Stopped here for breakfast on the way to work and it was delightful. I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A and they usually do not disappoint. I ordered the egg white grill with no cheese, and substituted the tater tots with the yogurt parfait with granola. Also got a cup of coffee. Staff was friendly, smiled, and food came out quickly. Plenty of seating here, including many booths which was nice. Bathroom was clean. I will definitely stop here again when I am in the area. read more

It's really pleasing to me that chick-fil-a is a Christian run business. I'm not too familiar with them since I'm originally from Hawaii. They are a little more expensive than regular fast food chains, but everything is organic. This particular location has kids night and they do balloons and games with the children. Pretty awesome. They need to train their staff better. I ordered a meal and also ordered a medium fry with my rewards. When I got my order I realized they did not give me my fry with my meal but they did give me a fry with my rewards, as the reward disappeared from my app. I asked for the fry that didn't come with my meal, and they told me that I had to scan my rewards again. Then they told me it didn't come up and I needed to add it to my rewards. I told them I already did that and we argued for 18 minutes about the fry. Finally they realized that the employee did not order it as a meal and told me I owed two dollars for an extra fry. I asked them the difference in price between a meal and ordering the chicken, fries, and drink separately and they said 47 cents. I paid the 47 cents difference. I have never had a bad experience like this before at this location and hope their service improves in the future. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A but there is only one problem. They take a while to get your food. It is very small and getss very crowde.

I've been to this Chick Fil A (CFA) over a dozen times but the last 4 times have been terrible. At any other CFA, if I present a coupon for a sandwich and it's breakfast they tell me it will be 9 minutes. When I got to the California, MD one, the tell me, "Sorry, come back at lunch time." Another time I went in the lady was correcting me telling me how to order a meal if I don't want the drink. What a condescending terrible hospitality specialist or whatever she was. Then she called me and was more concerned if that happened in the drive thru or the dining room. Who cares where it happened? And lastly today, I go in to get kids' meals and two 8 pack of nuggets for my wife and I. I get 7 nuggets and one fried crumb. The same thing is in my daughter's 4 piece nugget meal. TERRIBLE. They remodeled and it shows. It shows how crappy their food and service is to pay for the nice looking restaurant. There's a BBQ shack, literal shack down my house that does WAAY better chicken than this CFA does. I cannot recommend this CFA location to anyone. read more

The food was great and hot! Although they were a little busy the staff still provided fast, friendly and efficient customer service. The lemonade is tart, sweet and delicious. They are extremely busy during lunch time, but the customer service remains the same! Breakfast is awesome as well. I always order the chicken with cheese...YUMMY. Too bad they are not open on Sunday. Isn't it funny that you always get a hankering on Sunday morning for some Chick Fil-a breakfast when you KNOW they are not open? LOL read more

This place is a typical Chick-fil-A. What makes it unique and stand out are folks like Travis. He is unique in that he is courteous, thoughtful and really cares. The last several times we have been to this location the service has been terrible and slow. I'm all about giving young people a job but they need to focus on the job. There was a line inside and only 2 registers open (it was 430pm during the week). The 2 people kept looking around, seeing what was going on, moving at a snails pace. The manager was of no help. She kept talking loudly to what I can only assume was another manager (both were in plain clothes) but walking back and forth behind the register but NOT helping anyone, including their employees. The experience I just had at this chick filet can only be described as bizarre and ridiculous. I wanted some extra sauce to send in a care package to my soldier friend who is deployed. I read online that chik fil a supports that and will donate sauce packets to military care packages. At this location however, when I asked for extra sauce, And explained that it was for a soldier care package, I was told I needed to talk to a manager. (??) I asked the manager for a few packets of sauce for a soldier care package and was then directed to some marketing lady who asked me for a letterhead stating what I wanted in writing or she wouldn't help me. ?! I said I just want a few packets of sauce I don't need a gallon. She told me in a syrupy and condescending voice that no, She's not be able to help me. And then turned to he next customer. The real zinger is that About 10 minutes later my friend asked for extra chik fil a sauce and was given a bunch without any questions. So why wasnt i? So messed up. I was blown away with how rude and unnecessarily difficult it was to get extra sauce. It should have taken 2 seconds and turned into an unnecessary ordeal. I just wanted 5 little packets. Bad customer service. It didn't make any sense. Extremely disappointed. I see in the reviews that other military personnel have had be experiences there as well. What a shame. read more

As always Chick-fil-a has my vote for best fast food for a family. We have a family of nine and the service is excellent. Every time I've had an issue it gets fixed promptly. The wait times are not bad considering how popular this location is. read more
