I eat here all the time on break from work. This location needs to be expanded or another one opened across the street. They move things alpng but sometimes the drive through line backs up all the way to 235 creating a traffic nightmare for people trying to go to Target and other businesses in the shopping center. read more

I've been to this location twice and dined in both times. The restaurant is kept clean and the food is delivered to my table as ordered. The only issue during my two visits, the young men that took our orders just seemed very unhappy like they were being forced to work for free or something. It's just odd to me that these guys seem so unhappy and are put on the front line to deal with customers. I could rate this place a 5 but hard to get past the boys on the front line. read more

So I love Chick-fil-a. Quality is consistent and the service is always super friendly. We just used the app for the first time to pre-order. We had to hit "I'm here" twice to get it to confirm but it worked. Would recommend walking into this site as the drive through is ALWAYS packed. This has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A I've been been to, and I've been to a lot. Today my friend and I went through the drive-thru and the boy taking our order was blasting music on his phone while taking our order. Then, my friend and I each got ONE sauce with both of our meals. Is there a sauce shortage that I'm unaware of? Because this happens every single time I go to this Chick-fil-A and if you ask for extra sauce, you will be LUCKY to even get three. Last time I went was no better. They dropped the bag before my mom could even grab it. The bag ripped in half and her fries went all over the ground and some inside her car. The man at the window was clearly having a bad day as he proceeded to say "have a nice day" instead of apologizing and getting us new fries or a new bag. My mom was going to drive away when I said "can we at least get a new bag?" He reluctantly got us one and didn't say a word. As someone who has worked in the service industry for years, I know that a bad day should not be taken out on a customer. Between the horrible service, orders being wrong often, and giving one sauce with a full meal... this Chick-fil-A is beyond terrible. Went there after a long day of doctor appointments about 3 weeks ago and wasn't given my full order, it was during traffic hour so going back would've taken about an hour to get there. I phone and spoke with them, was told they would mail a coupon for my troubles....it's been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my coupon. Reached out to customer service online who responded that they'll forward the complaint to chick fil a....which clearly won't do anything. So when you go, triple check your food. It wasn't busy at all when we went and they left the grilled club sandwich (the most expensive item they have!) out of my order. So my husband didn't get his food and I had to fix dinner anyways, something I was trying to avoid by spending $20 at chick fil a. My food went cold, he didn't get his food, basically I wasted money and have not been compensated for a redo or at the very least the flipping meal I paid for and didn't get! Before leaving the house I gave everyone a snack assuming that this adventure was going to be total mayhem and that we'd probably end up waiting quite a while before we able to eat. WOW. Since the huge change of the Bowie store, it has become the worst place to go. I went there and purchased the egg white w/sausage and a large unsweet tea. I needed to get to where I was going soon. I check the bag not one item was right . I am diabetic so sweet tea sends my sugar soring high. There this no reason for this to happen unless the girl ASIA was frozen being outside in the morning. I have been going to this Chick-fil-A for many years now and I've always either gotten the nuggets or a chicken sandwich, which are awesome. Recently, my friend had a market salad and wanted me to try it. it was very good, which led me to start getting that. However, the last 5 times I've gotten a salad (all within about 2 months), they have completely disregarded what the ticket says. When it says -blue cheese, I get extra, when it says +roasted peppers, I get none. I work in food prep so I get that sometimes you make mistakes which can be fixed. This last time, though, I had someone pick me up a market salad with no blue cheese and added roasted peppers. When that person got home and I excitedly opened my salad, there seemed to be extra blue cheese (there were roasted peppers so I'll give them that). Since I live 20 minutes from Chick-fil-A this could not be fixed. I understand checking your food every time but sometimes it is just not possible, and this time it was not. However, I should be able to rely on the accuracy of the Chick-fil-A employees on reading the ticket correctly, which clearly says -blue cheese (in picture below). When this happened the first time it was not that big of a deal, but this is now the third time where They've put blue cheese when I didn't want it. If you get nuggets from here, you're safe, but get a salad and you better check your order top to bottom. I am severely disappointed in whoever is hiring and/or training the workers, because one time is not a big deal, but 5 is a problem. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

I've been to many Chick-fil-a and usually as far as fast food goes they are top notch in all areas from staff friendliness to food quality. THAT IS NOT THE CASE AT THIS LOCATION!!! Want to go through the drive through? That'll easily be 25-30 minutes. Want to park at this location? Good luck as most of the time you can't even pull into the parking lot as the line for drive through is so backed up it extends out to the service road. You're better off parking in the Target parking lot and crossing traffic to get to this locWorst food quality of any Chick-fil-a I've ever been too. The chicken cutlets are consistently small and dried out compared to other locations such as Bowie or Crofton. Gone is the good customer service the chain is typically known for. This location is filled with zombie teenagers who can't be bothered to take your half the time. All in all, just a bad location. Which sucks cuz practically every other location I've ever been to is usually a solid 4-star experience at least. read more

Until recently, I ordered lunch or dinner for large groups of my coworkers often from this restaurant- The spectacle during meal rush time of 10 ill-trained employees running into each other and not seeming to work in any way as a coherent team was amusing to me, but the food was tasty and hot. I had to check my bags extremely well each visit- as at least one, and often multiple items were left out of my order. (Too many cooks?) And by often I mean exactly that. Too many times I realized too late I was missing food, and when I did realize at the window, mostly was given the food with only an 'oh', no apology for trying to stiff me... Until the last visit, however, I viewed this restaurant as a bungling but worthy place to spend my retail-slavery earned money! Last time I went, not only did they leave out sauces and a large order of fries, but they gave me a peach milkshake without a snapped-on lid. Vestiges of that ill-fated milkshake greet me on entry of my car- a rancid smell, lovely in summer, of rotten milk and spoiled fruit. Yes, the ENTIRE milkshake spilled- from thigh down to floor, and I got to spend the last 10 minutes of my lunch break trying desperately to clean up my pants and to scoop/scrub/wipe the huge pile of milkshake out of my car's carpeting. Didn't go so well, especially because for my gigantic order of several meals and five drinks, they gave me 3 napkins. Good thing I had blue auto towels in my car, of which I had to use about 20. SO I call the restaurant, tell the manager, and what does he do? Listens without saying a word, puts me on hold for a long time, comes back to get my information, and tells me someone will contact me. No "Sorry that happened" or any other condolences- NOTHING. I had also mentioned my food not being in the bag- Didn't offer to replace it, absolutely nothing. The person who "followed up" with me was from a law office- they listened to me and said someone else would follow up. I received a letter in the mail saying only that they had determined that Chick-Fil-A bore no responsibility- and that there was nothing they would do for me. So, THANKS Chick-Fil-A! And I will Never offer to make a run to your store again- so my $50 a week (approx) will not line your coffers. Did they think I was lying about the lid? Did they think I dumped it on purpose? Was a customer's continuing patronage enough to warrant a freakin apology, and maybe a few bucks off of having my car shampooed or something?? I wasn't looking for blood, no heads rolling, but now I'm serious- A POX on you, mediocre restaurant with subpar teenage idiot staff.
