Poor experience today. I only ordered a kids meal via curbside and never received my food nor was I given a refund. I have always supported this restaurant but took over 20 minutes for me to even move a centimeter on the app! Its almost like they forgot about me. So, I left because I needed to get to work and would've been late. The food isn't the issue it's me never receiving my refund when they knew my food was never given out. I would love to receive a full refund or a gift card with refund on it. I have receipts to my purchase. read more

I love this location, it is amazing and service is always great. If they have your order wrong (because it happens human error is inevitable especially when you're as busy as they are) call them back and they will make it right, they have a book they put your information in and what you ordered. They will make it right on your next visit. But don't call days after, they weren't born yesterday. I don't typically complain about chain restaurants especially Chick-fil-a! I went to this particular one 2 days in a row and was disappointed both times! I went through the drive-thru both times. The first time I ordered breakfast and they didn't include my hashbrowns in the bag. I didn't have time to go back and say anything due to running behind for work. I went back the next day to grab a quick lunch on the go and it was around 1:40 when I got in the drive-thru line. I was in the line until atleast 2:00 and they weren't busy inside the restaurant. When I got to the window to get my food, they had my order wrong. That makes 2 strikes for them in my book. I'm very disappointed due to the reputation the company as a whole has. read more

The customer service here is unmatched and their employees are always going above and beyond to make sure your drink is always full. Aside from their great customer service, they serve chicken mini's ALL DAY. This is the only chick fil a that I've been to that does this. read more

Chic-Fil-A is one of my favorite places for a quick family meal. The spouse loves the grilled food options, the children love the different choices of chicken sandwiches (plain to spicy) and even I (as a vegetarian) can get the side salad that satisfies my hunger. The facility is always busy, both inside and out...which is testament to the love people have for this establishment. The outside is well maintained, the flow of cars are kept moving by signs directing traffic to circle the building to allow access of cars...And the employees come outside to take orders to decrease your wait time...The inside area is also kept tidy and the employees are ready to take your order. I've in the past experienced difficulties with receiving the correct orders...the facility was made aware, and has greatly improved! I would definitely recommend making a stop at this Chic-Fil-A, it's a blessed experience! God bless you! read more
