I love Chick-Fil-A...it's the only fast food restaurant I really enjoy. This particular location gets really busy due to its proximity (smack dab in the middle) of Cary Crossroads shopping center. Although I've been to this chick fil a a few times, the last time I went was labor day and I got there a few minutes before 8 and saw that someone was at the drive thru receiving their food. The drive thru menu was off so I pulled up behind the car in front of me and waited to speak with someone. The guy looked at me, locked the windows and mouthed that they were closed. I saw his manager doing the same thing behind him. How rude is that?! You cant open the windows to tell me yourself? They closed at 8 yet it wasn't 8 yet. I've been in the industry long enough to know that if you're open until 8, you take orders until 8. I was very disappointed as I knew they closed at 8 and got there, I thought, just in time. The staff is super friendly and you get a pretty good bang for your buck. The nuggets and the Original Chicken Sandwich are both great choices. The traffic in Crossroads can be kind of hectic. read more

My son went here during some "cow day". Clean place, efficient. The only thing I want to know is, what is that plastic popcorn bucket they hand you for? I used it for stuffing condiments. There should be a reddit for a life hack for this thing. I'm sure any genius could figure out its many uses. read more

These people know how to run a restaurant! I occasionally also use Chick Fil A for catering all around the carolinas, and this location gets it right every time, can provide a meal for 20 to 30 people with short notice, and treats me like I am their best customer! Also when visiting the restaurant for eat in, the manager comes around and refills your drinks and asks if everything is okay. They are great! read more

Comparable to other CFA's - recommend asking for salt as the fries were not salted well ( seems to be a more common issue of late).

Anne was my cashier, and she was awesome. My food came in a reasonable amount of time, and was very fresh. Dining room was nice, and tables had very obviously just been cleaned. I will say that the filet on my egg white grilled muffin was a little smaller than I'm accustomed to, but it was overall a pleasant experience. read more

I ordered the number 1 chicken biscuit combo. I received a biscuit but found only a flake of chicken on it. The cashier didn't say a single word to me. She looked at me, I told her my order, swiped my card, assumed it went through and went to sit down. There's a lot of trash all over the parking lot. read more

I've never had a problem with the food but the one that always stands out for me is that I have NEVER had a bad customer service experience at Chick-fil-A. Whatever system they use for hiring/training and making sure the staff is always polite is top notch. There's not another fast food place I can say that about. read more

I am so appalled by the way I was treated this morning. I called in a big order ($60) last night around 7:30 pm, and requested it be ready for pickup at 7:30 am this morning. When I arrived to Chick-fil-A this morning (at 7:25:), I learned that the order was never printed out. The manager was SO RUDE to me - he printed out the order ticket and said right to my face "I don't have time for this sh*t". For a company that prides themselves on excellent customer service... what kind of service is that? My company purchases breakfast from this Chick-fil-A several times a month and a typical order is around $60. We have been loyal customers, but after this experience I am inclined to take my business elsewhere! read more

This location is consistently the slowest Chick-Fil-A I have been to, regardless of the time I visit. On top of that the food is not of the quality that I expect from Chick-Fil-A. I have received food from this location that is cold and smelled so bad that I could not eat it. I will be avoiding this location in the future, and I advise that you do the same unless you enjoy waiting 20+ minutes for inconsistent food quality. read more

I love chick fil a. But this one has got to be one of the worst. I went there a few nights ago and I ordered a kids meal but a medium tea I asked them twice if it was a medium I got up to the window and they handed me a kids tea this is the second time they have done that it's like they don't pay attention. Then I was there for breakfast I was in the line BEFORE 10:30 I got up to the window at 10:31 and I asked them if they had any more breakfast left and the lady had told me "no" so I asked again because I'm sure she didn't bother to even look at then she comes back on the mic and said "no" again. This chick fil a is in a busy area you would think that the people in line before 10:30 would still have a chance to get breakfast. This is also the chick fil a that told me that they won't accept my coupon that I had on my app. Because "it's certain locations only" I've never heard about that EVER and if it was then it should have been said on my coupon. I've been to a lot of CFAs and this is by far the dirtiest one I've seen. The men's room was very dirty and the trash can was overflowing. The floors and tables in the dining area were also dirty. read more

Ok, I know it's fast food, but it's chicken and who can resist? This location seems to be one of my favorites. It's always clean and the service remains pretty good. It's always busy due to location at Crossroads Plaza. The drive thru is long most of the time. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a chore sometimes depending on the traffic and the time of the day. As far as the food, it's always hot. Give the Asian salad a try, it's really good, then for dessert a kid sized cone, well a kid's cone is all I can eat most of the time after a huge salad.. This was not the first time this has happened, and it seems to happen at most Chick-fil-A restaurants. The buns are COLD! We order the CFA sandwich and the Spicy Deluxe sandwich. The chicken is hot/warm every time. The cheese on the Spicy Deluxe is never melted. It's cold and just slapped onto the chicken. But, on both sandwiches the buns are cold to the touch on the top and bottom. The rims may close to room temperature or a little warm but the centers--about 2" across--are cold. As I said, this happens at most Chick-fil-A restaurants. It has happened at the Beaver Creek location in Apex and at other locations. Previously, my wife and I have commented about it to each other, but this time I decided to say something to an employee who was nice enough to offer to bring us hot buns in "a few minutes," but we didn't want to wait so we ate our lunch with cold buns. Next time we get a cold bun, we'll just ask to be refunded our money and leave, and never visiting that location again. Your response is desired. read more
