We recently had our son's wedding rehearsal lunch catered by this Chick-fil-A in Bothell. We ordered and picked up the large nugget tray, which fed about 20 ppl. We also ordered 25 sandwiches, 1 gal lemonade, and 1 gal sweet tea. [They forgot to give us the drinks we paid for (about $17 worth), however we didn't go ask for money back. I'm sure they would've given it back to us; we just didn't have time. Just make sure you have everything bf you leave.] They loaned us this awesome bag that kept the food warm; it even plugged into the outlet. Super awesome! The catering came with mints, hand wipes, packets of mayo, napkins, cups, & containers of sauces of your choice. We ordered at the last minute during their lunch rush! It only took them an hour! And they were so nice and accommodating! For less than $200, we watched stress melt away from the bridal party when they saw Chick-fil-A coming through the door! THAT was worth every penny! Absolutely THE worse CFA I have ever been too! I guess I can understand why CFA would have reservations about expanding their brand in the PNW. When your brand is built on good ole hospitality that has nothing to do on where you are from! People can forget that. When I asked about the military discount it was an after thought for her to say "my pleasure!" She May be new, but still her not knowing which cup had the extra ice and she was expediting the food out the window was unacceptable. I hope this location extends the common courtesy most CFAs do to at least Police officers and Emergency Medical personnel. If not you are missing out on some phenomenal neighborhood interactions for everyone. We just went through the drive through and you can tell a lot about how customer service runs by who you put at your window. Update: I'm not approving a comment that has been placed to my response. I feel that the owner and I have talked and made an amazing discovery and I look forward to stopping and chatting with him soon. I was able to ask some questions and received some great answers. First off, I absolutely love Chick Fil A. I was so excited when they finally came to WA state!!! Nothing compares to their employee friendliness, courteousness and attention to detail to maintain a high quality product/brand. Unfortunately everything I love about Chick Fil A doesn't exist with their Bothell location. Not only are the employees not concerned with the quality of the completed order, they tend to make customers feel rushed and not valued. Like the customer is an inconvenience. Every time I've come here, our order has been wrong, even to the point that my sandwich is so cold that the cheese they put on top is just as cold and flaccid. I really wish the General Manager of this location would go to ChickFilA headquarters and be completely retrained on how this brand desires to be perceived UPDATE: I've had an extremely pleasant conversation with Matt, the owner. His response is EXACTLY the reason why I love giving my business to Chick Fil A!!! Such great customer service. Because of our conversation, and his commitment to excellence, I am changing my stars from 2 to 3. I plan on visiting this location several times in the coming weeks to evaluate if changes indeed seem to being made. I'm honestly excited. This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. Let me start off by saying Chick-fil-A is my favorite restaurant! I'm a top tier member on the app and I even decorated my Christmas tree with Chick-fil-A ornaments and lights and decorations and I have been to Chick-fil-A all over the USA. When I arrived I was disappointed to find the restaurant didn't offer curbside pick up whatsoever which happens to be preferred method of pickup. I proceeded to make a drive thru order and when I went through the girl was absolutely not living up to the Chick-fil-A standard of service one would expect and had a total attitude towards me which is funny because I did all the work for her ordering before in the app. Next, I got to the window and the service was still unfriendly and not what you would receive at any Chick-fil-A restaurant elsewhere. Once I started eating my food the Mac n cheese tasted old and didn't have any kind of top crusty piece as it normally does. I ordered sauces with my food and they gave me the incorrect sauce which ruined my meal too. . Normally this would be expected at Arby's or McDonald's but this is Chick-fil-A which usually delivers an exceptional all around service experience but this location didn't cut it. Do yourself a favor and go to the Everett Mall Way location! They were on top of it. read more

I live in the South, so I consider Chick-Fil-A to be somewhat of a "Modern Southern Staple." This location tarnishes the reputation that CFA has worked so diligently to earn and I am fairly certain after my experience, I will not be visiting a Chick-Fil-A ever again. Today I went through the drive through with two friends and we each ordered one item as a meal. After paying for the meal, the order was entirely wrong, and the failed to hand out the drinks. We pointed this out politely, and Samuel attempted to remedy the situation. He handed out the drinks and we decided to check the order. It was entirely incorrect and not one of the entrées was correct. We asked for them to fix it. After spending 5 minutes correcting their staff about our order, we finally had our meals (or what we thought) and we were on our merry way. 5 minutes later and we're home, and there is no sauce, and one of the entrées turns out to be incorrect. I called the location and spoke with Desiree. She argued with me at length about my order and berated me about asking for a manager to call me. Desiree is not only horrible at customer service, but she should not work in any supervisory capacity at all. The owner, Matt, has some serious staffing issues on his hands. If not fixed in a timely manner, he is going to have a failing restaurant as well. The reviews on this place are correct. There's a serious attention to detail at this location, especially in the drive thru. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

