Today was the worst. I ordered a tea and a small ice dream after 25 minutes I went into to the restaurant. I got my order and left only to realize my drink wasn't tea it was that sun joy nasty crap. The government needs to take lessons on efficiency from Chick Fil A. They have totally revamped their process due to COVID19. Drive-thru is at least 50 cars long at lunch and it takes all of 15 minutes to get your food and drive off. (I waited 40 minutes in a much shorter line for a burger the other day)Every parking place has been reassigned for pick up options. They even use a spatula zip tied to the credit card machine for you slide your card. All this is a bonus to the great tasting food and a treat of my favorite ice cream occasionally. The new super crunch kale salad has less calories than previous one and it is good. Eat more chicken! read more

First time at the location and it was by far thee worst chic fil a experience.. first off i wasn't pleased with the cleanliness of the restaurant (behind the counter) nor the restrooms! I've worked in retail , so i get and understand peak hours and a rush, but it was just unexpectedly unacceptable. When u hear chic fil a u immediately think of great customer service bc that's what they've become known for ... i literally waited about 15mins for a dine in order.... which again bc of the rush i wasn't upset but when i noticed the manager had no control over the staff it seemed very disorganized and he just stood at the order screen bagging orders and making jokes laughing with the cooks and waiting for someone elseto do all the work... maybe he didn't wanna walk all over the floor that looked as though it was mopped in oil I felt like i was in a McDonald's. Customer service is 1st priority at this location. Courteous is an understatement. From the employees to the manager- they are always on top of things. When they say, "My pleasure!" they mean it. Restrooms are always clean. Even on a busy day the wait isn't long. Your order is fixed right & fresh. read more

Who doesn't like chik fila. Their staff is amazing always courteous and going the extra mile. The drive thru line is a well oiled machine. By far the Trussville chik fila is probably the best I've ever experienced though. Will not be back. When I pulled in to order, I asked the young lady could I look at the menu. She walked away to "look for a menu" and never returned. I watched her in my rear view mirror just return back 3 cars behind me and start taking their orders. I continued to stay in line planning to just order at the window but then another young lady came up and took my order. When I got to the window my order was in correct, I was told to pull up so they could fix my sandwich adding AMERICAN cheese and bacon. I waited, and another car pulled up to wait too. That car was given their food before. The worker came and brought my order out after waiting and the order was STILL wrong. She went back i, I waited even longer to then have a manager come out and say she "checked" and make sure my sandwich was correct. I come home and my sandwich was STILL in correct as pictured below you can see I ordered AMERICAN cheese and was given PEPPER JACK. It's the PRINCIPAL of all of this. You can see what my order SHOULD have been, but after being skipped in line, being told to wait TWICE I would never come back to this location and will be reporting this franchise location. Do not try and come to this Chick-fil-a if you are in a rush or trying to get to work in the morning. It is the slowest store i have been to. I have ordered online to pick up and have had to wait 20 minutes for my food to be brought out to me, when I had placed my order about 20 minutes prior to arriving. When I asked for my order at the front door because I had been waiting for a while, a worker told me it would be right out. I had to wait another 5-10 minutes. The Trussville Chic-Fil-A and I go way back. This location has been a staple in my families casual dining routine for years. Here are several reasons why we keep coming back: 1. Customer service at Chic-Fil-A is always amazing, and when I say amazing, I mean amazing. There isn't another fast food restaurant out there with better service. 2. The food is great...if you're into chicken. Their Original Chicken Sandwich is their signature piece. They have a saying that states, "We didn't invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich." I tend to agree with this statement. My children love their waffle fries. Most every occasion, their fries are crispy with just the right amount of salt. If fried food isn't your thing, they have more healthy options on their menu such as a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken nuggets, kale salad, etc. 3. The reason we chose to dine here so much is that I have five children (and they all love it). If I were to ask any of them where they would like to go out to eat, unanimously they would suggest Chic-fil-A. Kid recommended...parent approved. If you are a family, you can't go wrong with this location. Friendly service, good food, and kid recommended. If you are someone looking for fast food and you want a place that you will most likely enjoy...again, this is the place. It's chicken...and fries, but they do it as good as anyone else. Today was definitely a first for me at the Trussville location. I'll start first by commending them for always providing excellent service even when the line is rapped around the building. My daughter and I stopped for breakfast the line wasn't long at all, my lip treeiri43rudd554 order was taken within 10 seconds, I paid with a credit card and proceeded in the line. I noticed for it not being that busy that the line was taking longer than usual. I noticed that the three cars ahead of me were told to pull up to curbside. I've never been pulled to curbside and our order only contained chicken minis nothing special. I asked the cashier how much longer would it be Megan the manger replied it will be 3 to four more minutes and that I needed to pull up. She was very rude and unapologetic something I have never experienced at any chick fil a. I never post to have an employee reprimanded, only to improve the quality of service. If she were my employee I would like to know if something like this happened in my store. I realize that the bar is high at this restaurant but that's what I have grown accustom to. read more

It took 30 minutes just to order through Drive thru. Very poorly designed layout with servers having to direct traffic and very confused team running around the drive line to grab credit cards and take them to the register and taking bags of food around. It does not seem this location has improved drive thru efficiency as so many chick fil a locations have. 40 minutes total to get food through the drive and nowhere to park and order inside. read more

Even though most Chick-fil-a's are known for friendly and reliable service, Trussville's Chick-fil-a is miles above the rest. I eat here 2 or 3 times a week, and I have never received an incorrect order.
