We got VIOLENT food poisoning from Chick-Fil-A. This was the only food that we had within 24+ hours. There is no other source of where it could have came from. I work from home and the only place I went all week was to the chick fil a for a mobile pick up. We are on day 3 of not being able to keep any nutrients in our body as our bodies immediately purges itself whenever we try to minimally consume or drink anything. This is not the first time we have had food poisoning from this location. The last two times were within the last 4 months. The first two weren't really bad at all but this one is by far one of the worst food poisonings I have had in my life. If we continue another day of this, we will be taking ourselves into urgent care/hospital as each day has been going down hill and have not seen any signs of things getting better yet. On a second note, I ordered the 30 pc grilled nuggets for our dogs the same night as a treat for them. They are also on day 3 of diarrhea and lethargy. Our entire house actually all got poisoned by chick-fil-a. --- April 19th update - was hospitalized for severe dehydration and still having issues. Chick-fil-a has not actually addressed the issue nor offered any type of resolution or looked into the issue. We have sent the health department our hospitalization records with the diagnosis. I love Chick-fil-A and eat here whenever I am nearby and lines are not huge. This location was not busy for early lunch, so I went in. They are so efficient and food is always perfectly the same. I had the regular number 1 meal with the standard sandwich then upgraded fries and drink to large. Just wonderful as always. read more

Not good experience I had lately. Order taker & drive thru servers have been always great in their service and friendliness, but not so much what came out from the kitchen. Unfortunately, I kept getting missing hashbrowns in the box, and few other things I don't need to explain in details. How many hashbrowns supposed to be in a box? 11 or 12? I find it silly to be closed on Sundays, there are some obvious moral issues with the company as a whole, and their chicken nuggets are more like small tenders than nuggets. We made an exception to try out the pimento cheese chicken sandwich and grab a shake. They were fine, there was something much too sweet about the meal. We went inside for breakfast on a weekday. Everyone behind the counter was super nice. Our food was as expected except the minis weren't as sweet and sticky as I remembered. Chick-fil-A is probably the ONLY fast food restaurant everyone in my family can enjoy something. I absolutely love the kale salad, and husband loves the macaroni. Our little guy has a food preference that changes weekly consuming meat is not on his list, with the exception of Chick-fil-A nuggets!!! Ordering via the app and selecting curbside pickup is one the BEST options Chick-fil-A could have implemented. I waited exactly **4 minutes** for my very warm order to brought to my car. I pulled up at 6:40am to find the drive-thru still closed and them unlocking the doors, so I walked in. The cashier saw me, but left to go open the drive-thru (without acknowledging me). I stood at the counter figuring someone else would greet me, but nobody did despite me seeing a couple folks in the kitchen. Several mins later the cashier had come back inside and begun taking chairs off the tables, but still no greeting. I went to leave, so she decided to greet me with a slow stroll, clear lack of interest, and saying "sorry" with no sincerity. I proceeded to order since it had taken 10mins from my morning already. I get that it's early... I'd like to be in bed too, but alas we have jobs to do and people to serve. Well one thing I can say about Crap fil "a" is that they save me money! Because I can never eat there when I try! Today my wife and I were out again and starving for breakfast but on a tight schedule. We have had the chic biscuit with cheese and I must admit it's pretty good. So we stopped at this location during breakfast hours. We often want this on Sunday's and they are always closed of course. This being Saturday we waited in the long line to (which had no help outside and one order kiosk closed) to find out that they had no biscuits and no muffins!!???? And if you wanted to order nuggets and fries it was too early for that I guess! F ing last time I go to one of these over rated crap holes! Then like the two cars in front of us that didn't order, we had to wait in line for over ten minutes just to leave. Poorly run business. Been there twice now, both times they forgot part of my order. I didn't check my order before leaving, so I'll give them three stars instead of two. I also don't know Chick-fil-a ordering protocol and (because of my lack of experience, apparently) ended up with a bun with no condiments and two thinly sliced pickles embedded on one side. I get it, they can't read my mind. But I'm not a fan of their "concierge" style of ordering at the drive thru. After calling the manager once I got home, I found out I was supposed to ask for sauce on the side. When asked if I wanted sauce during ordering, I said no because I thought it was extra, hence the very boring sandwich. I was the only person in line for most of my order. I purposely went during what I figured was a slower time so I wouldn't holdup other customers. I have been coming to this Chick Fil A for over 4 years multiple times a month because I work very close by. It's been a reliable spot for my lunch break. The wait times are usually okay; they're often really busy and I can tell they're moving as quickly as they can. My food has always been great and the staff is friendly. It seems some recent hires are diminishing the quality of the place. In the last 3 months I've experienced longer wait times, mistakes in my order, and questionable service. It appears some people are not well trained. Prior to these changes, I would've call this the best CFA in the area. The seating area has been really dirty every time I have been inside this place. However, several issues with our order