Worst Chick fil a I've ever been too. Sat in line for 20 minutes just to order and then waited another 10 minutes for my food.

Love Chick-fil-A, will always go back but posting this here bc there app didn't give a place to give this feedback -- three times now I have gone and done curbside and they have forgotten straws, napkins, and sauces. Couldn't even drink my vanilla coffee because all the sauce was in the bottom and had nothing to stir it with. And if you're like me, the sauces are what make me love Chick-fil-A. Love curbside, but worst part is if they forget something, you have no way to get them unless you wait in the drive thru line. Recommend checking bags for everything before curbside person walks off! read more

Staff here is so rude and inattentive. I've had my order messed up a numerous amount of times and the fruit punch is always gross. The morning staff i've never had a problem with when I go to get breakfast, but every time i've gone to get late lunch or dinner, it's filled with teenagers who clearly don't care about their job or decent customer service. One time I went, there was a group of young girls all standing outside and they stared at me for a good three minutes before deciding to come help. Finally the girl comes up and very rudely stated "what do you want" then when I finished giving my order and paying, she just walked away and started giggling. Hit up Chik-fil-A tonight because I was craving some waffle fries & nuggets. I don't normally go to the Walnut St location, just because there's so much traffic in the area. We were there for dinner around 5:30 and they were jamming. It always amazes me how quickly & efficiently these lines move. Overall the meal was good, but I'm kind of disappointed that all of my nuggets served to be the runt of the litter. This is generally not the case. I took a picture after I ate the two smallest nuggets. I think I will stick to the Colonades Way location. read more

Pretty pleased with this visit... On a recent trip to see my boo, I stopped in here to pick him up breakfast. For a Saturday morning around 9 AM, they weren't busy, which was a bit surprising. I used the double drive-thru (yay!) & was able to pull right in with no wait. As usual, the voice from the speaker was very pleasant. I ordered the chicken biscuit combo with the hash browns & lemonade. As I pulled up to the window, an arm appeared with the lemonade. I paid, got my bag & I was on my way. Plenty of parking & easy in & out back on to I-40. Food tasted good, per boo. Lemonade was perfect. Unfortunately, hash browns don't do well after sitting for a while, word to the wise. They must be consumed immediately. :) read more

Yes, I just rated a fast food place 4 stars. I've been to this location a few times since moving to the area and the food quality is consistently good, the prices are about what you'd expect, and the service is excellent. The staff gives the impression that they really enjoy working at this location and that was a big standout for me. They are always friendly, courteous, and respectful to everyone. As some people have noted, this location does get busy during mealtimes due to its proximity to Crossroads but the wait is not terrible. read more

Very good. What's not to like at Chick-Fil-A? Good basic food. I like chicken, but most of all, they treat you consistently with courtesy and respect. Chick-Fil-A knows that their market is people who like food that looks clean and is served by clean, courteous people. My coworker Steve eats here religiously so I come here pretty often. This location is honestly no different than your other Chick-Fil-A locations so I won't comment on the food. The drive thru line is pretty long though at lunch time. Rather than wait in line, I would highly recommend getting the app and ordering online or just parking your car in the adjacent Olive Garden parking lot and walking inside to order. You'll get in and out much faster than waiting in line. Other than this minor hassle, this is a great location to get your chicken fix! read more

Waiting over an hour the first time here, new to the area and thinking wow what a crowd for a Thursday night, I was met with an even longer wait time a month later on a random Wednesday. Probably one of the slowest and inaccurate Chick-fil-A's that I've been to. I had a coupon for a free Chick fil A sandwich meal but they wouldn't let me get a spicy sandwich even though the coupon doesn't specify. I work for Chick Fil A so I know it's definitely possible for them to accommodate. I asked for extra pickles and received no pickles. The last THREE times I have been to this location have been terrible so I won't be back. The dining room is closed so I cannot ensure my condiments are provided before the assistant walks away from my car. If I specify my condiments on my order and they are listed on my receipt, WHY are they not on my bag? Is it that hard, seriously? Some kids won't eat nuggets without sauce and I prefer ketchup on HOT fries. By the time I circle around the building and wait again for my condiments, my food is cold. I purchased one of their new chicken parm dinners for two to take home along with a 4-piece chicken strips meal for lunch. When I got home, no chicken strips! Grrrr, it's a drive to go back, I didn't waste paper by getting a receipt, and I have other things to do than go driving all the way back for the strips. I ate one of the chicken pieces for the dinner, which was good, not crispy like the strips but tasted fine. Still, now dinner will be shortchanged so I'll need to think of something else to add to the meal. Also, the meal contains a small package of cooked pasta, two sauces, a package that looked like salad but according to directions it's kale, cherry tomatoes, and lemon that you saute before adding the sauce, then to chicken you're heated in the oven. Not really enough food for two adults. And not worth the $14+ that I paid for it. I love Chick Fila but today they let me down in a huge way. read more

The day had finally come. My first time ever dining at a Chick-Fil-A. My brother and I visited this location with no expectations. We elected to go for the spicy chicken sandwich combo and the pleasant employee asked us if we wanted any sauce. We told her it was our first time there and she promptly gave recommendations and eventually different sauces for us to try. Let's cut to the chase. Chick-Fil-A is fast food, plain and simple. But to me, it is a cut above the rest. The chicken used in their sandwiches seems to be of superior quality to other chains. I was also taken aback by their 'fry sauce' which was quite good. I had been getting over a cold, so my taste buds weren't all there, but the sauce seemed to be a sort of creamy honey mustard which accompanied the waffle fries adequately. read more

I love this location!!! I come here way too often during lunch and even though it's constantly slammed busy, the employees are on top of it. They are all so nice and always friendly. It can be hard to get out of the parking lot, but all of Crossroads is that way. read more

I ordered coffee with cream and sugar and a buttered biscuit. I got NO cream or sugar! There was barely any butter on my biscuit.

By far the poorest maintained Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to. The place is filthy. One booth is broken. Food was good.

I don't personally eat chicken, but brought my kids there to eat, and the service was top rate. I have taken my kids back there several times now and the staff if always very friendly, the place is always clean. I very nice lady walks around and gets you your refills. I can't attest to the food overall as I usually just get fries and a drink, but as far as the environment and service are concerned, it is recommended. I went 4 stars just because there's nothing there for me to eat really. read more

We had previously had great experiences with this Chickfila. A few weeks ago I did a pickup order and had to wait 45 minutes for a cool wrap (which was somewhat okay since I called and they explained the prep time and that they had just run out of the prepped ingredients to make it). When I got my order, they were all the fries for my order and I called back. We then had to wait another 10 minutes for fries while other cars were served and left. I thought this to be an isolated incident but after my pickup order today (where I should've checked the bag), the fries for my order were also forgotten. read more

I'm not a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A normally as they use dill in their chicken marinades that pervades and all the other flavors in my opinion. So if I go there, it's usually at the request of someone else. This visit was no exception, so I thought I'd try the chicken soup. This was very good soup, with good flavor and very hot. I have never been to a chick-Fil-a that has not been busy. They all are. That being said the drive through was long. Inside though was not to bad. The chicken was not done. Raw inside. And not just mine. I was with a ball team. And several of the players complained about their chicken was not done. This kind of stuff is what can make everyone sick.
