Oh Chickfila, oh how you all failed me. Of course I visited this location toward the end of breakfast maybe even like at 10:20am. The line was extraaaaa long in the drive thru so I figured why no just order on the inside. So I'll just cut to the chase here...I waited in line and watched several crew members behind the counter as they attempted to help the customers. Well there must have been a lack in communication or something because initially there were 3 cashiers. Then, all of a sudden there's was one. ONE cashier with a line that grew veryyyyy long on the inside too. Not to mention the cashiers were a bit slow. You can imagine I was extra antsy and thought due to the slow line I may not be able to order my breakfast ( 4 count yeast rolls, a parfait, and an iced vanilla coffee). Well, after waiting for what seemed like eternity I was finally able to order my items. When I told the cashier what I wanted she rang it up and the cost was too much. I had actually only told her the yeast rolls at this point. Well, long story short she decided to get a manager of some sort to help her out. The manager was VERY rude to me. She told me I HAD to get the chicken minis and be charged for the whole thing or I'm out of luck. I told her that I can't eat (I'm fasting and I often get sick from the chicken especially with it being fried) I told her how all of the other chickfilas that I go to have this option for me. I asked her if she could somehow then charge me for that meal and since I didn't want the whole meal could she sub out the iced coffee and parfait for the hash and the minis. She said no, no no. She told me that I just had to pay for what they were willing to enter and that was that. HOW RUDE! At this point I didn't want to give them any business at all. I did want to keep them informed on how to ring up another's customers food in the future so I went to my car and grabbed a receipt that I previous had that had my meal ranged up right from another chickfila. All in all, the manager kind of dismissed me and just kept it rolling. NEVER HAVE I EVER had this type of treatment at a chickfila. I definitely won't be visiting here again. I actually highly recommend that the manager get trained in customer service. I mena I know it was busy, but the manager had a MAJOR ATTITUDE WITH ME. So much so that my husband was surprised at the treatment that I was receiving as well. read more

Oh... Chick-Fil-A I'm going to start my review by only focusing on your food and restaurant. While the chicken here is ok .. the portions are so small that I have to order several meals to get full. Sometimes the crust on the chicken is very soggy. I also think the chicken is sort of bland and could use more seasoning. I'm honestly not sure why so many people enjoy eating here. The waffle fries are horrible and way too salty. This place is a constant reminder of why I try to eat local and stay away from corporate chains. Also... The restaurant is closed on Sundays .. I don't know why anyone would turn down business for a whole day but these guys do it. I think it may have something to do with the religion of the owner of the business but honestly I prefer my chicken with no religion involved. These guys however seem to be anti-gay marriage and I keep expecting to see Adam and Eve themed toys in the children's meals. Wow I have never been treated so poorly at a chik Fila a. Going through the drive through and I was politely waiting for a truck to backup when someone either in management or an employee was harassing me for blocking their drive through lanes. I was trying to wait for the truck to back out and leave and also I was in a large vehicle and making a wide turn. The person stated I was 'blocking his drive through' when I couldn't make the wide turn and I was politely waiting for the person to pull out of a parking spot. Worst customer service I have ever had at a Chick Fil A. When a customer walks in upset over a system malfunction and the manager of the store greets them by telling them it was my fault I didn't place a order in the right time so they cancelled my order yet on the app it said everything went through. She gave me zero help and then decided to argue with me in front of her employees because she didn't like the fact I was a little upset. I'll never understand why they have people off Chick-fil-A's property trying to direct traffic. It's incredibly dangerous for the employees and people driving since the employees have absolutely no idea what they're doing . This is the only Chick-fil-A I go to that always manages to mess up some part of my order, and the people taking orders in the drive thru ALWAYS talk over me. I just left the drive-thru after a 23 minute process...wow! I knew the line was long, but the line is always long at my regular location at 183/620 and it's much more efficient than this South Austin location. Chick-fil-A just never disappoints! We live up North but got an awesome offer from this specific location (just from a couple of times of visit in the past) for a BOGO reheatable party tray (nuggets or strips), so we couldn't let it pass. We placed an order for pickup the next day. The manager was very nice and prepared all the pickup orders nicely on the tables with names on the boxes. It was very easy to locate ours. The corporate marketing message didn't specify some details so we didn't know. The store manager was able to accommodate us and honored the discount anyways. Everything was delicious. One week later we got another offer for a free breakfast chick-fil-A biscuit from this location again. This is the only location that gives customers with the app a lot of offers while others don't. It's just too bad that we can't redeem and contribute more often because it's just too far from our house. read more

Line was quick and efficient like most Chick-fil-A locations I have been to. However they forgot to add my sauce when I ordered nuggets (it happens so it didn't bother me) but when I went inside to ask for the sauce because they had forgotten it, the cashier acted like I inconvenienced her, and didn't even apologize for the fact that I chose the drive through but now am having to go inside for an error on their part. Went here on our 30 minute lunch break with some coworkers. They had workers standing outside taking debit cards individually and placing in line orders. It was so neat how they handled the massive crowd. The guy helping us said the maximum I can do is 4 different debit cards... ok?? Service : Never heard of that 25c charge for over 4 sauces. Been going to chick fil a for over 10 years. It was even my first job. Had the same order for 10 years. They refused to service my husband because he has a big box truck. Normally when we stop by to fast food places, they take our order at the parking lot. As business owners, we wanted to order food for ourselves and 5 our workers but couldn't provide because although the employee was talking to him and had tablet in her hands they still said no because the truck was too big and he didn't have the app. However, the chick-fil-a on research did take his order from the parking lot without having to download the app. Where here they said if he didn't have the app they wouldn't take his order! read more

I frequent Chick-fil-A a lot. A LOT. Of the many times I've dined in, went drive through or placed mobile order at this location I've noticed some things. First I've witnessed managers talking down to the employees. Example - I order a meal with a lemonade. The cashier turned around to get my drink and the manager yelled at her and said she was ignoring the line when she literally was filling my order. The manager took over the register and I had to tell the manager my order wAs already taken. She didn't believe me until the worker gave me my lemonade. I've seen managers gripe and be rude to customers. One employee "Rosario" told a customer rudely to take their food and go eat at home. Some of the high school students are just standing around and laughing while there's other employees wiping counters, mopping and restocking. Sometimes the managers are the ones standing around giggling and laughing with each other instead of helping or helping the employees make things run smoother. I can tell management is inadequate and incompetent. It's the closest Chick-fil-A to me so unfortunately I go here a lot. read more

I've always loved Chick-fil-A and the employees have always been pleasant, but today at the Ben White location in Austin Texas an employee named Cat made an impression on me. From what I saw in the short amount of time that I was having lunch there, she is an extremely hard worker, and she does it with the biggest smile on her face. The rude gentleman taking my order said that it was the private owner of that locations decision. Very disappointed with this chick fil a. First of all, this was the slowest service I have ever experienced in the drive thru and not only that but the employees had no idea what they were doing. Juan Carlos was taking our order and training another employee and he didn't even seem to know how to train her. Once we finally made it to the window, the man putting our food in the basket was speaking as if he didn't know I was right there with my window open. It was extremely rude. To top it all off, I received the wrong order. I was given and chicken biscuit when I asked for a chicken sandwich. But I still received fries. It made absolutely no sense.
