This is the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. The customer service is terrible. We waited for 7 minutes at the counter for someone to acknowledge us for refills. I was at this chick-fil-a in early August 2017, and noted that the biscuits were crumbly and breaking apart in my hand. I visited today at about 10:00am and ordered a bacon,egg and cheese biscuit meal. I was given a bacon,egg and cheese muffin meal. I brought this to the attention of an employee and was given the bacon,egg and cheese biscuit replacement. Again the biscuits were crumbly and falling apart in my hand. As a biscuit maker myself, this means one of two things: 1) the dough has been over worked or 2) too much flour in the dough. I would have been better served by just taking the muffin meal! If a restaurant is going to serve a breakfast sandwich with a biscuit they should make sure the know how to make biscuits that do not fall apart! I certainly have reservations about patronizing chick-fil-a in the future, nothing has improved in this restaurant concerning how to make biscuits since I visited here 5 months ago. read more

I am a huge chick fil a fan, and always feel like they have the best service. This was probably some of the worst service I have seen. I waited forever at the drive thru for someone to take my order even though there was no line. The girl finally came on the intercom and was laughing and having a conversation with another employee. When I pulled up to get my order, she tried to give me the wrong order and kept talking with her coworkers. Very slow drive-thru. Waited 25 minutes for food. No one had large orders. Just very slow workers.

I really like Chick-fil-a, and this location doesn't disappoint. From ordering to getting my food, the amount of time is always very quick. I've even been at lunch time when there are 12 people in front of me, and have never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes. I highly recommend! (just not the head owner's religious views) read more

Horrible drive through service. I went through the drive through to pick up sandwiches & fries for myself & a co-worker. The fry order was correct, but both of the sandwiches were wrong. After ordering twice at the box, I got to the window & order was still wrong. I corrected her again, yet still ended up with the wrong sandwiches. I must say that I'm not a fast food chain enthusiast, but when my boyfriend and I decided to get a quick meal, he chose this particular restaurant. He does a lot of traveling for a living, so Chick-fil-A is a sort of staple in his repertoire of eating establishments. As we entered the place, we were greeted with smiles, cheerful "Hellos," and fresh flowers on every table. From the time we placed our orders and received our food, to our departure, the employees seemed to be genuinely hospitable to all their patrons. I was surprised and delighted with the service, the food, and the location of the restaurant. If I were to change anything, it would probably be the parking lot--it's a little on the confusing side with an awkward exit on the north end. All in all, I am very impressed with this little gem of a restaurant in the "quickie" food business. Kudos to the owner and staff for changing my mind and my generally awful opinion of fast food "chain" restaurants. read more
