Always a wonderful experience. Of course the parking lot is full and there a lines. You would think you wouldn't get a table, but there is such a turn around one always opens up. The tables, bathrooms, and play ground are clean. The employees are well mannered and helpful for moms like me with kids in tow. They always bring my tray out to me so I'm not walking back and forth. This location is probably the nicest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The inside was so cute with flowers on the table. It was also really clean although I was there quite early in the morning. Staff was friendly and attentive, they also bring the food to you so you don't have to get up and get it. read more

This is one of my favorite fast food places but I've been having issues lately getting what I ordered. First it was not letting me know when they were out of something. The item was removed and I wasn't charged for it but that left me without food for my son. This time I ordered three LARGE waffle fries and got three MEDIUM waffle fries. Of course I didn't see this until after I got home due to a fussy toddler in the back seat but I expect to get what I paid for. I will be a while before I go back. read more

Whoever said good help is hard to find, might want to ask Chick-fil-A for some advice. In my experience, their employees are always so kind, friendly, and helpful. And that alone is worth 5 stars! But their food is also really good and tastes like it's great quality. And most important to me is that they are considerate of people with food allergies. They have fantastic gluten free options, including gluten free hamburger buns. You can't see, but I'm totally doing my happy dance! read more

Best spicy chicken sandwich in town. It actually has a kick to it unlike many others that just cannot cut it. I ordered it without cheese and it came with it anyways. I was able to peel it off, fortunately not of the melt-y variety. A star is lost on accuracy. I loved everything else about it. Well cooked, juicy and crispy on the outside. I had not been in years, so it was good to see they are just as good as before. You can ask for hot sauces on the side for your meal. Add 15 cents each if you want extra tomato, lettuce or pickle. The wait was reasonable for the drive-thru. Prices also reasonable for what you get. I went back the next day to grab another one on the way out of town and found out it is closed on Sundays. read more

I've had this in New York before! 1) 4 piece Chicken strips - $4.95 // this was great if you just want some yummy chicken tenders. It was filling for lunch and just dip in ketchup or hot sauce! 2) Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal (comes with medium drink & medium side order) - my husband ordered this and said the chicken & ingredients are fresh, feels healthier than typical fried chicken from KFC or Popeyes. He got the waffle fries as the side & Dr. pepper. There are free re-fills on the soda, but you must go up to the front counter to ask for refills. 3) Chicken soup (medium) $2.89 - husband also ordered this and it was just Ok. Taste thicker than chicken soup from a can, nothing too special though. 4) Waffle fries (large) $1.99 - waffle fries are not too greasy! Not happy they changed there menu and so no more medium ice dream cups. 1 sauce per 30 Piece nuggets becauase they are having a sauce shortage. I spend 35.00 dollars each time I go at least give me enough sauce for my nuggets and fries. read more

Okay, I probably didn't pick the right sandwich, however when my choice was a chicken breast deep fried in a pressure cooker or grilled... Well, what can I say, I guess my conscience kicked in or I was channeling my inner cardiologist, because I went for the "grilled breast". I knew I was in trouble when we passed the sign in the drive-through that said now a smokier taste.That told me more chemicals had been added. I also got a small fry. I opened my bun and was pleasantly surprised, there was a good amount of nice lettuce on it and a nice slices of tomatoes. (there's never enough lettuce or tomato- anywhere) As my eyes went to the chicken my first thought was that it looked like one of those chicken breasts they sell frozen in the bags with the fake grill marks on them and when you get home you realize it's chicken stuff that's made of pieces pressed together or something. It doesn't taste like real chicken, the texture doesn't feel like real chicken. It's not a real chicken breast, but then how can it be, they need uniformity. It was gross. The bun was dry and fell apart when I tried to eat it. Bummer. But I must say the tomato slice was really nice, right size and it was actually red and tasted like tomato. This place is always busy, long lines outside and inside. I go in to order and line goes pretty fast. I still haven't been able to make it for breakfast hours. I really want to try the biscuit sandwiches. We got our favorite Chicken Spicy Deluxe Sandwich. The first time I tried this place the fries were horrible. So the second time I visited a different location I didn't order the fries. This time I decided to try them again, happily they weren't limp and tasteless. They were crispy and yummy dipped in their special sauce. Sandwich was delicious only complaint was the cheese was just set on top and not melted. It would have been better melted but didn't ruin it. Customer service the three times I have eaten at different locations has been great. Everyone is so nice and order is always exactly what we requested. They had someone walking around and refilling drinks and I thought that was really nice. The sauces they offer are all delicious, sweet sriracha is my favorite. The special house sauce is super yummy too!! I am sure I will be coming back to get my fix! read more

