I'd give zero stars if I could. I only had two minutes before I had to get to the gate, so I specifically asked what they had ready. She told me chicken minis, so I ordered two orders (I was very hungry!! Which is why I was so upset about this - I needed food!). I pay, and she tells me to wait at the end. I waited. And I waited. Turns out they didn't have them ready. They started paying me bc they were about to close the gate... I asked the manager and he said he'd get them. So I waited a bit more. Then he came back and said they weren't ready yet - despite being told nearly 10 minutes ago at that point that they were ready at that moment! I eventually had to leave with no food. Flying through Atlanta at breakfast time, so grabbed a chicken & egg biscuit ... Super fast service...even faster than any other Chick-fil-A I've ever visited; whether in CA, FL, etc. about 8 people in line ahead of me and I still had food in-hand within about 5 minutes. Every airport should have a Chick-Cup-A, happy to fly through Atlanta now that I received the same quality customer service from this location that this chain prides itself on! Keep up the great work. Literally the only complaint I have was that my coffee wasn't filled to the top, there was a good 1/2" left at the top, but that's not enough to remove a star read more

This was BAD. Today the wait was about 30 mins and so many people just decided to get refunds. The team wouldn't tell us what was taking so Ling and just said "If you want a refund we'll give it to you." After waiting 30 mins for my breakfast she hands it to me saying "I just gave you fries because we don't have hashbrowns, thank you." Now I just opened my meal to find this excuse for a "biscuit". How can you go wrong with picking up Chik-Fil-A during a layover? The line can get pretty long but it does move quickly. For the record, I LOVE Chick-fil-A but this did not do it for me. My sister has never had it before and we had a layover in ATL so we gave it a shot. The service was great. They're busy but they still got our food out before we could even pay. The first thing that disappointed me is that they don't have vegetables at this location (ie. the lettuce and tomato that you can add to the sandwich) which was fine but I was disappointed but I figured it wouldn't take too much away from the sandwich. But I was wrong. Both my sister's and my sandwiches were soggy and the chicken was not crispy at all. The fries were good but overall the experience was disappointing and not at all what I am accustomed to from Chick-fil-A. read more

One thins I definitely miss after moving from Florida to Hawaii, is Chick-fil-A! So every time I go thru Atlanta, I have to have a Chick-fil-A fix. This one is located at concourse A food court. The line is obviously longer than all the other places but it moves pretty quickly. Workers are efficient, nice and helpful. You will get the same quality as all the other locations, even tho this is at an airport. Consistency is very important. My favorite: chicken nuggets and waffle fries with honey mustard. read more

This place is busy every time we've been here. We only had a 15 minute layover so we had to boogie. Even with the crazy lines we were able to order and get our stuff with a few minutes to catch our breathes. The cashier we got was nice enough, she kept trying to upgrade me so I had to be very specific with my order. I don't like how you have no access to sauces unless you ask for them, we don't have time for that! Well, I checked in about five minutes ago and have inhaled my Chik-Fil-A!!! I would be in serious trouble if I lived near one of these establishments because I cannot get enough of the food!!! The spicy chicken biscuit this morning was spectacular though could have used more kick in my opinion. The hash browns were small, round bites of happiness and dipped in the Polynesian sauce gave it a nice tang. Love, love, love flying through ATL only for this restaurant. To steal Jimmy John's slogan, this place was freaky fast. I ordered a grilled chicken combo meal, with no lettuce or mayo, and literally as soon as I paid my order was ready. Wow. We only have one Chick-fil-A in Michigan currently, too, so I try to grab some when I'm in the South - I love their waffle fries. My only complaint was that my sandwich did have lettuce on it, but that can be easily taken off - I hate it when I ask for no mayo and the sandwich does have mayo, and this was not the case here. Yum! Hope we get more Chick-fil-A's in Michigan soon. read more

I was about to get myself some Einstein's at Terminal D, where my flight was scheduled to leave from and I overheard some girls talking about a Chickfila in Terminal C. Being the huge CFA fan that I am, I immediately left the line and darted for the plane train. Got to Terminal C and found CFA really close to the escalators (yay) and also found a sizeable line. yes, I was willing to almost be late to board my flight for some morning CFA. The line moved a little slower than I thought it should have, but I was able to get in and out in about 15 minutes. My chicken biscuit and sweet tea were so satisfying and made me forget that I woke up at 3:30am that morning. They should have CFA's in EVERY concourse. read more

I am writing this review to compliment Price of Chick-fil-A. This is the one on Concourse C in Hartsfield Jackson Airport. It was 8 p.m. and they were "technically" closed, like every other food store at the time. He told the people standing in line that he had one pan of nuggets and some fries left, and he would service them until it ran out. He was EXTRA nice, and extremely professional! He didn't have to do that, he could have just said they're closed, but he didn't. He EVEN blessed me with some fries at the end! When is Chick-fil-A ever a bad idea? Every time my husband and I fly through ATL we make it a point to stop in this terminal (time permitting... you never know with those tight layovers sometimes!) and grab a sandwich or some nuggets. I don't know why but it seems like it tastes better in the South? Is it just my imagination? The employees are always super hospitable (especially for an airport). The only thing is that b/c they make their food to order sometimes it's not the best idea to order food if you are in a spot where your connection is tight because it can get really busy and take awhile (still not more than 15 minutes). read more

I gather "my pleasure" (as a response to "thank you") is a part of Chick-fil-A's schtick. However, it felt a bit inauthentic when the staff were saying it before actually being thanked. Several of the staff were just saying "my pleasure" when they delivered the food, without a word spoken from customers. LOL-- hot mess! I think some of the staff missed part of the training class on "my pleasure" etiquette. Other than this amusing observance, this Chick-fil-A was pretty much the same as any other. If you need a quick breakfast at the Atlanta Airport, Chick-Fil-A in Terminal C is a great place to stop. Chick-Fil-A just a little out of the main Terminal C hub and they have fantastic biscuits and Coke Zero. The lines here are very efficient and you can usually get in and out quickly, even if you have to make an extra stop at this terminal for breakfast. My order was completed in a couple of minutes and my food was hot and ready. They did end up giving me a Spicy Chicken with egg and cheese rather than just the spicy chicken. I was really happy to see a sign for Chick-fil-A at the world's busiest airport. You see, these restaurants don't exist in my state (Washington) anymore, and I only ever hear about them from others who are lucky enough to live in an area served by these restaurants. Well, then there's also the CEO comment thing, but this review's not here to talk about that. The food here is okay, though by no means exceptional. You can get a chicken sandwich served to you at the airport here. That's about all there is to this place. That doesn't necessarily speak for all the other Chick-fil-A locations that I didn't visit, but this review isn't about them either. To start with, this place is pretty overpriced for fast food. I got a deluxe sandwich, a fruit cup, and an iced tea totaling more than ten dollars. It's a bit unreasonable. And the sandwich itself is really nothing special; it just consists of chicken, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The fruit cup had sliced strawberries, apples, oranges, and grapes that were probably kept in a refrigerator for a while and weren't fresh. And the large cup of iced tea was just that; there's no reason it should have cost $1.79! If the food were a little better and the prices were lower, then I might like this place more. But as it stands, it's basically generic airport food. read more