today: No straws provided Did not accommodate our no pickle request Did not say that grilled chicken now contains dairy allergen - just a small sign at check out that we almost missed. One of us does have a severe dairy protein allergy, so they could only eat the fries. If I had time I would've talked with staff at the final drive thru window about possible dairy-free substitutes for the grilled chicken nuggets, so I can't say if they could accommodate. Pains me to give a chick-fil-a ONE star-- that's pretty unheard of in my book. The Bothell location was really gross. Trash on the floors. Tables were a mess & no one was around wiping them down. The tables and chairs outside were also filthy. The baby high chairs were also DISGUSTING. Thankfully I had my own wipes. The food also totally missed the mark. Mine and my husbands sandwiches were NOT good-- the chicken was so thin and super dry. The fries were also burnt but also somehow still soggy and super greasy. They also gave us both the wrong drinks. I got my daughter at kid meal with grilled chicken nuggets and those nuggets were actually the worst thing about this experience. They were MUSH. I couldn't believe it! When I went in to ask for help or new nuggets, no one ever got to me... so we just left. Overall, we truly could not believe the super poor service, and horrible food, and the really dirty location. It all REALLY stood out just because typically any Chick-Fil-A I've gone to has always been fantastic and super clean; the customer service is also always fabulous! Love Chick-Fil-A and been going to this one for years. More recently I feel their service and quality has declined in general. I think better training would help. Was there last night, picked up a deluxe sandwich and took it home. I took two bites out of it then saw a small (dead) bug on the lettuce. Then another few on the tomato, and one on the outside of the bun. This indicated that the bugs were most likely in their kitchen since it wasn't just on one part of the sandwich. Needless to say I immediately stopped eating it. I called the store and told them what happened. Spoke to Zack who was a nice and courteous younger man, but not trained properly to handle a situation like this. I recommended they shut down the place for the night as to not risk any other customers getting bugs in their food, and do a deep clean of the kitchen. They of course didn't shut down. Was told I would get a call from corporate, I haven't yet. I really do like this place, but when you have 7-8 bugs all around your sandwich, it's hard to think that they are keeping the kitchen clean..and how do you not notice them before putting the sandwich in the bag? This is my second review of this Chil Fil A in the past three months as things just seem to be getting worse. Maybe there's a new manager or something that's having a negative impact on the whole operation, I dunno. What I do know is that the new employees should receive better training in the different processes that they do in their job. "My pleasure" instead of "you're welcome" just doesn't cut it anymore. They need a series of checks and balances that ensures the accurate delivery of the order and everything that goes along with it. The comedy of errors is constant, and has actually become expected. I understand that they are ALWAYS busy, so shouldn't that help with the planning and forecasting of their inventory? So I went theu the drive thru an hour before closing last night and... CF: Welcome to Chick-fil-A, what's a good name for the order? Me: Steve CF: thank you, how may I help you? Me: I would like a spicy southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing, an eight count of grilled nuggets entrée only, and a chocolate chip cookie. CF: i'm sorry, we are out of salads. Me: OK, no problem. I will have a grilled chicken sandwich without the tomato. CF: that's an eight count of grilled nuggets entrée only, a chocolate chip cookie, and a chicken sandwich without tomato? Me: yes CF: i'm sorry, you're going to kill me, we are out of chocolate chip cookies too. Me: no big deal. I won't be murdering you. I will just have my sandwich in my Nuggies. CF: that will be $10 something at the window. Me: thank you. CF: my pleasure This was about 8:55 PM last night. The time it took me to get from ordering to paying was nearly ten minutes. They must've had a hold up and stopped using the process they used to have when they would move a customer to a waiting spot if the order was gonna be a few. So then I get to the window to get my food and to pay... CF: order for Steve? Me: roger that CF: order of grilled nuggets and a grilled chicken sandwich with a white bun? Me: A white bun? What? CF: did you order your sandwich without the sesame seed bun? Me: no I ordered it without tomatoes, but it does kind of sound the same. CF then had a confused look on their face. Me: it's OK, I really just want to go home now. I will take it as it is. So I paid and they handed me my bag and I drove home. And of course, I get home and there is no plastic fork in the bag. Good thing I was at home and I happen to have my own forks. But they didn't know I was going home. Their nuggies aren't exactly finger food. The fried ones are, but not the grilled. I brought up the fork issue with them before because it happens every single time now. Apparently you have to ask for a fork. They claim that they ask you if you want a fork (which is what SHOULD happen) but they have never asked me. Ever. Shame on me though, I should be easily anticipating this by now. So I indulged in my chicken sandwich with a non-sesame seed bun and I pulled the tomatoes off myself. Then I eat my nuggets with my own fork. Almost every single time I drive through, I kid with them about their accuracy problems and they actually don't seem to care. I know darn well that it can't just be me. They just seem to not even care. Kind of an "oh well, seeya next time" attitude. I'm really curious why they don't provide forks when forks are due. I'm also really curious how "no tomato" sounds like "no sesame seed bun". read more
