Chick-fil-A is a solid go-to for fast food chicken, with locations all over the country. This one runs like a well-oiled machine--during rush hour they were taking orders in line, had us pay ahead, and still managed to get the food out in under 10 minutes. Food-wise, it's exactly what you'd expect if you've been to any other location. Good quality for the price, and the chicken holds up whether you eat it plain or load up on one of their many sauces. Always a reliable stop when you're craving some quick chicken.

The staff was incredibly gracious here. They were very very kind even though I didn't know what I was doing. That being said... I didn't know what I was doing because the set up is super chaotic between the mobile order and regular order area. The space was designed for folks to walk in and order and is long to accommodate a long line...I don't know how they could improve it. You walk in and I think they expect you to order at the front of the store but there is no menu there and no one stopped me to tell me what was up. Anyway. The food was as expected for Chick-fil-A. Pretty good. Waffle fries are by far the best fries. They were sampling their peach shake when I was there. It was pretty good. The upstairs dining area and bathroom were clean. And you could see the staff makes regular rounds throughout the restaurant. Very well managed. Just weirdly designed and stressful.

Got to love Chick-fil-a! Haha Their spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with a side of their Chick-Fil-A sauce always hit ! Tried their honey pepper pimento sandwich and I was not impressed. Lol I got it with their spicy chicken. Don't get me wrong, I actually love pimento cheese but... it was a little weird. I think it you were to add lettuce and bacon to the sandwich, it might be a hit! I will definitely give it another try. The reason for the 3/5 review is solely base on this location. It's always hectic out front due to all the delivery workers on their bike. They're just parked in front blocking traffic and making a big commotion . That just needs to be better.

I'm not sure whether Chick-fil-A went downhill, or if there are just much better places to get chicken sandwiches now. This location is always packed with to-go orders, but I stopped in for a quick bite to eat while in the area. The wait staff here were really nice and the food was made quickly. We tried finding a spot in the upstairs dining area, but it was very dirty and smaller groups of people were hogging multiple tables which was annoying. After waiting a few minutes, we finally got a table and were able to enjoy our food. I tried the spicy chicken sandwiches with a side of waffle fries and the seasonal peppermint shake. The shake was delicious and definitely worth it. I was disappointed with the amount of fries that we received and the chicken sandwich itself was just okay. The spicy seasoning is at least slightly flavorful, but I feel like there's just not enough happening for me. The patty was very thin and not crispy, which is the complete opposite of what I want in a chicken sandwich.

I was in town this week and saw for once that there was no long line running out to this store. Taking this as a sign of fate, took the opportunity to jump in and enjoy one of their famous chicken sandwiches. If you are coming off the street like I had, you stand on the far right side of the line. The middle line will be for those who have the App. and have placed their order on the App. If you frequent Chick-fil-A, I recommend downloading the app because people who did were flying in and out with their orders. Although I did not have the App, and waited in the normal line, it did move and within about 13min. I was up to order. I got the #1 Combo meal (Original Chicken Sandwich with a medium drink and waffle fries). The 2nd floor to this place is where you can sit and dine. The dinning area is very nicely kept, with staff stationed up there to frequently clean any area that gets dirty. There are plenty of straws and condiments that are frequently stocked and well kept. (You don't have to worry about sticking your hand into a bin of ketchup packets and getting your hand sticky from dried up ketchup that squirted out). The Chicken sandwich was okay, really nothing to write home about, and my box of waffle fries seemed to have been half empty. The sandwich is significantly smaller than from when I had last had this sandwich at their Natick Location before the Pandemic. I guess its the reflection of the times. Going to have to go back to Natick try again to see if the size has really changed, or if its just this location.

Tried this place in the summer, but I just finally got around to writing a review. The place is pretty big with two floors. The line looked long, but it does move pretty quickly. I had the chicken sandwich with waffle fries and iced tea sweetened. I was a bit disappointed with their sandwich. The chicken I had was dry, and the bun seemed a bit stale. The iced tea felt a bit watered down, so it didn't have much flavor. The only thing I liked was the waffle fries, perfectly seasoned, and had a nice texture. I do like the seating on the second floor, being able to look out over the copley square.

