I love the chain but this location in particular is going downhill . Too many people at the window for drive through. Too much undertone talking. Too many orders with mediocre quality. People pay more for chick fil a food because it's better, tastier and has a great quality every time. The service is also fast and friendly. I went through the drive through and ordered and number 2 with a superfood side and a frozen lemonade. The issue was my frozen lemonade. They're making it a milkshake malt texture rather than the normal light frothy shake I usually get. The employees were starting to huddle around and see what the issue was as well as speak under their breaths. I was given a large lemonade since they couldn't Get my order correct and had to ask for the change difference back. This could've all been solved if the quality of the frozen lemonade was up to par. Had a free sandwich card, girl wouldn't accept because she thought it was designated for breakfast, clearly states that it can be used on any sandwich, but didn't have time to argue and moved on. They then forgot my sauce, which ultimately compelled me to write this review. I need it to cover up the taste of prejudice. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I just had to throw away my entire meal because the woman at the window is clearly sick. As I was pulling up she was sneezing so the other employees made her put on a mask. She then sneezed, threw away the tissue and gave me my order without washing her hands or anything. Drive- thru was efficient. Food was nice and hot! We went inside to use the restroom after eating our dinner, and both were barricaded and closed! Really, both restrooms were out if order, but the restaurant could still function as opened with no working plumbing? Considering I have a whopping 30 check-ins here (not including the times I've forgotten to check in, oops), I decided to throw in a quick review of my absolute favorite fast-food restaurant. First, if you've never been to a Chick-fil-A, stop what you're doing and head over there ASAP. In general, the food is always well prepared, consistently delicious, and the service is great. Second, I stop by this location at least 2-3x a week (I have an addiction, I know, I'm working on it), and I am never disappointed. The staff here really stands out--everyone is just so damn HAPPY--there really must be something in the air in there. The double drive-through line is also a life/time-saver considering this location can get pretty busy around lunch and dinner time. New place, corporates decision on location choice was good. The first month or so when this opened, wow the lines were long and took forever, but it's calmed down now. We visit this place maybe 2-3 times per quarter, the staff is mostly high school kids so the service is alright but you can tell they're trying so that's ok. I stop by Chick-Fil-A semi regularly, and the food here is right on par with every other one of their restaurants. What stood out about this one, however, was the level of customer service. Chick-Fil-A employees are known for being super polite, but this one should set the bar for every other store. The employees were extremely friendly, attentive, and even remembered our names for the entire stay. We even had someone come check on us at the table to see if we needed anything, like it was an actual restaurant. Kudos to whoever trained this staff. I wish I could give more stars to this Chick-Fil-A! Yesterday was a heavy rough long day for me. I was overwhelmed, tired, stressed and hungry. I went to the store to get food and after paying and getting my drinks, I went home. I forgot my food at the store!!! I couldn't help but cry. I called the store and the manager Tony answered and he was kind, and he was understanding and he was soft spoken - the kind of person I needed at that time on that day. I went back to the store and the manager Tony greeted me and he ordered my food to be made fresh. He was so kind and friendly and nice and soft spoken. He understood that at that moment on that day I needed kindness. I thanked him and said he made my day and that he made me happy. With kindness my whole day turned to the better. To top it all - He even gave me a couple of treat cards!!! I just had to share this with you because Tony is nice and he makes this store GREAT!! All the young staff there are also great. Great experience! Ordered drive-thru, kids wanted to dine in, so we did. Food was WELL DONE which is awesome! Didn't have to complain about a thing!!! The drive thru line was long but well organized and fast! When we walked in, the restaurant was full but there were a few empty tables and they were clean!
