They wanted to charge me for a large cup but like I said how is it fair when I just spent over $30 to charge me more. Wish you all could back to the way of before when the salsa bar existed and customers could get their own stuff. Another example of businesses being greedy for money and act cheap in return with the customers.

I call, they say they can't refund the chips and drink, they'd have to refund the whole order, but since I got the sandwich they were unwilling to do that. They asked me to come to the store to pick up the items and refused to send another driver despite me paying for delivery fees. I tell them I can't. The best they offer is leaving a note if I want to come to the store for a free chips and drink. Will not be ordering again. In 2026, I refuse to believe a POS system can't refund individual items.
