I've been to this location a few times. When they first opened they had some things to work on, and now they're my favorite location. Service and Food are on point. Everyone has a great attitude. And if they make a mistake, they solve it. I remember waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line for my food, and to make up for the time, they gave me 2 free coupons. I was happy when the restaurant opened in Antioch, CA. I am native of Atlanta and I grew up eating Chick-fil-A. Since moving to California I go to Chick-fil-A at times because it makes me feel close to home. However, I have been to the location in Antioch 3 times and the experience as been terrible. The employees don't know to move the line and the service has been mediocre at best. But on Monday July 28 was the worst. I went to the Antioch location between 6:00-6:30 am when service began. I ordered 3 chicken biscuits and me and my family got sick. The food didn't quite taste right. I finally realized the problem was the chicken was not done. There are too many young kids at that location that don't know what they are doing. It just opened up and already needs to be shut down in my opinion. read more

Out of all the Chic-Fil-A's I've been to, this has to be the worst location by far. I don't know why I continue to come to this location. They always forget an item in my order, have given me the wrong order, and are EXTREMELY slow. I sat in the drive through line this morning for 30 minutes when there were only 3 cars in my line. The food is good. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. THEY FORGET AN ITEM IN MY ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME. Literally every time I've ordered from this location there is at least one item missing. This never happened at the Pittsburgh location. I hope the manager gets this feedback so they can implement a process for their staff to check the receipt against what is in the bag before they give it to the customer. read more

Terrible customer service. As a former shift lead and trainer at a Chick-fil-A, almost every part about my experience was underwhelming. No table marker for my dine-in order, 13 minutes to receive a single meal and they forgot an item, didn't offer sauce until I asked and even then it took me asking 3 times just to get the wrong sauces. You'd think the managers would be working closely with their employees who are all new but they'd rather sit in the dining room laughing and drinking Starbucks. Do better. read more

I'd like to start by saying how wonderful and polite Ezra was when taking my order (That is why I'm giving this place 4 Stars). He hadn't been outside long but he managed to complete several orders while I was present. Excellent and professional service! He'll go far away it's that attitude and spirit! His colleagues, however, found it more entertaining to entertain each other, without forgetting to mention to drivers (I.e. the customers) to please move up to where they'd been standing for several minutes. Seemed pretty unprofessional IMO, they could've easily took the order and kept the line moving. read more

Chick fil a is amazing, but this one day, I ordered chicken sandwiches and asked for our sides to be mac n cheese instead of fries, the worker even acknowledged it. I also ordered a water and a coke, I received a water and a lemonade. When our food was delivered it was fries instead of mac n cheese and we asked the worker if he could help us or if we had to go do it ourselves, he told us we had to go do it ourselves. So I went up and spoke to another worker, third one I've talked to so far, I said we ordered mac n cheese not fries and she said she would take care of it, 15 minutes later it was very clear clear she was not taking care of it. Around 30 minutes in this worker came up to us and asked us if everything was okay, we told him all that had happened and he took care of it right away.
