I'm usually amazed by how fast Chick-fil-A clears their drive-thru lines, but this location was noticeably slower. Our food was ready, but we had to wait for our drinks. The strange part was that we could see the drinks sitting there, yet somehow they got overlooked. When we followed up, the person at the window asked what our drinks were, which was a bit frustrating. Not the usual seamless experience I expect from Chick-fil-A, but hopefully just a one-off. read more

Avoid this and all chick fil a restaurants period. They do not honor nor respect us military veterans. I asked for my military discount there back in June and was told no because I'm not active duty. I'm a partially disabled desert storm veteran who sacrificed for my country but I don't count evidently according to the owners of these restaurants. It's Chick Fil A, sometimes you need to wait a bit as with all their locations, but that's not the fault of the location and it's simply a chain with high demand. read more

I love this Chick-Fil-A and have been coming to this location since I was a kid. The place always looks busy but they get your order out ready in under 10-15 minutes. Curbside is the way to go! The staff are always nice, friendly, and helpful. For all the years I've been to this location they have only gotten my order wrong twice!! They have fun events for the little ones and great prices for the food they give you! One of the best locations to get Chick-Fil-A. Will be coming back very soon! read more

Incredibly disappointing. We go 3 miles from the highway to visit chic Fil a. The children and dad have to go to the bathroom, badly. They have doors open and lights on but kick us and tell us we can't use their bathrooms. Other restaurants and gas stations allow use of this basic and necessary service. These guys weren't even kind when they grumpily told us we were out of luck at their establishment. read more

Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. This is the SLOWEST and worst run Chick-fil-A I have ever seen. I'm missing half my order, the people running to the cars are RUDE and are gone by the time you realize: half your stuff is gone! Horrible location, I do not recommend at all. My sandwich feels like they dropped into a bucket of water and soaked it before handing it over and my fries are cold, soggy and nasty. My orders are usually messed up. I always get sweet tea when I ask for unsweetened. The quality of the chicken has gone down. It's rubbery. And the fries the last few times were soggy right at the window. I don't know if it's management or ChickFilet as a whole has gone down in quality? We go to Zaxbys now. read more

This place is a total train wreck. It used to be an extremely dependable place to go. But now? There is absolutely NO reason their dining room should be closed when EVERY other restaurant in town has open dining rooms. Instead they push the madhouse crowds out to drive through & curbside only, and once you pull in (IF you are even able to) you are stuck. If you pull into a curbside spot, you can't back out. They have their young kid employees all over the parking lot, running in between cars, even at night. I guess they are just waiting on one of these kids to get hurt or worse. I used to never have to check my order but it's been wrong several times so now I check it like I do from McD's where you can't trust them to get it right. This place is the worst. I ordered a meal and wasnt given the correct side item. A young lady at the window attempted to correct the problem, and then a second young lady came to the window and decided to yell and berate me like im a child. She insisted that i didnt order my meal correctly, although i had a receipt to prove the order. At that point i was upset and didnt want the food because i felt disrespected and not valued as a customer. I spoke to the manager Kennedy and she said that i could not receive a refund because i had already "received my food through the window". That made no sense to me because people usually receive their food first and then find a problem and then want a refund. The manager acted as if i didnt ave a valid complaint about my customer service. Needless to say i will never come to this location ever again. They do bad business here. read more

The slowest and worst managed chick-fil-a in the upstate. I have come here twice in the past year and both times they have messed up my order, a number 1 with a large fry... today they gave me a number 1, a chicken biscuit, a medium fry and a large fry, and when I corrected them they shorted my refund by a nickel, I went back in and showed them and they argued with me and refused to give me the nickel. Consistent food and polite service just like all other CFA's but the wait time is always ridiculous at this location.
