I stop by this Chick-fil-A to pick up some minis to take to my hair salon for the stylist. I went through drive thru. I ordered a small tray of chick n minis and a small coffee. Everything went well with the ordering. It was fast and efficient. But when I got to the window to receive my food. They gave me my coffee but I had to pull up and wait for the tray of minis. I waited about five minutes. That wasn't too long. When I ordered my coffee I asked for three vanilla creamers and two packs of Splenda. I only got one Splenda. Today at 934 am i went through the drive at Chick-fli-a located at this location and it was horrible. I ordered one chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit with a medium sweet tea. My total was 5.06. Once i got my food, i drove less than 2 minutes away to eat my breakfast. Boy was I surprised. My chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit was dry and stale. The chicken was over cooked and dry, and to top it off, the egg was like rubber. I have eaten at many chick-fil-a and mostly enjoyed; however, i will never go to this location again. I didn't think it was possible to get bad service at a CFA, and I'm not sure I can say today's service was "bad" per se, but they were definitely off their game! Drove thru my usual CFA when I have a craving on my way to work and was surprised to see only one lane running. Then got up to the order box and it was as if the person taking the order was doing so from the actual drive-thru without a mic - the volume was SO low I could barely hear her. I ask for a #4 bowl, chicken, with a yogurt parfait and a Lg lemonade - just like that. First I was told that they do not sell parfaits in the morning, which she quickly corrected to "not this early, especially on a Monday morning". (it was 0710) So asks me what I want with my chicken biscuit combo instead... umm... do I have any other options than hashbrowns as this point? And it was the bowl, not biscuit. But anyway... (1) isn't your job to prep product for the day? And how hard is it to throw a parfait together? (2) my lemonade was AWFUL - either days old, or perhaps light with artificial sweetener. It was undrinkable. So don't order a yogurt parfait for breakfast or you throw off their whole game! read more

I only do drive thru here since it's super close to my office and I only come here if I'm in a pinch during my lunch hour. TBH, I assume this CFA probably works best as a pick up kind of place. They have 2 drive thru lanes!... which is awesome. They also have people standing outside w/ iPads on days the lanes are backed up to take orders. Really great service. People here are super nice. I've only had 1 instance where the window lady was super moody and took it out on her co workers. Kind of awkward. But I honestly think she had a bad day. Service - During lunch hour, the drive lines can be long... but CFA gets people their food as soon as they can and get the cars moving. The longest wait time I've had is probably 5-6 mins to get food. Not bad. They don't skimp on sauces! read more

In light of recent statements made by Dan Cathy (President and COO of Chick-fil-A) that have sparked controversy, I have to admit that I love Chick-fil-A. I realize that even the simple act of writing this review may cause some frustration/anger/hate from some Yelpers, so let's just leave it at that... After checking out some apartments close by on a Saturday afternoon, my siblings and I decided to stop at this Chick-fil-A for a quick lunch. It was around 3 pm, so the lunch rush was obviously over and the restaurant was pretty dead. There were maybe two or three other customers aside from us. Since it was so quiet, I thought it was odd that there were at least five employees behind the counter. I guess it's their usual Saturday staff, but they seemed to be joking and playing around instead of focusing on their job. (Perhaps this has something to do with the aforementioned controversy?) I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich (no pickles!) meal with waffle fries and a Diet Dr. Pepper. (I LOVE that Chick-fil-A restaurants have Diet Dr. Pepper! My 2nd favorite drink only after Coke Zero.) The employees were friendly enough and our food was served quickly. However, as snooty as this may sound, I noticed that the employee who handed me my drink didn't bother to wipe the sides of the cup where soda had spilled over. (Note: They normally DO this! Even most other fast food restaurants do it!) That was the first thing that bugged me. As we walked around to decide where to sit, we noticed that many of the tables didn't look clean. They probably hadn't wiped anything down since that morning. We finally chose a booth table to sit at, but there were crumbs on the seat, too. Annoying. When we opened up our sandwiches to dig in, we all agreed that it looked like the chicken fillet had gotten flatter/thinner over the past year or so that we have dined at Chick-fil-A. I recall when the Spicy Chicken sandwich was first introduced at