This is one of my favorite fast food places but I've been having issues lately getting what I ordered. First it was not letting me know when they were out of something. The item was removed and I wasn't charged for it but that left me without food for my son. This time I ordered three LARGE waffle fries and got three MEDIUM waffle fries. Whoever said good help is hard to find, might want to ask Chick-fil-A for some advice. In my experience, their employees are always so kind, friendly, and helpful. And that alone is worth 5 stars! But their food is also really good and tastes like it's great quality. And most important to me is that they are considerate of people with food allergies. Okay, I probably didn't pick the right sandwich, however when my choice was a chicken breast deep fried in a pressure cooker or grilled... Well, what can I say, I guess my conscience kicked in or I was channeling my inner cardiologist, because I went for the "grilled breast". I opened my bun and was pleasantly surprised, there was a good amount of nice lettuce on it and a nice slices of tomatoes. (there's never enough lettuce or tomato- anywhere) As my eyes went to the chicken my first thought was that it looked like one of those chicken breasts they sell frozen in the bags with the fake grill marks on them and when you get home you realize it's chicken stuff that's made of pieces pressed together or something. It doesn't taste like real chicken, the texture doesn't feel like real chicken. It's not a real chicken breast, but then how can it be, they need uniformity. It was gross. The bun was dry and fell apart when I tried to eat it. Bummer. But I must say the tomato slice was really nice, right size and it was actually red and tasted like tomato. This place is always busy, long lines outside and inside. I go in to order and line goes pretty fast. I still haven't been able to make it for breakfast hours. I really want to try the biscuit sandwiches. We got our favorite Chicken Spicy Deluxe Sandwich. The first time I tried this place the fries were horrible. So the second time I visited a different location I didn't order the fries. This time I decided to try them again, happily they weren't limp and tasteless. They were crispy and yummy dipped in their special sauce. Sandwich was delicious only complaint was the cheese was just set on top and not melted. It would have been better melted but didn't ruin it. Customer service the three times I have eaten at different locations has been great. Everyone is so nice and order is always exactly what we requested. They had someone walking around and refilling drinks and I thought that was really nice. The sauces they offer are all delicious, sweet sriracha is my favorite. The special house sauce is super yummy too!! I am sure I will be coming back to get my fix! read more

Best spicy chicken sandwich in town. It actually has a kick to it unlike many others that just cannot cut it. I ordered it without cheese and it came with it anyways. I was able to peel it off, fortunately not of the melt-y variety. A star is lost on accuracy. I loved everything else about it. Well cooked, juicy and crispy on the outside. I had not been in years, so it was good to see they are just as good as before. You can ask for hot sauces on the side for your meal. Add 15 cents each if you want extra tomato, lettuce or pickle. The wait was reasonable for the drive-thru. Prices also reasonable for what you get. I love Chick-fil-A. And this location impressed me. This place was SLAMMED. Drive thru, lobby, dine in ordering line. Not an empty table in the house. It was chaotic and people were on edge. But it was an organized mess. The team members at this location we're so kind, so courteous, and doing their jobs with excellence. The manager and assistant manager were out in the lobby assisting guests as well as the other team members. My wife and I had our 7 month old so we decided to find a table for two and get a high chair. One of the team members cleaned off a high chair for us and grabbed us one of the place mats and we ordered on our phone. Shout out to every single person working the lunch rush on 5/26/22. I buy food from this location quite often. Today I drove in off of Stockdale Hwy and there were 3 cars ahead of me wrapping around by CVS. I waited until those 3 cars turned into the line ahead of me and then got in line. After waiting in this line for several minutes I was motioned to the drive thru. Then the teenaged employee knocked on my window and told me I can't enter off of Stockdale and that I would have to go back to the end of the line which had now grown by about 10 more cars. I said that's ok I'll just leave and he said yeah ok. I called the Mgr and she said yes the line wraps around. So I decided to try the new Mac n Cheese when it first came out. This location it was dry and seemed overcooked. People raved about it so I got it in Los Angeles and it was amazing. Creamy and delicious more like Panera. I then had it at the Lehi, Utah location, again delicious, amazing and creamy. Today I decided to give it a 2nd chance in Bakersfield. Nope...once again, dry, over cooked and nasty. Just like the 1st time. Their service is amazing at the location as is all Chiks, but this location needs to learn how to cook their mac n cheese to the Chik Fila standards. She went to get Justine who came over my boyfriend stated "we ordered the spicy deluxe sandwich" I then stated "what we got has American cheese and isn't spicy" she cut me off and said "what do you guys want on it?" For the last two years this is my main breakfast and lunch spot during work. Just about every one of there employees and managers are so polite and attentive to all customers. I frequent Chick-fil-A at least 5 out of the 6 days they are open. Some times more. I love that I can. Get a large cup of their ice for free with what ever I order. (I love to chew their ice) my favorites to order are the mini chicken biscuits, 8-count chicken nuggets, and sweet tea with of course my large cup of Ice with every order. I only have two con- 1 being there is one location which happens to be so close to work and school but not my home. 2. There is one manager or manger in training they have a short female mot sire of her name but she is the only employee whom if she were mine she definitely would not have been promoted she has been rude to not only me but I have witnessed her snootiness to other customers as well.
