Amazing bagels and experience at BB's Bagels in Alpharetta! Came here on a Sunday morning and were blown away by this hidden gem. Store is clean and gives a feel of being in New York with plenty of options and fresh bagels. We went with the Fresh Noah Salmon Platter on an everything bagel. Flat out the best bagels in Forsyth and Gwinnett county area. Yes, the new location is hidden in a business park. However, it's actually easier to access then old location. Inside is pretty minimal. New location is on Shiloh Rd in a warehouse office development. I've always heard good things about this business, and the community was devastated after the fire. They just reopened last weekend and morning lines have been out the door! People complained about location, lack of signage and parking lot limitations, but they have sold out every day so clearly people have found them. I had to see what the hype was and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The space is small so only serves carry-out. I guess they decided to dedicate all their space to the carbs, and given the trade off, I think they made the right decision. The bagels are fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Big on size. Bigger on flavor. They offer traditional flavors you would expect from a New York inspired bagelry. I opted for plain, cinnamon raisin and of course, an Everything. They also have breakfast and lunch offerings. I decided to grab an egg salad BLT wrap and again, was not disappointed in my selection. The serving size allowed me to save half for later. The little cup of macaroni salad and a pickle wedge rounded out the meal nicely. read more

Visited: October 2025 I've visited BB's Bagels (Bronx Bagels) many times over the years, and I was excited to see them reopen after the fire. Unfortunately, the new location feels like a step backward in both atmosphere and quality. The old diner style spot off Exit 12 had charm, even if parking was rough. The new one sits deep inside an office park, easy parking, yes, but no character. There's no dine in area at all... no tables or outdoor seating... just a small waiting area and a side coffee counter. Service was minimal and the wait was long (about 20 to 25 minutes). You place your order, stand around until your name's called, and that's it. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a cheddar bagel, and my wife got an everything bagel with egg salad. Both were extremely chewy and hard to bite, so much that they were hard to eat. The bagels weren't stale, justvery chewy. By the time I finished half, my jaw was tired. My wife couldn't even finish half of hers. For two sandwiches and two plain bagels, the total was about $37 after 20% tip, which feels high for a grab and go spot with no service. I know BB's has a strong following, but personally, I think the quality has dropped. Hopefully, they find their groove again, but for now, I can't say these were the "best bagels in Georgia." read more

A few of us were in town for a wedding, and BB's came highly recommended from friends. On our last day in town, we picked up a few bagels for breakfast. As someone from NY, I am picky when it comes to bagels. BB's is officially the first place out of NY that sells "NY style bagels" that I actually enjoyed! They were fluffy yet crisp and so tasty. I'm a big BB fan but my first trip to their new location was a complete train wreck. I hope with time they improve all the issues. A quick recap, after waiting in line 30 minutes, I order my two bagels from the cashier who enters my order in the system. I then wait another 20 minutes until an employee asks me for my order details and goes back into the kitchen, reemergence 10 minutes later and asks me to repeat everything again. Despite ordering the exact same thing three times, they still got it wrong. Also, the cheddar bagel I got was a complete bust, there's so little cheese in it you can't taste it, it's basically a plain bagel. I would have noticed how little cheddar was in the bagel and ordered something else if the bagels were displayed before the cash register but that's not the case, they're on display in the area where you're waiting (and waiting) for your order. On the good side, their lox spread is really tasty and their staff is hard working and pleasant to deal with despite their current issues. I hope they work out these issues and get back to the quality of food and overall experience they delivered at their old location. My wife's brother and family recommended this wonderful place as we are from New Jersey visiting Alpharetta. The bagels were authentic New York bagels. I had the scrambled egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Everybody else either had egg, bacon and cheese or sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel, everybody loved their bagels! I ordered a chocolate chip bagel which when I ate it I only found 2 chocolate chips same with my family who also ordered chocolate chip bagels. Further my earlier five stars from the previous location, which unfortunately burned down. Ventured off, even though my friends had told me it was not the same at all. I met a friend there yesterday and we walked straight out. Not the same at all very non-descriptive building in an office park no signage no direction. Best Bagels around - funny location but they can pull it off because bagels are so good.

I've been here a handful of times. Each time I appreciate it's charm more and more. My favorite meal here is the Ultimate Benny. WAY TO MUCH FOOD in one setting, but I'm a big guy, so I get Grits on the side as well. Service is quick and if you're eating countertop, you get to talk a little to the staff or watch the crazy zoomies as they work the restaurant. Coffee isn't bad, it's comparible to Waffle House and they have your regular coke selection. Don't have time to eat in, no problem, they have window service available outside. The Bagels here are definitly my favorite in all of Georgia. I drive 45 minutes just to go here and I'll grab a few bagels to go to freeze and heat up at home. I really enjoy this place a lot and would recommend to anyone asking for good bagels. Just wish they had a location closer to Atlanta. :( read more

Walking up to this place I knew the food here would be good. I noticed on the walls were all kinds of awards for best bagels and I can see why. Well I didn't get a bagel but I ordered the Florentine eggs Benedict with two poached eggs and spinach on an English muffin topped with hollandaise. So so tasty!! I chose tomatoes to go with it. Their bagels are super soft and absolutely delicious and they have such a wide variety of options and flavors! You definitely need to get there early (parking can sometimes be an issue so you may need to park in the street) and be prepared to wait a little if you're trying to dine in. Whether you dine in or order to go, service is always super quick which I appreciate a lot. I usually order a breakfast sandwich of some kind on either their plain or cheddar bagels! BB's never disappoints. Super good bagels and bagel sandwiches for a great price! I get the egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted everything bagel. Hits the spot every time. I've only ever been on the weekend and it's always super packed. They have a lot of parking spaces, but I went at 10:15 on a Saturday, and there was already limited parking. So I would go on the early, early side to beat the crowds (if that's even possible). Even though it was packed, my friend and I (it was just 2 of us) were seated right away! I ordered a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and my boyfriend got a poppyseed bagel w. cream cheese and an everything bagel sandwich. All of the food was delicious and you can tell they really know how to make a bagel!