Chick-fil-A about two years ago, the chicken fillet was LARGE and I was super stuffed by the time I finished. This time around, however, I was disappointed that the size and quality of the chicken seems to have declined. Not cool. Similar to the dining area, the women's restroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in HOURS. The trash bin for paper towels was OVERFLOWING. With so many employees during a very quiet time of the day, this was unacceptable. I did, however, appreciate the complimentary mouth wash and tiny disposable cups above the sink. Overall, this Chick-fil-A gets 2.5 stars because it is just not up to par with other Chick-fil-A restaurants, especially the awesome ones I've gotten used to up in Buford. Hopefully management will become aware of these issues (I highly doubt it was an anomaly) and work to ensure their employees actually do their jobs and at least act like they care. My three siblings and I were getting hungry, so we stopped by at this Chik-Fil-A location. As we walked inside the restaurant, it looked pretty nice. We didn't wait in line for very long, because there weren't any people in line. I wasn't ready to order, so I told my siblings to order theirs first. I noticed the staff weren't taking their job seriously, because they kept on laughing and fooling around. One of them in the kitchen where they prep the food was singing some kind of weird chicken soup song. I thought that was weird and unprofessional. I ordered a chicken noodle soup (medium) and cole slaw (medium). I didn't feel welcomed like I usually do at other Chik-Fil-A restaurants. This place didn't give me a nice warm welcoming vibe instead I wanted to eat somewhere else. I paid good money to eat here and they treated my siblings and I like we weren't welcomed. The chicken noodle soup tasted all right but the temperature was kind of cold. The cole slaw was too sweet. Overall, I've experienced better! I'm never coming back here, again! read more

This Chick-Fil-A is not only one of the best I've ever been to, but one of the best fast food establishments I've ever been to. Went here after class from AiA with a couple of people, and the the lunch crowd was already gathered around the cash registers. There were three cash registers, and they were all open, so the four of us actually got our orders in pretty quickly because the staff was fairly efficient. The establishment is decently sized, very clean, and has a well-stocked condiment and napkin section. I see employees constantly refilling and tidying that area up, which is impressive. Our orders came out in a timely manner, and we managed to find one of the last open booths. As we finished our meal, an employee was actually moving around and collecting trash from customers. I really thought that was a surprisingly friendly touch. We deposited our trays to her, and she was very polite. I will say something about this place, however. If you are lazy and never want to exit your car, you may wait a while at the drive through. On numerous occasions, I have entered the establishment, ordered, and received my food, only to see that by the time I exit, the line has only moved one car. I've counted as many as 8-15 cars waiting in the drive through, and only one customer ahead of me inside. In other words, as a general rule, it is CONSIDERABLY faster to enter the restaurant rather than wait through the tedious drive through line. read more

5 cars sat in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes, so I expected that when I got up to the window, I would find a flurry of activity and a dining room packed with guests to account for the wait. What did I find? The dining room was essentially empty, and they were moving slow as fucking turtles in there. Way to uphold the Chick-Fil-A standards there, guys. Also, I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, and while it was good (I knew it wouldn't be BAD), I still prefer the regular Chick-Fil-A sandwich over it. And it's not spicy. Severely disappointed with the service I received here this past weekend. Understand that I hold Chick-fil-A to a high standard- I expect a level of customer service that is set by the hundreds of other locations that I have gone to. However, the service that I received last Saturday was what you would expect from a McDonalds in a Walmart. For starters I came in at 10am, and asked for a 12 count nugget. I was rudely interrupted informed they didn't have any. When asked what she meant by this the waitress replied with an attitude that they only served those at lunch, which started at 10:30, and that if I wanted them I'd have to wait 30 minutes. I understand that certain items can only be served at certain times, but the fried nuggets are used to make the chicken minis, which they were still serving. She was insistent that I could not get nuggets unless I waited 30 minutes. After finding something on the breakfast menu that I wanted, I gave her my name for the order. A server from the back immediately came out and