Eat less chik'n here!!! What happened to this place!! The old manager ran this place like a family business and knew everything going on.... I get it last hour busy Friday night .... Two registers open... one guy is literally taking five min to give his order ....I get to front, gal in front of me orders a few shakes.... The cashier helping her,who looked like he didn't want to be at work, glances up at me and walks away after he looks at me Next in line.... Meanwhile the guy in other line is still making up his mind what he wants.... Manager walks in, he looks tired and not smiling, sees me I'm looking back and forth, I wait for a minute , he sees me but ignores me, I shake my head and walk out... the manager knows I'm pissed... he looks at me a few times through the glass as I continue shaking my head back and forth, UNLOCKING MY BIKE, (yup, that's me.. the one who rides in at night (no more). I love Chick-fil-A. And this location impressed me. This place was SLAMMED. Drive thru, lobby, dine in ordering line. Not an empty table in the house. It was chaotic and people were on edge. But it was an organized mess. The team members at this location we're so kind, so courteous, and doing their jobs with excellence. The manager and assistant manager were out in the lobby assisting guests as well as the other team members. My wife and I had our 7 month old so we decided to find a table for two and get a high chair. One of the team members cleaned off a high chair for us and grabbed us one of the place mats and we ordered on our phone. Shout out to every single person working the lunch rush on 5/26/22. I buy food from this location quite often. Today I drove in off of Stockdale Hwy and there were 3 cars ahead of me wrapping around by CVS. I waited until those 3 cars turned into the line ahead of me and then got in line. After waiting in this line for several minutes I was motioned to the drive thru. Then the teenaged employee knocked on my window and told me I can't enter off of Stockdale and that I would have to go back to the end of the line which had now grown by about 10 more cars. I said that's ok I'll just leave and he said yeah ok. I called the Mgr and she said yes the line wraps around. I explained that I still waited my turn and how could I know that this would not be honored. She said sorry but that's where the line is. I won't be back. read more

So I decided to try the new Mac n Cheese when it first came out. This location it was dry and seemed overcooked. People raved about it so I got it in Los Angeles and it was amazing. Creamy and delicious more like Panera. I then had it at the Lehi, Utah location, again delicious, amazing and creamy. Today I decided to give it a 2nd chance in Bakersfield. Nope...once again, dry, over cooked and nasty. Just like the 1st time. Their service is amazing at the location as is all Chiks, but this location needs to learn how to cook their mac n cheese to the Chik Fila standards. All locations should have the same consistancy and cooked the same. Please have your trainer go back and teach the Bakersfield location how to make the Mac N Cheese up to your standards. read more

Both of our first times! And our last! We have tummy aches and gas! The paper towels in the bathroom seemed to repel water rather than absorb it which made it awkward. There were fresh cut flowers on the tables which was nice, and the service was also nice. The nuggets came with two sauces but when asked how much for extra sauce she said Free. We got all the sauces apart from one (the zesty buffalo). I enjoyed the combo of Polynesian, sweet and spicy sriracha and the secret sauce. Lindsay preferred ketchup. We came to this chick-fil-a was definitely not like others. We ordered two spicy deluxe sandwiches which come with pepper jack. They gave us chick-fil-a deluxe so we let a young lady know. She went to get Justine who came over my boyfriend stated "we ordered the spicy deluxe sandwich" I then stated "what we got has American cheese and isn't spicy" she cut me off and said "what do you guys want on it?" My boyfriend repeated "we got the Spicy Deluxe". She said "okay but I just want to know what you want on it?" had attitude. We told her what we wanted a Spicy Deluxe we never stated no pickles or anything. The bathrooms were extremely dirty.