The long anticipated Chick-fil-A finally opened in Boston. It's understandable to expect long lines/wait times. I personally waited 20-25 minutes in a line to place an order physically at the store (they also take online orders). No biggie. Finally received my food and left without checking as it was very busy. Got home, opened the bag and realized I was missing my fries. Quite disappointing but whatever. Rest of the food (sandwich and mac and cheese) was cold but good. Fine I'll take that. Now here's why the 1 star. Halfway through the mac and cheese, found a strand of hair in it. Now that is not cool. Because of that, and all the other *little* things just made this overall first experience quite Hopefully they step it up the next time. read more

The food was good, the woman working the counter, was very polite and pleasant; but the fact that there's no place to sit down and eat, during breakfast service is not good. I had to eat my breakfast in the rain,on the restaurant patio. The the tables were wet and two supervisor in pink shirts walked by without whipping any of the wet tables. read more

The chick-fil-a in Copley is in a great location is always has a consistent line of people waiting. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich which has decent chicken, bun, lettuce and pepper jack cheese. I also got waffle fries, and nuggets, and iced tea. My order came out to close to $15 which is pricey for fast food. The food was a bit greasy and not particularly delicious. With fries, sandwich, and nuggets they only gave me two sauce packets which was not enough, ideally it should have been at least 3 (one for each item). In addition, they messed up my drink order where I ordered unsweetened but gave me sweetened tea. I told them and they quickly fixed it. read more

This is my 2nd and possibly my last time I will patronize your establishment! I went into your Chic Fila restaurant located at: 569 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116. I ordered 5 chic fila sandwiches. I was in the carryout line, I decided to get out of this line because it was to congested and it wasn't possible to social distance myself , (Due to Covid-19 and Monkey Pox concerns)from everyone. A heavy-set back office caucasian woman named "Corrin Griffith" started asking me questions in a condescending way!! She made up some nonsense about blocking mobile orders?! She had poor "people skills!" She scolded me like I was her child! I asked her what was the problem? Because I wasn't obstructing anyone's ability to bring out any mobile or uber eats/grub hub orders! She gave an attitude and caused a random young male customer waiting for his order, to start lecturing me! I did not know this man, but she was acting like a narcissist and wanted me to know she was in charge! Even though I spent almost $30 on 5 sandwiches, and wasn't arguing with your staff or other customers! I felt embarrassed and unwelcomed at your restaurant!! It felt a little bit racist too! Because of the way I was dressed! This occurred around 8:30ish pm on 9-27-2022. I do not believe I will support a business where my credit/debit cards and cash, are the only things that are welcomed...But not me! Very terrible experience! I'm not coming back!! This review is for the Chick-fil-A in Copley Square, and specifically for the Cobb Salad with avocado-lime-ranch-dressing! I really liked this salad - I ordered it after hearing the ads on a local radio station, and the salad was very good - flavorful fried bite-sized chicken pieces with lettuce greens, roasted corn, shredded cheese, crispy red pepper pieces, and tasty dressing. It was very good for "fast food". I will be ordering the Cobb salad again when I want a quick and easy meal to-go. The service was friendly and very fast. read more

This location is so busy, they don't actually care about you or your business. Showed up for breakfast two Saturdays ago only to find the dining room closed. I ended up eating my burrito at one of their standing tables outside in 30-degree weather. They left me a voicemail after I complained, I called back, they "took a message" and I never heard from them again. Miserable customer service and an even worse dining experience. 0/10 read more

If you love Chick-fil-A - do NOT go to this branch! This location messed up my order three times! The lemonade was full of gritty pulp, the biscuits were hard and they leave items out of your order. The staff and management don't care about customer service. I have been to Chick-fil-A's all over the country and this location should not be using the name or representing the brand. Just stay away because they are trying to ruin a great thing. read more

We came in with a group of 14 in a rush to catch a train. We ordered so much food when it was super crowded. Adeline, the employee taking our order was so patient and helpful. DO NOT UBER EATS from this location . Ordered on two different occasions and each time I paid for Mac and cheese and never got it . The orders never came with straws or sauces as I requested . You will not get your money back either or the item if you complain . Just go somewhere else or go in person . Last time I try to order from here . read more

This place is horrible, the manager asked me how my day was I said horrible your staff are unprofessional and rude. I tried to scan my code which didn't work I asked help from a staff member who ignored me and asked a woman behind me if she needed help. I said I need help she turned her back and the managers excuse was she's new. Food was late we got served the ice cream in my order first and waited an additional 5 mins for the rest of the order by then the ice cream melted in my sons hand and I asked for another the guy at the front counter was acceptable and made another. I'll drive out 16 miles to Dedham and back to the other chick-fil-a. Never returning. read more

Long lines. Confusing pick up even if you order ahead on the app. Chick-fil-A is usually a well oiled machine...this one not so much. Typically the app has an "I'm here" feature that ensures speedy pick up. Here you scan a QR code and then.....wait. The place is slammed just like all other chick-fil-a restaurants but this one is too crammed. Surprised it was built/opened during the pandemic without a pickup window like some shake shacks have installed. Adding to the joy is the flurry of food delivery service drivers aggressively pushing past you as if they somehow have priority over others making a frustrating wait more annoying. PLEASE IMPROVE THE PICKUP PROCESS at minimum with signage. For customers -- You may be ready to just get out of there but CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. You have been warned your nuggets may not be in that bag. read more