yelled a name that was similar to mine, in that it started with the same letter, but it sounded nothing like my name. So I did not respond when the server shouted out the name. I understand that she may have misunderstood me when I said my name, but then she didn't acknowledge that the order was mine. So the bag sat there for 5 minutes before I decided to check the ticket for the corresponding order confirmation that I had on my receipt. Then as I was finally walking out, I heard someone order a pack of nuggets without issue, even though it was still before 10:30am. One of the very worst that I've been to. I ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese. As soon as I swiped my card my food was "ready". The biscuit was so old and dry. The chicken was cold and the cheese was also stone cold. It wasn't melted at all whatsoever. I returned it asked for it to be made "fresh" . Less than a minute later they gave me another sandwich that was EXACTLY THE SAME. At that point I asked for a refund.. because I had to be at work and was tired of dealing with it. Bottom line is, customers shouldn't have to ask for their meal to be made fresh, it should ALWAYS be made fresh to order... I mean come on, this is chikfila... I expect better. read more

I visited this location on 9-12-18 and was very disappointed because when I arrived at the window the lady did not even greet me or even say much at all. All she said was "here you go" when hanging me my card back. She definitely didn't say "my pleasure". I fact I said it to her as I drove away because I know what a staple that phrase is for Chick-fil-A. Lol. I know people have bad days. No one is perfect. But she was just rude. She had long box braids that were caramel color and dark brown. I didn't see her name tag, I don't think she was wearing one. But they also left something out of my order. My five star rating is based on the fact that this is a fast food chain, so as far as fast food goes, this is as good as it gets! I've heard the positive buzz about this place since I started traveling south for work a few years ago, but for some reason, have never tried out a Chick-Fil-A until now. All those wasted trips south when I could have been enjoying this goodness, what was I thinking??? I tried the simple chicken sandwich which comes on a butter-toasted bun garnished with pickles. I added mustard myself. They claim to make the original chicken sandwich. While I'm not sure if this is entirely true, I can say that if it is, all those that have come afterwards have failed miserably! The chicken is real, juicy and tasty, I can say enough about how good it is. I love the waffle fries too, not greasy, nice and crispy and not loaded with salt. I read as well that the chicken nuggets are awesome, so I decided to pig it up and got myself an 8 piece order. I decided to try the Polynesian sauce and the honey barbecue sauce. The Polynesian was forgettable, but the honey barbecue was amazing! I could put this stuff on ice cream and enjoy it! One neat thing was the fact that they have a person walking around the dining area asking if you'd like a refill on your drink or to remove your tray. A nice little touch I've never seen before in a fast food restaurant. I wish we had this chain in the Northeast, so imagine my excitement when I heard that there is a store located in the Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA. I guess I will be heading to the mall sometime soon to get my fix on. read more

I have been a customer at this location since they opened because I live in Sandy Springs. I tried to reply back to the owner/operator Lawson Bailey from an email that was sent to me with his name attached. I had horrible encounters on January 25, 2018 and February 2, 2018. The orders were wrong and the impersonal service on 2/2/2018 when the male service is yelling out to a female in a vehicle to the right of me when I am at the window trying to get my order. I went to this location for lunch drive thru and had a choice of a free medium or large fountain drink. I ordered a large coke and a meal with that. I came in close to 2pm- nearing the end of the weekday lunchtime rush. I ordered a cup of water and a lemonade. That's all. I didn't go through drive through because it's not an order worth talking to anyone about. Curbside should be efficient. SHOULD HAVE BEEN. So I order and sit in the numbered spot. 5 mins go by. 10 mins go by. 15 MINUTES GO BY. I noticed a couple of people pull up and wait only to go into the store anyway. I get out and go into the store. No one is in line. I look the counter and my order is just sitting there. They're laughing and joking around. I purposely stand there for about 2 more minutes and so did my order. I asked the manager why it takes 18 minutes for two drinks. He looked confused as if I was lying. I was trying to order a smaller qty. tray then the one they had on the menu for catering because I only really needed 30 nuggets their manager Tyler overheard me trying to explain to