I am a frequent visitor of Chick Fil A, but this was my first time at this specific location. This is the worst location I have been to. I ordered a chicken sandwich and mac n cheese for pick up. When I got to the restaurant, they told me that it was going to be an extra 5-10 minutes for the Mac and cheese, which was not a problem at all. When I got my food is when the problems began. The Diet Coke was completely flat. My chicken sandwich was so thin on one side, it was mostly breading, and then the most disappointing of all was the Mac and cheese I waited extra time for was literally cold. Unfortunately, I discovered all this while already in the car driving home, but I reached out to chick fil a to leave feedback. The few times I have ever had a negative experience with chick fil a, I let them know via their online feedback, and I always hear back from the location to make it right. It's been 10 days since my negative experience, and the store never reached out. This is the most disappointing part because Chick fil a's customer service is second to none, which is one of the reasons I visit often, and this store completely missed the mark. Every time I pass this location, the temptation is there. Lol, I enjoy the chicken minis with strawberry jam. I also ordered a half lemonade and half unsweetened tea. A cup of fruits and waffle fries. The service is always amazing with kind words and willingness to help. The decor at this location was too cute. They had a red truck near the entrance doors. Christmas decor is all on the inside, too. This was a pickup order. I don't think they have curb side pickup at this location anymore. I really appreciated not getting out of the car and someone bringing you your order. I guess the traffic became a safety issue. Go to CFA spot before and after work. They are always busy and drive thru lane do tend to back up during peak hours. Food is always consistent and good. I usually get their nugget meal with waffel fries and a side salad with avocado dressing. For breakfast when I get off in the morning I'll usually get their burrito or just the chicken hashbrown bowl. You can't go wrong with getting the chick fil a sauce as well. the staff are friendly here. There is two drive thru lanes. read more

We've been coming to this location for close to 3 years now. The last few months things haven't been as amazing as they used to be. Really love the market fresh salad. Nearly every other visit they forget the dressing, the nuts, or the granola, and sometimes all of them. Today was the granola. I've had to make the habit of checking and verifying everything before leaving because I've made it all the way back home just to find that I have to use my own dressing because they forgot to include it. Sad note is, I paid for dressing and the toppings, and I'm not getting them. (If you select to leave them off, you save money. So yes, you are paying for them. Anyway.) No one is perfect by any means, but this isn't the typical service quality of Chick-fil-A and especially not typical for this location. I'm not sure what is up the last few months, but I'm hoping they get things sorted out soon. Or I guess I'll just have to start making my own since I have to have these items on hand to eat the salad in the first place. I really really love eating here so I'm hoping this 3-4 month bad streak ends soon. My husband likes to get kale crunch for his side item and it's often missing the nuts, fork, or has half the typical amount in the container. I will say when they get it right, they get it right and it's oh so good. I really miss the days when I could drive away confident they had everything together and ready and you just had to enjoy! Anyway, biggest tip I can give you is to make sure you check you have everything before you pull away at the drive through. It'll slow things down a few extra seconds but in the long run it'll save a lot of time parking and going in to get the items. read more

Hours after a not too big breakfast but just before it was time for lunch, the hungries kicked in and since I was on the road a quick stop into this Chick-fil-A was a needed thing. Since it was about 10am, I went with a bacon egg muffin with hash browns and a lemonade to quench the thirst I'd carried for about an hour. Sat down to a nearly empty restaurant and enjoyed my just under $7 snack (there's a slight up charge for the lemonade versus the coffee when you get that combo). The sandwich was delicious with two nice pieces of bacon over a fluffy egg piece and a slice of yellow cheese. The hash browns were crispy and greasy just as they should be and the lemonade was a bit strong but it's simply because I tend to dilute all my juice options but I still savored the two large cups of it which I had that morning. It saved me from gnawing on my arm or picking up a less healthy snack. Love how their receipts will occasionally offer a free sandwich if you fill out the form within 2 days of purchase. read more

Double drive through. No dining room - so no restrooms - so nowhere to wash your hands. Oops. Glad I had hand sanitizer in my car. Can you add those little wipes to your mobile order? That would be amazing!!! And on that note - it's one of the few CFAs in the area that will do curbside option for the app orders. I live less than ten minutes from this location as of about two years ago. We have gone to the drive through or inside many times for lunch or breakfast and I've always had a very good experience. We've always received our order correctly with everything being hot and fresh, even when placing a pretty large order. The one time I had to wit a little bit for my order the manager offered me all kinds of things to make up for it. Great service and fast even when there is a long line. Highly recommended. read more

This chick-fil-a is great! I always prefer coming here to study rather than Panera bread because they have a lot of outlets and short lines. I also really love the workers here because they are very kind. Specifically, Jody showed genuine love for other people when an individual with an apparent mental disability came in upset, yelling, and demanding that they get her food and bags. Jody could tell she was triggered by something and quickly reassured her that she was okay and de-escalated the situation. She got her to talk calmly and sit down with her to keep order in the restaurant. It made a big difference by speaking with her instead of calling the cops, which showed her genuine heart for her customers. read more

While I love Chick-fil-A, this location is now participating in a practice that I think is unfair...automatically upsizing without asking you first. Actually, they asked if you want to upsize your hash browns. When I say no and pay at the window, I realized that they did automatically upsize my coffee without asking me. This simply is not right....actually its deceptive and probably goes against the mission of Chick-fil-A. I am giving this location 3 stars because the food was good. My complaints are as follows: 1. I arrived at 2:15 in the afternoon in the drive thru with 4-5 cars ahead of me, and I didn't leave there until nearly 3:00pm. 2. I ordered the Cobb salad and I didn't get all of my condiments (that's kind of what makes the salad...). I won't go back to this location not even to go inside because if you park your car your bound to get blocked in. I think they need a better system & they would run more efficiently. read more