The lines were long when I went in, but it went by astonishingly fast. Chick-fil-a has always been a bit of a favorite of mine, though I have no care for their religious affiliation, no one can deny they are considered one of the better fast food chains. I love their waffle fries and chick-fil-a sauce. And I haven't had any bad experiences with them yet. read more

If they had delivery that would be great, the one in Dedham does as well as even chicopee, There is no where to park down there, so pick up isn't too appealing either. Doesn't matter if you use the app or doordash. they just don't offer it read more

Nice place, great service here. Not happy with the quality of the offering on this visit to this location. Waffle fries were beat, two of em were burnt. Order Chicken Deluxe no tomato, add extra pickels and bacon. Got to my seat upstairs, and saw they hadn't put the bacon on and there were two pickles. I went to take it back, and the woman supervising the second floor asked what the problem was and took it back for me. I got it back like 10 minutes later. Same sandwich two sad looking pieces of bacon and only one pickels (I ordered extra pickles. Kid who took the order got it right. Guy that made the sandwich must have been a couple of bong rips deep. Anyway, they gave me a voucher for a free chocolate chunk cookie troubles. Huge fan of CFA, but I was kinda bummed about my visit to this location. read more

Let's start off with a quick fan about myself. I'm a CFA super fan. Like absolute fan girl. I live in the heart of Boston and I religiously travel to Woburn or Dedham to get my CFA fix. I finally today got around to going to the new location in downtown and I am nothing but disappointed and angry. Everything good about CFA is gone at this location. Communication, individualized interactions, fast service, quality of food, and the over all atmosphere. None of the hallmark quirks were there, the pleasant nature of service and the goofy "how may I serve you" type phrases. My tenders were burnt, fries soggy and grossly stuffed into the bottom of the container, less sauce than ordered and worst of all my Mac n cheese container was less than half full. This was awful. I will never return and i will instead take the 40+ min drive to the suburban locations outside of the city. Shame on CFA for compromising their quality. read more

Arrived at the noon hour and the line was quite long. However, the associates were efficient and the line moved quickly. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 milkshakes, and an orange juice. The sandwiches were ready very fast and we waited a short time for the shakes. I didnt think to double check the accuracy and left. Later I found that my oj was missing from the bag. Damn, lost 3 bucks. The food that we did get was perfect though. read more

I don't get the Grilled Chicken Club any more, the bacon is gross because it's under cooked. You would not know this unless you opened up the bun to check it out......NO EXCUSE FOR UNDER COOKED BACON ! ! ! read more

Exactly what you would expect from a chick-fil-a, which includes long lines for making an order in store! Would recommend ordering ahead and picking up in-store, since they have a dedicated line just for that. Note that as of January 2022 there is no indoor dining, but there were some outdoor tables and seats set up if you can bear the cold read more

I spoke with the manager, Sara, who declined to issue a partial refund despite the error and stated that redelivery was not possible because my location is not located in Somerville or any of the surrounding neighborhoods. Afterward, I received a call from a male manager who indicated that he would process a partial refund. However, when I called back, I was again connected to Sara, who refused to process the refund. This was extremely confusing, as I had just been told moments earlier that the issue would be resolved. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. Update: After posting this review, I was contacted and pressured to remove it, which further added to the discomfort and confusion surrounding this experience. I ended up passing on the partial refund to put an end to the back and forth with management.

Everything you hope to have from Northeast oysters especially being from Texas where most of the places here serve Gulf oysters that don't even come close to comparing. The burger was tender and flavorful, the bread was soft and light and slightly sweet, and the onion ring added a great texture to the mix. Think of a amped up western burger. The ambiance was a cool vibe yet a home feel. We were seated quickly but it took awhile for anyone to acknowledge us. Service was good once it started and the food came out quickly. If we ever make it back to Boston, it will definitely be on our list to revisit. Great late dinner spot. Simple foods done right. (Oh, and the drinks were delicious. I wanted to try them all. We found KChickin nearby on Peterborough Street and they're open until 9:30pm. We walked quickly over as hunger is a good motivator to walk fast. The restaurant has takeout but offered enough space to hold three famished Fenway newbies. Service was quickly and friendly and the food was served fairly quickly. Seems like most restaurants begin at the suggested 18% tip to start. Some calculate their tipping suggestions at your subtotal before adding the taxes to your bill. This restaurant included the taxes as part of its tip calculation so be aware that you're actually tipping more than 18%. FYI: as a customer, you decide how much to tip for quality service. Bringing your orders to your table is basic. How many times they filled your water cups and check up on you are important and expected. Tipping is not automatic in my humble opinion. Servers who work diligently for their tips so tip accordingly to those who provided a great dining experience.