the sales rep and he came over and said no problem I can just do a half of the smallest tray for 30 nuggets will that take care of your needs? It was perfect Tyler stepped right in and made sure I was a satisfied customer. It was very appreciative. GREAT customer service is hard to find...but Chick fila keeps is consistent. Yesterday I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant and surprisingly it occurred at Chick fil a. I frequent the Chick fil a on Roswell Road, Suite C in Sandy Springs, GA. I have never had an issue there but yesterday was terrible. I also realize they have a different operator, Lawson Bailey. I went through the drive thru for breakfast and once I reached the window I noticed that the cashier and drive thru workers had placed multiple orders on the tray outside the window. I was shocked that multiple orders were on the tray and customers were driving up, reaching over orders to get to their respective orders. I noticed that my order was on that tray and the guy in the car in front of me had to reach over my bag and coffee to get his order. I couldn't tell if his arm touched the lid of my coffee cup. That grossed me out being that we are in the midst of a full blown pandemic. Therefore, when I reached the window I asked for a new lid. The cashier takes the new lid and just places it on the dirty outside tray instead of handing it to me. I tell her that's ok, I don't want it, take my food and drive off. However, when I looked in the bag I realized they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. At this point I just want a refund so I back up and tell one of the workers who then tells me, no problem just get back in line and we'll refund your money. When I reach the window, the cashier is in the process of giving me the refund when Lawson Bailey, the operator, steps forward and asks whats the problem. I should have know then it wasn't going to be an ordinary CFA experience because his tone was rude. I tell him I got the wrong sandwich and want a refund. I also add that it's gross to put multiple orders outside on the tray at the same time during COVID (with random people reaching over other's food) and that previously, the cashier would put your food on the tray when you arrive at the window and slide it out to you. I told him that I saw a guy reaching over my coffee. To this Lawson got defensive and told me the CDC advised them to use that method. As a lawyer I don't believe him. Why would the CDC tell CFA to place multiple orders on a tray outside together during a global pandemic? The liability is astronomical. Additionally, i've been to Chick fil a multiple times during this pandemic and they've never done that. At this point I say, well I'd like my money and this guy tells me "NO, I'm not refunding your money, I will only give you the right sandwich." I was shocked. They get my order wrong and the operator tells me I'm not getting a refund?!?!? Needless to say, I was upset at this point an demand my money back to which he kept saying, no. Then I stated that I was going to report him to corporate and then man said there's no one above him because he was the owner. We all know this is a lie because operators own nothing. They're essentially high level store manager given the way CFA has set up their franchise. I told him that's a lie and to give me my money back. He said no again and told me to never come back to his store. I then told him I was not leaving until he refunded my money. He finally told the cashier to give me my money back. I called the CFA Cares line and reported him but I want to make sure that everyone know about this guy. I am shocked, giving the rigorous "Christian" requirements to operate a CFA that they would even hire a person like Lawson Bailey. I am equally as shocked that he would behave that way given the reputation CFA has regarding their customer service, even if he isn't a Christian. Whenever i hear of chick-fil-a i hear about their great service. I've never had the appetite to eat it, and when i did eat it, it wasn't voluntary. The two times i've ever had chick-fil-a it's always been a manager that buys for us so i've never had the chance to look at their menu or to even order for myself. On monday night my friend and i decided to stop by. Unfortunately for me, the worker outside wasn't anywhere near the lighted menu for me to see, ntm, i have very bad anxiety so i just told my friend to get me exactly what she got. The reason I didn't request to see the menu is only because the worker outside already looked like she wasn't having a good day, while taking my friends order she seemed very unwelcoming and like she just wanted to get through the line. I didn't realize my friend had gotten a spicy chicken sandwich, again, unluckily for me i get heartburns with any level of spice. The fries were good though. I'll make sure to google the menu next time before going to avoid this kind of scenario again. For now 3 stars, i'll revisit again and hopefully we can make it a 5. read more