I love me some CFA! So glad that there is one so close to me. I've always had really friendly and professional service here as well as consistent, quality, food. The Chick-Fil-A delux sandwich is hands down my fav with the CFA sauce. Their waffle fries are simple which might bother some people but I actually appreciate that they aren't over-salted. I really love everything here, chicken nuggets (even the grilled ones!), breakfast burrito, mini breakfast chicken biscuit sandwiches....CFA is the only fast food I trust! read more

The hype has definitely died down so it's not as crazy as the first few days. That being said, I'm still consistently getting wrong orders in the drive thru. My spicy deluxe came with no cheese, no lettuce and no tomato.. AKA just a spicy chicken sandwich. I'm guessing something was lost in translation and they ordered the spicy chicken instead of the spicy deluxe. Also was given the wrong sauces. Really disappointed as this is the first meal I've eaten all day (it's 8:30pm and I've been up since 8) and, really, I expect better.. especially when there aren't a ton of customers. Getting the wrong food when I'm hangry really gets me Food is still good but inconsistency really gets on my nerves. My Grandson and I went there last night. We got grilled chicken sandwiches. The chicken had a chemical taste, the bacon didn't taste or look like real bacon and the waffle fries were not crisp and nice. Color me disappointed. I am a fan of chicken sandwiches and have been so excited to try CFA. Ordered Spicy chicken deluxe. Knew it could not be cooked to order, as it came really fast. Bun is blah, cold, chicken was not warm enough to melt the cheese. Fries were warm and awful before I could eat 1/2 of them. McD or Jack has a much better crunchy chicken. I don't understand the appeal of this place. The food is horrible. Stopped in for a quick snack of mac and cheese and fries. The fries were undercooked and void of any seasoning or salt. They made a point to ask me if I wanted sauce but then didn't give me any. Mac and cheese had a burnt crusty film in it. I ended up just chucking the bag in the trash outside. Yuck. I love Chick-fil-A (in the south). This is the pnw however so although the workers say my pleasure the fact they lack eye contact when saying it reminds you where you are. My frosty lemonade was good. The 8 piece grilled nugget only had 7 pieces. And sadly the cookie was hard as a rock but I didn't notice until after I had already left. read more

First time to eat here via drive-thru. I thought I'd never say,but this is my new favorite chicken joint. The spicy sandwich was wonderfully tasty like a chicken sandwich should be. Meat to bun ratio just right. Liked the waffle fries too and their sweet tea light ice way better then my past favorite Popeyes sweet tea. This chick fil a is the absolute worst compared to lynnwood or Kirkland locations. Always so slow, always half missing order, workers that are absolutely clueless on what customer service is. The lead at this location is LACKING. As a former employee to the chick fil a company (years ago in the south) I know corporate wouldn't be happy if they decided to visit this location. I paid with a $10 bill one time and the male in the drive thru line told me he had no cash so he decided to try and give me 8 dollars of change in COINS, I refused to take it and told him he needed to do his job and call over his walkie talkie and tell them he needs cash for change in the drive thru line and he was shocked I told him how to do his job. It's called customer service and doing what's right. It all comes down to the manager and not communicating what is required of the job they have at each station that day. Sad because this is now the closest location to us and I dread when my kids want chick fil a. We ordered via their app one morning for delivery and waited 1.5 hours without a single update, I called the store and they didn't even know that someone from the previous night left the chick fil a delivery ordering app on and let several orders sit with no answer that morning as to if they were going to actually deliver them or not...... told me they didn't have a driver that morning and wasn't sure if they could get us our food. So many things slip through the cracks at this location, this isn't a 5 star chick fil a at all. Should had known sandwiches were prefabbed ahead of time when the gal presented my order before the cashier even finished getting my our drinks and charging our credit card. The De Lux sandwich was served on a pretty tasteless untoasted bun with a listless leaf of old lettuce. Chicken patty was decent size but luke warm and way under seasoned. Chicken strips, ketchup and soda were probably the only good things about this underwhelming visit. Fries and fried chicken sandwiches at McD or at the Colonels are way better. No way this CFA can compete with 5 Guys across the road, MOD Pizza a couple of hundred feet away or even Taco Time on the other side of the street. Finally got around to giving Chick-fil-A a try via Doordash. The sandwiches showed up very hot do the the unique wrapping that holds in the heat. I have to say that's one yummy chicken sandwich. The waffle fries are great and taste like fresh made fries not frozen. With my 2nd order I tried some of their nuggets. They were very good also, my only complaint is the BBQ dip packages are very small, about 1/2 the size you get at other fast food places. read more

This location is a hit or miss... I tend to stop by here after work later at night and sometimes I get my order right but other times they will forget an item that I paid for. This has happened 3 times now so make sure you always check the bag before you leave. Besides that, the staff at this location is great. Always friendly service. read more
