Welp, what can I say? It's a Chick-fil-a! They were quite busy when I visited and it was a little after 1:00 p.m. Despite them being busy, I was able to get to the register, have my order taken and receive my food in less than 2 minutes. Went over to Crap-fil-A today in Lenox mall and ordered a Cobb salad. I asked the cashier twice for griiled chicken. He said don't worry it comes that way. I asked a third time, are you sure because that's not what's in the picture. Order took 25 minutes because they forgot order, then the chicken came back fried. I told the lady at the pick up counter that I asked the cashier twice to make sure.She said it was okay, because he is new. No, its not okay. You need to properly train your staff. My order was wrong twice, which honestly is okay because mistakes happen. It was an accident and the mall is fast paced so no big deal, I had time. What wasn't an accident is actually Justin's attitude. The reason my order wasn't gotten to me the first time is because he brought my order up and called my name, I made eye contact and smiled and waived my hand, and then he set it in front of someone else. First time I've had chick-fil-A! I ordered the chicken sandwich deluxe. It tasted like what a McChicken should taste like. Also had the nuggets. Chick Fil-A's are known for their consistency in food quality across the board, but in a food court as busy as Lenox, it is understandable if things fall by the wayside a bit. However, this is NOT the case. Not only is the food always up to par here, but they are fast! They keep that big ol' lunch line moving' like none of the other places do. When I go over with coworkers, I'm always the first one done and spend a solid 10 minutes waiting on them to get out of the chipotle or Taco Bell lines. Right now, they have their peach milkshakes and the "frosty lemonade" (lemonade mixed with soft serve vanilla ice cream) and both are fantastic and refreshing dessert options. I don't usually trust fast food places with milkshakes (except Whataburger and Braums, but, by golly if Georgia aint got those magical establishments), but Chick Fil-A does them well. My only complaint is that, as much as I love the waffle fries, they are always "softer" than I want my fries- I wish the Chick Fil-A fries had a bit more crunch! read more

She was extremely rude, and had a full conversation about trivial things with other employees, laughing and lollygagging while taking my order. Although the appearance of this place is dismal and it's in the food court of the Lenox Mall, I still have to give this place credit for dishing up good food and great customer service. My family of 8 visited this location right as it was closing for the night. Juan was our cashier and the manager and his answer to each of our eight individual orders was "Yes! Whatever you would like!" They were very pleasant and efficient. They even went out of their way to refill the ice cream machine just for us! I really wish I could give this location more than one star because it really seems like the cashiers are trying their hardest to be courteous sometimes, even when you know they're grinding their teeth in the process. But after receiving chicken sandwiches on cold buns, with cold cheese, disgustingly wet and almost slimy lettuce leaves and chicken that looks like someone ate off of it (this has happened three times), I just cannot do these people that favor! This was never a problem a couple years ago! Did management change or something?
