I don't know if I've ever visited a Chick-fil-A where I didn't get a smile or even a standard "my pleasure" greeting. It was terrible to say the least and to add insult to injury our food was cold, the fries were soggy and THAT was definitely a surprise. The women -employees (as there were multiple stacked upon each other in the drive thru window) seemed like they didn't want to be there and certainly didn't capture the Chick-fil-A attitude we are used to - and we love chick-fil-a, almost always opting for this choice as opposed to others. So this is my view and my view only. First off the food here like all the other Chick-fil-A is good no issues with the food at all. My issue with this restaurant is the lack of understanding of how people are supposed to stay apart during this: COVID 19 stuff. When the app tells you order is ready and somebody's on the way to drop it off you shouldn't have to wait another 10 minutes inside a store with a bunch of other people who have no understanding of stay 6 feet away. So after I voiced my displeasure with the store I decided I would use the curbside delivery. After I placed my order on the app I checked in I waited 10 minutes the app asked me did I get my food I responded no. I waited another 10 minutes walked into the store asked where my food was it was not ready I asked to have my money refunded and turned around and left as it was in a card . My order consisted of one drink two fruit cups and a four piece nugget. I watched cars pull in to the drive thru at the same time I parked get food just at a loss as why they failed so hard . As I said in my posting to the restaurant. I personally will never go back to the store I will go to other stores I will continue to use the app to get my food and I hope that this store takes this review and feed back I left on their own website and put them to good use people first, key performance indicators second and for sure don't tell people their food is ready when it's not and when you tell people you're on your way out with their food bring it out don't think it's that hard read more

Chick-fil-A is my all-time favorite restaurant when you think about food in terms of happiness per dollar. I was here with my two younger brothers, both of whom got the twelve-piece chicken nugget meal with lemonade, and I got the eight-piece chicken nugget meal with lemonade. And Chick-fil-A sauce, which is my absolute favorite sauce in the world! Next time, though, I'm going to suggest we share our lemonades - as people who typically drink water, none of us finished our enormous lemonades. I wanted to share my experience at your location in Trexlertown, PA. My wife and I went through the drive-thru last night (5/25/18) a little after 9pm. We placed our order and waited in line to pay. While in line, I dropped my debit card somewhere in my vehicle and had a frustrating time locating it. I informed the young lady at the window that I was going to pull to the side to find it so as not to hold up the line. After finding my card, we headed inside to pay. We were met at the door by the manager on duty, who I believe was Brandon, and he told us that he had paid for our meal. I wasn't having a very good day but Brandon's generosity definitely brought some positivity to it. I wanted to make sure his actions did not go unrecognized and I will definitely pay it forward. And back a few years ago, my daughter's friend was allergic to gluten so we wanted "grilled chicken nuggets" -- and it was not on the menu at the time. Overall the most horrible experience I have had! I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and biting into it I found that the bottom piece of the bread was covered in mold and was practically blue and green! When I went to inform the manager she just threw out the sand which like it was no big deal! She did not show any sympathy and she did nothing to help the situation. I mean it's the job of the employees to check for spoiled food! It's scary like are the employees even doing their job? This is just really gross and disgusting! If I pay for my food I should not be receiving mildew in return! I have only been here a few times so I can't say this place is perfect but for me, it comes pretty darn close! It's upsetting to me that Chick-Fil-A continues to come under fire for their owner's mistakes. I know this is considered a Christian restaurant but their are a lot of other places that contribute to anti-LGBT causes yet continue to receive no flack for it. (I.E. But Chick-fil-A is an exception for the flavors of the chicken to their salad and they have the best Lemonade. The staff is also very professional greet you with a smile, place is clean. This location (Trexlertown, Pennsylvania) is a poor representation of Chick-fil-A and definitely in need of improvement. I frequent various Chick-fil-A locations at least once a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner and this was my first visit to this location. I arrived at this location for breakfast on Friday, October 9, 2020 at approximately 10:00 a.m. When I arrived and went inside to use the restroom, I noticed that there were several people standing at the counter without anyone working the registers. There was a gentlemen working the drive thru window, but nobody at the registers. While in the restroom, I was surprised to see the poor condition of the bathroom with a buildup of dirt and hair on and around the urinal and toilets, no hand soap and no had sanitizer with a floor that looked like it had not been cleaned in several days. After going to the restroom, I joined the growing crowd of people waiting to place their orders. In speaking with an elderly couple at the front of the crowd, they shared with me that they had been waiting at least 10 minutes and hear employees laughing in the kitchen, but nobody working the registers. After another few minutes, the gentleman working the drive thru noticed the growing crowd and yelled for someone to come take our orders. Eventually, a female employee who had just clocked-in took our orders and then the long wait began for food. I waited 12 minutes for my breakfast order to come out and others waited just as long, if not longer. During our wait, a woman came inside after receiving her order from drive thru and requested to see a manager. After a 5 minute wait, a manager (young female with light brown hair) dressed in uniform emerged from what appeared to be some sort of meeting that was going on inside the children's play area at the front of the store. The customer that had come inside showed the manager that her side order of sausage had been served in a previously used paper bowl and it appeared disgusting! I saw it for myself (as well as several other customers who were waiting for their delayed meals) and was shocked to see that someone working the kitchen would do such a disgusting thing and think this was okay. Although the manager did get her another piece of sausage in a clean bowl, she seemed somewhat bothered that she was interrupted from her meeting and was not apologetic. As I ate my meal, I observed the overall dynamics of this location and found it to be unlike any other that I've visited. Management was not present and employees seemed to be less than motivated without that crisp attentiveness for customer service that is so evident in other locations. Upon exiting the store, I noticed an employee sleeping on one of the outside tables and I just remarked to myself that this was par for this course at this location. Hopefully someone "wakes up" (no pun intended) and does something to get this location back in shape and consistent with the values and appearance of the many other Chick-fil-A locations I've enjoyed visiting in the past! read more

I visited Chic-fil-a in Easton, Pa this past Wednesday 8/1/18 and I broke out in hives. Due to a relative who had come to visit and enjoyed the meal we went back on 8/2/18 but this time to the facility of Chic-fil-a in Trexlertown only to become violently sick due to my throat becoming closed with an apparent allergy. Called the manager to ask if the chicken strips recipe has been changed or altered and was told that they fry their fish in peanut oil. read more

Not only is their food hot and delicious but they're also one of the few fast food places that actually serves lunch all day. This was my first visit and I was pretty impressed. The staff are friendly and even brought my food out to me because there was a slight wait for the chicken. Which is understandable considering I ordered at eight in the morning. They served the sandwich in a bag that looks as though its designed to keep my sandwich hot. Five minutes later I pulled out the sandwich and it was still piping hot. The waffle fries are tasty and they have bendy straws! Plus, they have ketchup packets that open in such a way to make dipping easy. Just a couple little touches that I appreciate. It's so good, I don't even care that the bun disintegrates while I'm biting into that crispy, juicy, hot, and delicious spicy chicken breast... and who doesn't like waffle fries? Service is always above par... the one guy at the LV Mall location sounds like a game show host so it's fun to order from him!
