provide all of my information yet again. Oh and to make matters worst at the end of the explanation of the issue I get the captcha that you have to repeat 4-5 times before it finally accepts my input. This has happened twice in 2 years each time the system bumps me out and forces me to login. Not worth the wasted time and effort. read more

Fruit NOT fresh at all, strawberries were old and slimy and the tomato and lettuce on salad was not fresh either. Very little chicken salad on the sandwich. Asked if I could sample the Watermelon iced tea, and was told they don't give samples which was disappointing. When I looked at the pictures online for this restaurant I was excited to try it as the portions looked substantial, but was disappointed in what I received. My wife and I visited for lunch. The restaurant was well staffed and everyone was very friendly and gave samples of the different chicken salad recipes. My wife went with the jalapeno salad which definitely had a nice bite. She had hers on top of a salad. I chose to go with the classic chicken salad on a toasted BLT and it was really enjoyable. For my side I had the bowl of fruit which was a nice mix and quite fresh. The interior decor was low key and the place was fine for having a good conversation. I will spare the details, but bad food poisoning. The only thing I can think of is the tea was old or the container was contaminated. I looked up online if tea can cause food poisoning.
